Siang kat Gym. Malam kita Menari

Hello Khamis. Moga hari ini manis.

Another chapter of my exercise diary - Wednesday morning was well spent at the Gym. Run on the threadmill for 20 minutes for Warm Up and to kick start my other routine exercise.


Hello Pull Up Machine ~ Working on my bicep. Satu yang Misz-ella belajar dalam bersenam ni kita perlu konsisten dan banyak bersabar. Not easy nak padatkan otot-otot seorang wanita yang umur nya yang dah melebihi 40. Other people have different fitness goal .. I just want to be strong and healthy .. for myself and  for my love to my family. I want to be a strong mother, a healthy daughter, a fresh friends .. by the end of the day it is about Keeping ourselves Fit, Healthy and Happy. Not because of others but because you love yourself. Yes. Show some loves to yourself by taking care of your health. Jom. Join my healthy lifestyle. Mula lah bersenam hari ini. Start a small step .. walking perhaps .. or buy an aerobic CD and do it at the comfort of your own home *thats how i started to exercise* 

20 minutes of running and today i focused more on my core .. since I still have my wrist pain. Sit Up, Russian Twist, etc .. etc ..

Can we call this Typical Gym Selfie ? LOL! I left after 1.5 hours spent at the Gym *I want more, actually* but I had an appointment with Client at 2pm. ByeBye Gym *sad* See you again.

Granola with Milk for my Afternoon Tea

And guess what ? I was seen at the Dance Floor on Wednesday night. An hour of  Zumba + Zafina. Class Zin Zaharah memang best. From 'Foot loose' to 'Cindai' we dance and enjoy the night. Baru hari ni Misz-ella tau yang Zafina stands for Zapin Fitness and dont be surprise I could add the Hip Hop attitude in Zapin .. LOL! 

So happy i could return to the Dance Floor dancing along with my exercise geng .. listen to the beat .. follow the steps .. add in some attitude and Enjoy. Thanks to Zin Zaharah for the easy fun steps. Reached home almost 12 midnight. Slept at 2 am, woke up fresh at 6.30 am. 

In life, do things that make you happy. Be with someone who build up up. Live like a chain, holding tight and always support each other. We only live once. Appreciate and Do the Best. OK Bye. Misz-ella nak pergi buat benda lain. TQ baca.

The Hip Hop Holiday at Rockbound Fishing Chalet, Marina Island, Lumut, Perak

Hello readers ..


Me and my hip hop family has just returned from our Hip Hop Holiday. Four families travelling together, our holiday was fun!

This time we chosed Rockbound Fishing Chalet, located at Marina Island, Teluk Muroh, Lumut, Perak. 3 hours driving from Kuala Lumpur, ok la tempat ni .. sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin beristirehat jauh dari kesibukan kota besar seperti kami ni.


We booked 2 cabins. Every cabin have 2 bed rooms, fully air-conditioned and facing the sea. Free Wi-Fi, towels and toiletries. Coffee and tea making facilities are available too. Each cabin is priced at RM430 per night, perfectly fit 4 persons.


My family and Angah's family were the first to arrived at the destination. We rented the BBQ facilities at RM95.00. Only the BBQ equipment ya .. bahan mentah kami bawak sendiri dari rumah. Not difficult though .. my brother and sista terror bab masak memasak .. me sorang je yang ehemmm .. malasnya nak masuk dapur *hehehe*

Then, Alop and his family arrived from Taiping

And this is Aliya, Sarah's sister. Aliya ni manis lah, sweet sangat.

KY and her family arrived right on time. The BBQ has been planned earlier. KY bawak marinated lamb, Angah bawak ayam dan daging. Me? I bawak udang jer.

Saya cuma ada dua orang Kakak Ipar sahaja .. and I love both of them. Thank You Salina and Kak Ngah kerana menerima famili kami seadanya.

Aiman bonding time with his cousins ~  Waris-waris Arwah Haji Ismail yang lelaki seramai ni je lah .. cucu-curu Arwah yang lain semua nya perempuan

While mom and dad were seen busy 'makan kuaci' and chatting the night long .. moment yang tak selalu ada and we really appreciate it.

We only spent one night at The Rockbound and departed to our next Holiday destination.

With Aiman and Haris .. Aiman had a nice time jogged along the beach in the morning


All in .. all in we had a great time spending our quality times together at Rockbound Fishing Chalet, Marina Island, Lumut. Quiet place at night this place is perfect for those who are looking for a short getaway. Sesuai jugak untuk kaki pancing. By 10am, we departed to our next holiday destination. Nak tau kat mana? Jangan lupa datang baca ye.

Rahsia Awet Muda Misz-ella

Bila ditanya apa yang diamalkan oleh Misz-ella supaya kekal awet muda di umur 43 dan anak pun dah besar, Misz-ella sebenarnya tak ada petua atau amalan khusus untuk itu semua.

But I believed beauty is skin deep. Too deep. It is more than just choosing the right skin care or a thick beautiful make up .. it comes from your inside too.

Yes. We faced challenges in life and my life wasn't easy too *sobs .. sobs *cry* but then I realised that those challenges are money cant buy experienced and shaped me to a better person. I reviewed every chapter identifying every strength and weakness of each challenge and turn it to a positive mode.


I de-stress as much as I can ~ I dance, I talked, I exercise, I laughed .. I changed and killed those stresses through a healthier way as I dont like in keeping a black dots in my heart. I cleared and cleaned my heart everyday. Mana ada hidup yang tak ada masalah? By the end of the day it is about how you managed it and I believed with choices in life. Your life is in your hands. You decide. You set the goal and you go to the direction with pride.

I believed that our inner strength is very important. Our inner strength control our emotions. Though it is not easy to keep our emotions positive all the times but I believed we have the power to control our emotion and mind with our strong beautiful heart and I Thank God for giving me that piece of beautiful heart. Semoga Allah kekalkan ketenangan hati *walau ribut melanda hidup kita* lapangkan dada dan fikiran kita agar sentiasa kuat dalam menangani cabaran kehidupan.


And lastly .. Hakuna Matata! Be positive always and happy. Life Easy. Dont Make It Complicated ~ Itu rahsia awet muda Misz-ella sebenarnya.

To be honest, Misz-ella tak guna deodorant. Perhaps because I do not have any bad body odour so I dont find it necessary for me. i-City Theme Park - Red Carpet, SnoWalk dan City of Digital Lights

Misz-ella has recently visited i-City Theme Park with some of my blogger friends. Its been a while since I did not visit i-City so the invitation to be part of the guest of this beautiful park is something that I do want to missed! So lets read this entry more readers and see what we did at i-City that day. Check it out ..


We gathered at the Red Carpet - Malaysia's first home grown interactive wax museum.

An interactive wax museum, the Red Carpet showcases an All-Star cast by bringing together glamour and glitz, power and politics, the strange and wonderful set in a 30,000 sq ft of Oscar Awards setting.



Once we stepped in, we were greeted by the World's Comedian Icon Mr. Bean accompanied by two beautiful ladies who bowed to us as their sign of respect or Welcome, perhaps ..

Aiman, who is a big fan of Rowan Atkinson do not want to miss the opportunity to take a pic with him. He love Mr. Bean so much. When he was small, he will watch Mr. Bean alone if mommy refused to watch with him.


And not only Mr. Bean, many others world celebrities can be seen here .. from the politician to the world famous actor/actress, the athlete, the world's famous cartoon characters and many more.

 Aiman was so excited and had a conversation with Nelson Mandela. Ohh Atuk apa khabar? Hehehe.

Met and pose with the iPhone creator - Steve Jobs. Aiman is a fan of iPhone and Hello Steve .. I am your no. 1 supporter but mommy said No Budget for iPhone 7 .. LOL!

And I love Chow Yuen Fat, my favourite Hong Kong actor. I remembered when I was still in Secondary School .. at that time, TV3 has just recent brought in those Cantonese Drama from Hong Kong. Everyday I walked fast just to ensured I reached home on time so that I can watch Chow Yuen Fat on TV. ByeBye Friends .. Chow Yuen Fat is waiting for me LOL!

Known with her beautiful heart, raising so many adopted children from all races and religion I always adored her. Meh la Angelina Jolie ambik gambar dengan Misz-ella *patung lilin pun patung lah .. LOL*

A round of boxing with Mohamad Ali .. Why not? It could be fun!

There is a Angry Bird Winter wonderland, features challenging physics-based game play as the survival of the Angry Birds is at stake.



Dont forget to explore the Nile River expedition as it features the great story of Egypt and Pharaoh. 


You will see the sculpture ice with the storyline of Egyptians, the kingdom built. It will definitely give you a totally new experience as you can enjoy yourself in the extremely cold Snowalk but not barking under the hot sun in Egypt.





And do not forget to take one or two pics and share it along with your friends


I just had a short tour in the Snowalk as I do not like to exposed myself in the cold temperature in a long period of time .. *unless if I am prepared with the thermal and gloves .. etc ..etc* .. but still, It was fun!

Night is more fun at i-City as we can enter the City of Digital Lights. As its name suggests, this one-of-its-kind attraction presents a 'lightscape' illuminated with over a million LED lights. The City of Digital Lights operate from 5pm-12pm everyday.

It features outdoor theme park rides set in a'forest' of maples and pines of jewel-toned luminosity.

We tried some of the interesting ride such as Disco Ride and Space Walk besides the Dessert Train and 2-Tier Carousel.

And yeayyy ... we had fun exploring the city via the train. Imagine my feeling witnessing colourful lights in the darkness .. I am no longer scared of the dark at the City of Digital Lights 





Beautiful journey. I was mesmerized by the stunning digital lights which brighten the dark night. Feel like in the world of Avatar .. I really love it! 

And we had fun enjoying this swing too. Fly .. Fly high .. I felt like a small kids .. enjoying every moment without fear. Carefree .. no worry .. 



Another fun ride .. there is so much fun at the City of digital lights

We ride the Disco Ride too. As the name is "Disco" .. the ride really rock our body .. very adventures and challenging. Remember to whole tight .. laugh or scream loud, enjoy the air and the view *even I was scared actually* hehehe





Another attraction not to be miss - The Mist Fountain. Be mysteriously wrapped amongst thick foggy mist and your sights starts to blur in the City of Digital LIghts


And lastly, enjoy the Dancing waters. First of its kind spectacular 'water dance' in i-City, leaving you with a great feeling as it is a creative masterpiece blending the groundbreaking audio, astounding light and water together. With water jets that shot up to 40 metres plus laser show, located with the digital lightscape, Dancing Water further enhances the mesmerizing lightscape of i-City with its blend of water features. Best!! I watched it over and over again *Oh yeahh .. I am miss over .. LOL*

I enjoyed travelling. Most of the time I will choose to walk so that I will keep my heart healthy even I am far from the comfort of the gym routine.

Hanoi

Ho Chi Minh City

Hello Yogjakarta!

Hello readers .. I have just returned from Yogjakarta or lebih dikenali sebagai Jogja. 

Wootss .. Jogja is amazing!! Macam-macam ada .. penuh warna .. heritage and culture .. mencabar mental dan stamina .. adrenaline rush .. susah nak digambarkan Jogja dengan kata-kata. Anyway, full entry about Jogja akan menyusul kemudian nanti.

Journey to Yogjakarta started more than a year ago when Izzati Hazrul, the famous Malaysia travel blogger who planned the trip booked us tiket tambang murah Air Asia pada harga RM69.82/return. Yess .. Sila jangan gosok mata anda sebab memang itulah harga tiket kapal terbang Airbus Air Asia yang kami bayar lebih dari setahun yang lalu. Syabas kat Izzati .. *jimat poket kami .. hehe* Lepas dah beli tiket, kami pun duduk diam-diam dan tiba-tiba .. Hello September .. Jojga kau tunggu kami datang. Maka kami ber 8 pun fly dengan pesawat Airbus Air Asia pada jam 9.45 pagi tanggal 26 September 2016.

Special thanks to Iqa and her friends .. Zila, Bo, Imal dan Nana who worked hard preparing the itinerary, cari travel agent for ground arrangement, googling here and there .. TQVM. Appreciate you girls effort so much.

First arrival upon touched down ... Lunch di Restoran Makan dan Pancingan Sendang Ayu. Hummm .. bersih, nyaman suasana kat sini. Walaweihhh .. masing-masing cari signal Wifi nak update yang jauh ditinggal diseberang. Kami dah sampai, Abang!


Girls trip to Jogja ~ 26-29/9/2016. Ada yang baru berkenalan di LCCT2 ... masing-masing mudah mesra. Alhamdulillah .. Ukhuwah itu indah.


Best makan kat Sendang Ayu ~ Kami ambik set ni (untuk 10 orang) IDR398,000. Ikan nya segar, sayur asam dia sedap, tempe dan tahu goreng best, cumi goreng tepung tu enak dimakan begitu sahaja tanpa perlu dicicah, sambal terasi nya (sambal belacan) cukup rasa. Cuma Teh nya manis .. standard la tu, kan .. kat Malaysia ni pun, kalau order air, 10 kali pesan kurang manis bila order sampai manis jugak .. gula murah kot *hehe*


And journey back to our transport ialah melalui Perahu tarik ini. Kreatif betul la dia orang, kan. OK I'm done with the introduction entry of the Girls Trip to Jogja 2016. Baru-baru ni, Misz-ella dijemput untuk menyertai Konvoi Kembara Media 50 Tahun Jubli Emas FELCRA bersama dengan rakan blogger yang lain dari Komuniti Hai Blogger *Thank You Halim* Sejujurnya my knowledge about FELCRA Berhad is very little *ye .. saya mengaku* ditambah dengan  penat yang masih bersisa kerana event back-to-back. Tapi Misz-ella kuatkan semangat sebab nak tau lebih lanjut tentang FELCRA dan nak share dengan readers semua. So jom kita baca entri ini secara berjemaah ye.


Flag-Off Konvoi Kembara Media 50 Tahun Jubli Emas FELCRA bermula di Sri Pentas pada jam 7 pagi *lebih kurang* dan disertai dengan para media yang lain di R&R Sg. Buloh pada jam 10 pagi. 


Sebanyak 50 kereta media menyertai Konvoi ini dengan diiringi beberapa buah kenderaan marshall termasuklah motor berkuasa tinggi. Destinasi kami adalah ke Perkampungan FELCRA Lekir yang terletak di Sitiawan, Perak.

Konvoi Kembara 50 Media selamat tiba ke destinasi pada 2.30 petang*selepas berhenti beberapa kali dan Solat Jumaat* Sebuah perjalanan yang panjang *al-maklumlah .. nama pun konvoi, kan*


Kami diberi sambutan besar-besaran .. paluan kompang, pencak silat dan terus dijamu dengan makan tengahari hidangan ala kampung dan buah-buahan tempatan. Alhamdulillah ... hilang penat. Ucapan Selamat Datang diberikan dan serba sedikit penerangan mengenai FELCRA Berhad diberi kepada para media. Maka minda yang pada awalnya kabur mula terbuka. Menarik rupanya FELCRA ni *mau tau lebih lagi*

FELCRA atau nama asalnya Lembaga Penyatuan dan Pemulihan Tanah Persekutuan ditubuhkan pada tahun 1966 dengan matlamat utamanya untuk membangunkan ekonomi luar bandar. Dengan projek pembangunan ekonomi FELCRA melalui bidang pertanian khususnya, peserta-peserta FELCRA yang terpilih dapat meningkatkan taraf ekonomi mereka dan secara tidak langsung menyumbang kepada kejayaan bidang pertanian di Malaysia. Pada waktu itu, skop utama FELCRA bertumpu pada tiga sumber pertanian utama di Malaysia iaitu padi, getah dan kelapa sawit.

Pada 1 September 1997, status FELCRA telah diubah dari sebuah badan berkanun kepada sebuah syarikat milik kerajaan dan namanya diubah kepada FELCRA Berhad. Perubahan entiti korporat ini adalah bagi membolehkan FELCRA Berhad menyusuri bidang perniagaan yang baru selaras dengan aspirasi pembangunan nasional.

So pada tahun 2016 ini, genap lah 50 tahun usia FELCRA Berhad dan bersesuaian dengan kematangan umurnya, pihak FELCRA Berhad telah menganjurkan Konvoi Kembara  Media 50 Tahun Jubli Emas FELCRA ini untuk memberi pendedahan lebih lanjut berkenaan dengan fungsi, matlamat dan kejayaan FELCRA Berhad untuk kita kongsi bersama.


Selepas jamuan makan tengahari dan taklimat ringkas, kami pergi melawat Perkampungan FELCRA Lekir ini menaiki lori kecil berhias. Ohh comel .. sangat comel sampai kami berebut nak naik *hehehe* 










Maju rupanya perkampungan FELCRA di sini. Kemudahan asas semua ada dan Kampung Lekir *kini dikenali sebagai Kampung Aman Jaya* ini sangat bersih, kemas dan teratur. Seronok tengok kehidupan peserta-peserta FELCRA tinggal bersama dari saat mereka mula bersama-sama membangunkan tempat ni sehinggalah sekarang dimana sudah berkembang sehingga ke tiga generasi *Generasi pertama dah bercucu you alls*

Satu yang Misz-ella belajar hasil dari lawatan ini adalah, usaha Kerajaan melalui FELCRA untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup peserta FELCRA bukan sahaja telah menyumbang kepada ekonomi negara *melalui sektor pertanian* malah telah menyatukan peserta-peserta ini dan mereka hidup selama berpuluh tahun bersama-sama bagaikan sebuah keluarga besar yang tiada jurangnya. 


Malamnya kami ada Networking Dinner bersama Pengerusi FELCRA Berhad, YB Datuk Bung Mokhtar Radin. Mendengar ucapan ringkas dari YB Datuk Bung Mokhtar, terserlah kesungguhan beliau memegang teraju FELCRA Berhad sepertimana yang diamanahkan. 


Seronok Dinner kami malam tu .. dah lah dijamu makanan yang enak-enak, ada perlawanan Karaoke Media vs FELCRA Berhad, ada Cabutan bertuah dan ada Door gift yang bakal buat kami melawa. Ehhh jom kita sedondon raya tahun depan*hehehe*

Dan selepas tu, kami beradu di kamar serba selesa di Swiss Garden Damai Laut ini. Selamat Malam you alls *pesanan kepada rakan konvoi yang lain sebelum tidur* Journey the next day will start very early .. pukul 6.30 konvoi akan bergerak. Phewwww .. Misz-ella tidur lena bagaikan Sleeping beauty tapi dibangunkan oleh alarm telefon jenama 'S' .. bukan prince charming tau. Hehehe.

Muka-muka yang masih penat dan sedikit mengantuk tapi tetap bersemangat. We are ready for our next Convoy. Jom ikut kami ke Seberang Perak dan tengok apa ada di sana ..

Tiba ke destinasi pertama ~ Pusat Komersial Pembenihan Padi Seberang Perak dan dijamu dengan sarapan Ala Kampung. Nasi Lemak Daun Pisang .. Auwww .. favourite Misz-ella dari dulu hingga kini dan lebih berselera bila makan pakai tangan sudu tu ku letak tepi *melayang diet .. hehe*

FELCRA Berhad di Seberang Perak ini adalah yang terbesar di negara kita iaitu dengan kawasan seluas 80,000 hektar.

Lepas sarapan, kami diberi Taklimat lanjut mengenai FELCRA Berhad - Tentang bagaimana ia bermula dari awal penubuhannya sehinggalah mencapai tahap Jubli Emas 50 tahun pada tahun 2016. FELCRA Berhad adalah antara penyumbang terbesar ekonomi negara dalam bidang pertanian kerana skop pertaniannya yang meliputi tiga hasil bumi terbesar negara iaitu padi, sawit dan getah. FELCRA Berhad adalah pengeluar beras terbesar di Malaysia dan kualiti berasnya adalah juga yang terbaik di Malaysia. FELCRA Berhad menggunakan tenaga kerja tempatan sepenuhnya dan juga telah memenangi beberapa anugerah antarabangsa. Pencapaian FELCRA Berhad tahun demi tahun siapalah boleh nafikan.

Pusat Komersial Pembenihan Padi ini ditubuhkan pada 1 April 1990 dengan matlamat utama mengeluarkan benih padi sahaja. Ianya ditubuhkan berikutan dari masalah kekurangan bekalan benih padi oleh Jabatan Pertanian.

FELCRA Berhad menggunakan teknologi terkini dalam usahanya untuk menjadi lebih cekap dan kompetitif dalam bidang pertanian dan antara yang teknologi canggih yang digunakan adalah Gyrocopters, sebuah pesawat ringan yang terbang rendah untuk menyembur racun serangga dan baja.


Woots .. nama dia ELA *kita geng .. hehe* FELCRA Berhad mempunyai 3 buah pesawat ringan Agrocopters buatan Sweeden ini. Canggih, kan. Bersyukur Misz-ella berada di sini. Dapat ilmu pengetahuan, boleh la share dengan readers semua, kan.



Another experienced ialah menaiki Mesin menyemai benih padi. Woots .. akak suka sangat. Almaklumlah .. celik mata je bandar, pergi sekolah pun kat bandar dan bakal tua di bandar. Bila dapat peluang naik mesin kubota ini untuk belajar cara menanam benih padi ini .. memang tak lepas peluang lah.



Canggih .. Tak perlu lagi membanting tulang membongkokkan badan dan tanam benih padi secara 'manually' sebab mesin ni berupaya menanam sehingga 3,000 ekar benih padi sehari. Jimat masa, tenaga dan lebih produktif!




Lepas tu kami konvoi ke destinasi seterusnya iaitu Koperasi FELCRA Berhad. Dengan keahlian seramai 100,000 orang ahli, koperasi FECRA Berhad berjaya membuka Pasaraya Mini FELCRA untuk membekalkan barang keperluan harian kepada ahli-ahlinya.

Ohhh .. I am so impressed! Ingatkan hanya barang keperluan asas sahaja yang ada but they have Perfecto Popcorn too .. dan lain-lain barang bermutu tinggi. Hebat!

Produk keluaran IKS tak dilupakan - Tu dia Kopi Che' Man .. tak dan nak pekena secawan. Lain kali la eh ... kita cuba.


Alat tulis bermutu tinggi seperti Faber Castell juga ada. Hebat!

Selepas itu kami ke destinasi seterusnya iaitu meninjau Projek perumahan Generasi Ke 2 FELCRA Berhad. 



Upon arrival, Misz-ella dah terkagum di situ sebab FELCRA Berhad, yang pada awal penubuhannya bergantung pada Dana Pinjaman dari Bank Dunia, kini bukan sahaja telah berjaya membayar dana tersebut malah telah maju dan berkembang kepada pembangunan hartanah. FELCRA Berhad membina rumah pelbagai rekabentuk dan saiz bermula dari RM50,000 hingga ke RM140,000 dan rumah ini dijual semula kepada Generasi Ke 2 FELCRA Berhad.

Bangga kot Misz-ella dengan pencapaian FELCRA Berhad hari ini and again .. I am blessed to be part of this  Convoy, kalau tak kerana convoy ini, barangkali Misz-ella masih kabur tentang FELCRA Berhad ni.



Lepas tu kami dijamu dengan juadah tengahari ala desa. Ikan Patin Asam Tempoyak, Udang Lemak Cili Api, Ikan Pekasam Goreng, Ayam Bakar .. Hummm .. Juadah tengahari Ala Desa di sini sangat membuka selera *ByeBye diet .. Hehe*

Sambil makan, sambil dihiburkan dengan persembahan kebudayaan oleh Anak-anak FELCRA Berhad ini sendiri. Sesekali dengar lagu Melayu lama, menonton tarian Melayu kita .. asyik!



Lawatan ke Gerai-gerai informasi FELCRA Berhad. Bukan sahaja informasi bergambar malah banyak aktiviti interaktif diadakan seperti contohnya teka berapakah jumlah biji sawit di dalam botol ini? I tak menang .. bab teka-teka ni i memang 'fail' .. hehehe.


Bersempena dengan Ulang Tahun Jubli Emas FELCRA Berhad, FELCRA Perak juga melancarkan moto terbarunya iaitu Produktif, Efisien, Responsif, Amanah dan Kebajikan.

Sambutan besar-besaran kepada pihak kami, buah tangan yang berbagai macam untuk dibawa pulang, juadah ala desa yang membuka selera dan paling penting program ini mencerahkan segala kekaburan yang kami ada tentang FELCRA Berhad selama ini. 

Betapa banyaknya jasa FELCRA Berhad kepada ekonomi negara khususnya dalam bidang pertanian di mana FELCRA Berhad menjulang nama Malaysia ke persada antarabangsa melalui pengiktirafan antarabangsa yang diterimanya. Selain dari itu, secara tak langsung usaha murni FELCRA Berhad ini menyumbang kepada kesejahteraan alam sekitar. Pokok-pokok yang tumbuh segar di ladang sawit dan getah menapis sisa-sisa oksigen dan membekalkan hanya yang bersih sahaja untuk kesejahteraan kita semua. Sarapan Pagi Susu Dutch Lady Pure Farm

Today sharing is about 'Sarapan Pagi'. Well .. banyak kebaikan yang kita akan dapat kalau kita bersarapan pagi. 



Antara kebaikan bersarapan pagi adalah untuk membekal sumber tenaga ~ Off course untuk memulakan hari yang sibuk, kita perlukan tenaga dan mulakan hari anda dengan sarapan supaya lebih bertenaga tak la kita cepat penat nanti.

Selain dari itu, sarapan dapat mengembalikan metabolisme tubuh. Semasa kita tidur, tubuh tidak meng 'consume' apa-apa makanan maka kandungan gula dalam badan menurun so bersarapan lah supaya kadar gula dalam badan meningkat dan proses pembakaran lemak boleh berfungsi seperti biasa dan kita boleh mulakan hari kita dengan lebih bersemangat.



So in this entry, Misz-ella nak kongsikan 7 Sarapan Pagi bersama Susu Dutch Lady Pure Farm yang dipadankan dengan makanan berkhasiat yang lain. Jom kita tengokMisz-ella bersarapan apa tetapi sebelum tu Kenapa kita perlu minum susu? 

Pertamanya kerana susu adalah sumber kalsium paling mudah didapati, paling senang didapati iaitu di mana-mana pasaraya atau kedai-kedai di Malaysia dan harga nya pun mampu dimiliki oleh sesiapa sahaja. 

Manfaat kalsium kepada tubuh badan manusia tersangatlah banyak. Bukan sahaja untuk tulang, gusi dan gigi yang kuat malah lebih dari itu. Kalsium dikatakan mampu menyeimbangkan tekanan darah, mengelakkan penyakit cardiovascular dan juga membantu dalam meningkatkan kadar metabolisme badan.

So readers since you all dah tau akan manfaat serta kebaikan kalsium kepada tubuh badan kita, jom baca Cabaran 7 hari Sarapan Pagi Misz-ella bersama Susu Dutch Lady Pure Farm.





Day 1 - I started my day with a plate of colourful fruits, adding a bit of mix granola and a Dutch Lady Low Fat High Calcium Milk. High in calcium and high in fibre .. A great way to kick start my day. Yummy!


Day 2 ~ I called this Granola Salad *hehehe* 

Day 3 ~ Kek Lapis Asam Manis and Low Fat High Calcium Dutch Lady Milk. Kek Lapis Asam Manis yang lengkap segala rasa sangat sesuai digandingkan dengan susu Dutch Lady Low Fat yang sedikit tawar ini. Tummy so happy!

Day 4 ~ My activity started early today as I have to be at the Gym by 9.30. Singgah sarapan di kedai so Sandwich Tuna pilihan Misz-ella hari ini tapi .. Susu Dutch Lady Low Fat tetap tak tinggal. I love the packaging, senang dibawa ke mana-mana. So convenient.

Lepas sarapan Misz-ella pergi bersenam. I ran 30 minutes (5km) non-stop on the threadmill and I did 100 times Leg Press exercise (50kg and 60kg). Yeayy .. sihat dan bertenaga Misz-ella walau hanya berbekalkan sekeping Sandwich Tuna dan sekotak Susu Dutch Lady. Hebat! Makin bersemangat Misz-ella nak minum Susu Dutch Lady hari-hari.

Day 5 ~ Harini nak bersarapan di tepi kolam renang. Sambil bersarapan sambil menghayati keindahan alam di tempat tinggal Misz-ella ini. Grabbed a box of Susu Dutch Lady and a piece of crunchy Red Apple. Ummmm .. so yummy!! Lepas sarapan baru lah Ehhh Hello kolam renang. Mana swimming suit aku ni? *Tehehehe*



Day 6 ~ Ohh hari ni rajin sikit. Panaskan susu Dutch Lady atas api *untuk 2-3 minit sahaja* masukkan Cranberry Granola yang mengandungi roll oat, chia seed, almond, coconut flakes, flax seed dan cranberry. Tutupkan api dan tambah pisang dan kiwi hijau yang ada dalam peti ais. Habis semangkuk Misz-ella makan seorang. Sedapnya ..


Day 7 ~ Tiba-tiba teringin nak makan Biskut berbijirin so my choice is Biskut Weetameal. Potong dadu Kiwi lebihan semalam. Sedap .. tambah sedap bila kita layan dengan Susu Dutch Lady Full Cream.

Walau tanpa sebarang hidangan berat seperti Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng atau Roti Canai dan tanpa 'must have coffee for breakfast' I still had an energized day with my Susu Dutch Lady breakfast. Semua nutrisi serta khasiat yang ada dalam sekotak Susu Dutch Lady cukup untuk buat Misz-ella ber 'sado' kan diri di Gym *hehe*

7 Hari bersarapankan Susu Dutch Lady cukup untuk buat Misz-ella semakin suka dan jatuh cinta pada nya dan tak ragu-ragu untuk jadikan Susu Dutch Lady sebagai sebahagian dari 'diet' Misz-ella selepas ini. Badan yang sihat bertenaga, tulang, gigi dan gusi yang kuat, siapalah tak nak, kan.

#AboutKL with Tourism KL and Gaya Travel

This entry is #AboutKL, a special project by Tourism Malaysia KL in collaboration with Gaya Travel Magazine. KL is well known worldwide and ranked number 9 on the list of the World's 100 leading cities for international tourist arrivals. The city is a melting pot of multi-ethnicity and diversity, offering a wide variety of interesting places to visit and fun to do. 

I recently spent 3 Days 2 Nights with other Social Media influencers from 3 countries ~ Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore to discover what are the new things that KL has to offer it visitors.

We started our #KLTour by boarding the KL Hop On Hop Off buss.

I would love to recommend this 'Free and Easy' bus for your #KLTour as it has 23 stops and cover more than 70 attractions. My 3rd KL tour with this bus .. It is always fun to board the bus! 

Our first stop was at the new Istana Negara

Istana Negara is the official residence of the Yang Di Pertuan Agong, the monarch of Malaysia. This was my first visit to the new Istana Negara, which was opened on 2011 replacing the old palace which is situated at the other part of KL.

Then we headed to the most epic cafe in KL, COLISEUM CAFE for our #KLFood exploration. Back to this place, it was a walk down memory lane for me as I used to visit this Cafe during my younger days.  

Established in 1921, COLISEUM CAFE is one the oldest in the country. It was the favorite among the British for coffee and movie. Stepping into the Cafe will give you a wonderful nostalgic feeling, everything was well preserved, from the dark wood salon doors, the bar layout, the delightfully worn tiled floor and the antique furniture. 


We were served with the 95 years of Heritage Colonial Hainanese Cuisine. Yummy!

A group photo before we left the Cafe. COLISEUM CAFE is definitely a unique place to dine in KL, where a beautiful and beloved iconic building is still being maintained and used as it always was.

We continued our #AboutKL exploration to Panggung Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur for #KLBroadway experienced, which is only 6 minutes walking from the COLISEUM CAFE.

Panggung Bandaraya, situated across the Merdeka Square is part of the #KLHeritage as this colonial architecture building is gazetted as a heritage building under the Malaysian Antiquities Act in 2007. Built in year 1896 for production stages such as plays and musicals and today, this Malaysia's 112 year old historic theatre is a venue for MUD - THE STORY OF KUALA LUMPUR THE MUSICAL.

With twice show daily, I enjoyed MUD THE STORY OF KUALA LUMPUR very much. This lively musical extravaganza showcases the diversity of its inhabitants and the people who built and made Kuala Lumpur what it is today. Began in the year 1857 until the mining boom of 1880, Mamat, Meng and Muthiah came to KL in search of opportunities and new life. They lived and faced the Kuala Lumpur challenges together. The performance was so LIVELY, colourful and entertaining. I cried when Kuala Lumpur was burnt by a great fire in 1881. They united to rebuilt the city but then they faced another tragedy. The great flood in December 1881 washes away what is left for Kuala Lumpur. They were left with decision ~ to leave or to rebuilt the city. It touched my heart more when they united to built a stronger KL but still retaining some semblance of its humble roots. It was an amazing broadway performance, reminded me that the success of Kuala Lumpur today came from the hardship of those predecessors. Kuala Lumpur is my city. I was born and grown up here. I love Kuala Lumpur. 

Then we walked to the KUALA LUMPUR CITY GALLERY, the best place to discover about #KLHeritage. 


See the Past and the Present Kuala Lumpur through an interesting collections of prints, miniatures and photoraphs and the Future of Kuala Lumpur at the Spectacular City Model Show. Interesting!

And bring home you Made in Malaysia gifts, the official souvenir of Kuala Lumpur.

Our #KLStay was at SWISS GARDEN RESIDENCE KL, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur between bustling Bukit Bintang and the colourful Chinatown.

We walked later in the evening to Changkat Bukit Bintang for our #KLDinner. Changkat Bukit Bintang is a famous spot for foodies. From the hawker stall to the restaurants, the bars and the amazing night life. We were here for GOURMET SAFARI KL experienced - Enjoy gourmet food, precious wine, whiskies and cocktails and celebrate the intimacy of socialising at  the dinner table by guided tour to 6 F&B concept (Muslim can opt for 4 outlets only), all conveniently located few steps from one another. The first outlet that we hopped in was OPIUM, the best Asian Restaurant in Changkat Bukit Bintang.



We were served with Mango Asam Boi, Cajun Prawn with Mango Salsa and Sauteed Black Pepper Dumpling. YUMMY!! Great appertisers to kick start our GOURMET SAFARI KL experience *so excited!*

Then we were ushered to another Outlet called DINING IN THE DARK. We are going to dine in the dark! Completely dark! We were nervous plus excited too!

We entered the dining area by putting our hands on each other shoulder .. *like a long human train* The room was completely dark. We closed our eyes and started walking using our sense. We were guided on how, where to seat, table arrangement, what to touch, feel, taste and Ohmy  .. it was such a wonderful experienced. We were served with four appertisers. For the first in my life I trusted a person so much *the guide* and for the first time in my life, I used 100% of the sense gifted by God to me. I learned about listened, focus and trust. DINING IN THE DARK is definitely worth to visit when you are in KL.


Our GOURMET SAFARI KL experienced continue at the STEAKHOUSE where the main course was served - The Beef Medallion on Garlic Mashed and Black Pepper Sauce was perfect. Soft, juicy and delicious.


The dessert was served at THE WHISKY BAR. Another awesome experienced!


And we ended our night at the one of the best bar in town for #KLHangout called THE FORBIDDEN CITY, chilling around listening to some catchy Jazzy music before we say Good Bye to the wonderful GOURMET SAFARI KL experienced.




Day 2 of our #AboutKL exploration started by visiting the #KLNature ~ Canopy walk at KL FOREST ECOPARK BUKIT NENAS (formerly known as Bukit Nenas Forest Reserve), the oldest permanent forest reserve in the country located in the heart of city centre . Fresh, clean, green, cool air .. I love the nature here. Can we call this place "Bank of fresh Oxygen"? 

Out from the forest feeling fresh and excited for our #KLFun exploration. The other best thing #AboutKL is we have sunshine that greeted us with smile every morning 365 days a year. Great, right!

KL TOWER MINI ZOO, another #KLfun that you shouldn't miss while in KL, located within the proximity of the KL Forest EcoPark.

Our next #KLFun exploration was KUALA LUMPUR UPSIDE DOWN HOUSE. The highest Upside Down House in Malaysia, was opened officially on August 2016  and received a tremendous support from the visitors. We were excited to explore it too!

After recharging and refueling our energy, we went to LASER BATTLE KUALA LUMPUR for our #KLPlay session.

The Laser Battle located at 7th floor Berjaya Times Square is a World class arena design and an official partner of the largest laser tag manufacturer in the world - Zone Empire from Australia. The game is held in a maze arena which is dark and equipped with sound and lighting system. Dont get shot or you will die but dont worry you will get you life back in 6 seconds so that you can join the battle again. Laser battle is fun and thrill! I suggest you try. 


We had our #KLDinner later at Sino Scene Chinese Restaurant located at Level 6 of Swiss Garden Hotel & Residence.

The Dinner were also attended by the Domestic Promotional Division Director of Tourism Malaysia, Mr. Iskandar Mirza, Director of Tourism Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, Mr. Mohd Akbal Setia, The Group General Manager for Swiss-Garden International, Mr. Izudin Merican and the key personnel of Tourism Malaysia and Swiss Garden Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur.

We were served with 9 course Chinese Dinner *A special entry will be on the blog, soon*

We had a great fun and amazing experienced spending our 3 Days 2 Nights exploring #AboutKL. KL is rich with its culture and heritage. Today sharing is about Penyanyi kesayangan ramai, Anuar Zain. Well .. jarang Misz-ella nak tulis pasal artis, kan tapi demi nak berkongsi dengan readers blog Misz-ella yang hari-hari visit me *even some of the days i do not have update you guys still come .. TQVM* Misz-ella dengan bahagia nya nak tulis tentang Album terbaru Anuar Zain. Sharing is loving, anyway. So .. jom baca.

Album terbaru Anuar Zain dah keluar, maka penantian peminat-peminat Anuar Zain yang mahukan terapi dari suara lunak Anuar Zain yang sangat membelai jiwa dah berakhir. I missed his album launched since I was not in Malaysia *sad* 

Sunday 9th October 2016, I made my way to Mydin USJ to witness Anuar's session with his fans. Dari Fitness First menjemput Kak Fas dan terus kami vroomm laju-laju *excited kot nak tengok Anuar* Thanks to Kak Fas who always remember yang Misz-ella peminat Anuar. Kalau Abg Sam terlupa, Kak Fas akan ingatkan *very good combination dia orang berdua ni*

Anuar Zain Meet & Greet Session in Mydin USJ on 9th October 2016 was the first schedule in his Roadshow tour. Parking penuh. Anuar made his appearance right on time and received a big warm welcome from his fans termasuklah para media dan blogger macam kami. Well .. who dont like Anuar? Anuar sentiasa mendidik peminat-peminatnya tentang kasih sayang melalui penyampaian lagu-lagu cinta nya yang liriknya aduhaii .. kalau gaduh dengan boyfriend, jam-jam tu rasa nak berbaik-baik ..*tak payah tunggu boyfriend pujuk, Abg Nuar dah tolong sejukkan .. LOL*

Anuar tampil dengan 4 lagu termasuk lah lagu hits nya Sedetik Lebih dan Ketelusan Hati. As usual, every Meet and Greet tak pernah menghampakan sebab Anuar never fail to show his love to his fans. Mendekati peminat yang sudi hadir adalah satu cara Anuar mencurahkan penghargaan dan kasih sayang beliau pada peminatnya. Peminat-peminat Anuar yang setia menunggu dari awal lagi pulang dengan rasa puashati. Rata-rata yang Misz-ella jumpa dan sempat temubual semua cakap Best Kak!! Abg Nuar best!! Happy gila dapat ambik gambar dan autograph dia!! Thanks Anuar for making them happy *Misz-ella tumpang happy sama*


The long queue seen during the Session. Every CDs was sold by Mydin at RM42.90 only. It is a full album *8 lagu* semua lagu baru dengan satu lagu Bonus iaitu Hujan yang pernah dinyanyikan oleh Arwah Sudirman Haji Arshad. Heyy .. I have listened to Hujan Anuar's version .. nak tau apa Misz-ella rasa? Tunggu my Special review about the album ya.

Setiap peminat berpeluang dapat autograph dan bergambar dengan Anuar Zain. He was not feeling well actually but he delivered his performance perfectly and sabar melayan peminat dari yang pertama hingga yang terakhir *that took him a few hours to finish .. phewww*  I was happy to see fans from all races came to show their support, membuktikan bahawa Anuar berjaya menyatukan peminatnya yang berbilang bangsa melalui kasih sayang dalam lagu nya. Well .. tak jemu, kan Anuar mendidik kita tentang kasih sayang dan cinta menerusi lagu-lagu dia.

Pengarah Urusan Mydin, Datuk Wira Dr. Haji Ameer Ali dan isteri, Datin Wira Dr. Hajah Siti Hawa Mohd turut hadir memberi sokongan kepada Anuar. Gandingan kerjasama antara Mydin dan Anuar Zain dapat mengeratkan lagi hubungan silaturrahim antara Anuar dan peminatnya sebab peminat boleh mendekati Anuar di cawangan Mydin terpilih untuk Sessi 'Meet & Greet' pada tarikh yang telah ditetapkan.

Well .. looking at the quality of the album and the fans response, Misz-ella rasa tak mustahil angka jualan akan mencecah 'expectation' or more. Peminat sekarang dah semakin bijak memilih. Most will choose quality instead of quantity and this album is full of quality. Ahhh .. tak nak cerita panjang nanti tak surprise .. I suggest you buy.

Merapoh Forest Run - 3rd September 2016

Hello lovely readers ..

Entry kali ni tentang MERAPOH FOREST RUN atau dikenali juga sebagai MFR2016 yang diadakan di Pahang National Park, Sg. Relau, Merapoh, Kuala Lipis, Pahang pada 3 September 2016. This entry was written by my son, Aiman who attended the Run on his mommy's behalf since I couldn't made my way to the Run. Thank You Aiman for fulfilling my dream. Jom kita dengar cerita Aiman tentang MFR2016 ni.


Semua dah ready untuk lari .. semangat dorang .. pagi-pagi dah datang

Sejumlah 700 peserta dilihat menyertai MFR2016 yang kali kedua dianjurkan oleh Women's Sports and Fitness Foundation Malaysia (WSFFM), angka yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tahun lepas.

Pagi-pagi seawal jam 6.45 peserta dah mula membanjiri ruang pendaftaran. Ramai yang suka berlari dalam 'nature' rupanya ye ..long distance runners, professional runners, amateurs (macam Aiman) dan nature lovers pun ada.



Presiden WSFFM Kol. Bersekutu (PA) Puan Sri To Puan Datuk Shariffa Sabrina bt Syed Akil  dalam ucapan beliau mengatakan bahawa untuk MFR2016 tahun ini, 2 kategori baru diperkenalkan iaitu 12km B17 Lelaki dan Perempuan. Kategori ini telah menarik perhatian lebih dari 200 peserta berumur 14-17 tahun. 

Sambutan memberangsangkan ini adalah sangat positif dalam usaha untuk mendidik masyarakat menghargai khazanah alam. Kategori 12km B17 ini adalah tambahan kepada kategori 25km dan 15km Lelaki dan Perempuan sedia ada. Kategori ini diwujudkan pada tahun ini bagi memberi peluang kepada peserta-peseta muda merasai keindahan alam Taman Negara Pahang, Hutan Hujan tertua di dunia yang berusia lebih dari 132 juta tahun. 

Korang tau tak Merapoh kat mana dan apa yang 'special' kat situ? Merapoh jaraknya adalah 244km dari Kuala Lumpur (3 jam Aiman drive). Yang bestnya kat Merapoh ni ada lebih dari 500 buah gua batu kapur yang unik dan sesuai dijadikan kawasan eko pelancongan negara dan menjadi destinasi pilihan penggemar aktiviti 'extreme' dan peneroka gua. MFR2016 turut mendapat kerjasama dari Jabatan Perhilitan, Tourism Pahang, Kementerian Pelancongan & Kebudayaan Malaysia Negeri Pahang dan Pertubuhan Pelindung Khazanah Alam Malaysia (PEKA). Revive turut menaja minuman rasmi MFR2016, manakala Tanah Aina Resort dan Mutiara Taman Negara Pahang menaja hadiah pakej percutian. MFR2016 turut mendapat tajaan korporat dari MNM, Richnetworks dan individu perseorangan. 

Turut bersama dalam acara pelepasan peserta adalah ADUN Padang Tengku, YB Dato Mustapa Bin Long, Ahli Parlimen Lipis YB Dato' Haji Abdul Rahman bin Mohamad, dan Pengurus Besar Tourism Pahang Dato’ Ishak Bin Mokhtar.

Acara dimulakan dengan panaskan badan. Kita 'warm up' dulu ..

Ye itu dia sessi panas kan badan. Semua sporting. MFR2016 ini kali ke dua diadakan selepas kejayaan MFR2015 tahun lepas dan disenaraikan dalam Kalender Tourism Pahang dan Tahun Melawat Pahang 2017.


Lepas tu adalah pelepasan peserta. 'Flagged off' dilakukan oleh Presiden WSFFM Kol Bersekutu (PA) Puan Sri To Puan Datuk Shariffa Sabrina bt Syed Akil bersama dengan Tetamu terhormat yang lain. Runners semua dah excited nak lari masa ni.


Dan ... MULA!! 


Peserta-peserta Kategori 25km .. Fuhh bersemangat sorang-sorang


Kategori 15km .. semua nampak hepi berlari dalam hutan yang tenang macam ni.


Antara peserta 15km yang mendahului. Laju weyy dia orang lari .. hebat! 


Dah penat lari rilek rilek dulu layan bunyi hutan. Baru kilometer ke 3 waktu ni. Next Merapoh run korang semua memang patut join sebab serious cantik hutan ni. Hijau-hijau dia fuhhh .. Aiman terpesona. Trail agak mencabar turun naik semua ada. Masa mendaki tu memang terasa sangat *fuhhh .. mencabar* tapi ada tips. Kalau tak nak terasa sangat mendaki tu, pandang bawah. In sha Allah rasa mcm jalan biasa je. Hehe. Yang mana suka nature like me boleh datang Merapoh ni. Sungai, hutan dan segalanya memang dipelihara. Udara bersih dan nyaman .. best gila!




Antara members of media yang join lari. Rasanya 3 orang je kot including me.

'bro senyum sikit nak amek gambar ni' .. chewah ayat bagi semangat kat adik yang bertugas kat 'water station' ni. Revive penaja utama minuman untuk MFR2016 ni. Lepas minum Revive, makin bersemangat nak lari .. sebelum tu  dah macam Ultraman nak habis bateri hehe

Haahaha teringat dorang ni ..  nampak bukit tinggi terus 'aduh ni aku malas ni' tapi dalam malas-malas pun dia orang enjoy .. senyum je masa lari .. Aiman pun tumpang enjoy sama hehe


Kat Kilometer ke 4 dah mula terasa penat dia ..  'dragon back' tu .. Adehhh .. baru 4km 

Okay kat KM6 ada Water station kita rilek minum dulu lepas tu patah balik

Aiman sempat 'support' brother ni .. *yang tau je tau apa cerita nya*

'bro media kan? Tolong amek gambar kitorang' hehe family yang sporting. 15km lari dengan anak. Suka la Aiman tengok dorang jadikan MFR2016 ni aktiviti famili 


Medical support pun ada .. Siapa 'muscle cramp' atau kaki tak sedap boleh jumpa abang JPAM yang sentiasa ada 

Sungai anak Cheruai. tak kenal siapa Cheruai tu tapi apa yang pasti ada cerita di sebalik nama hahaha

Memang berbaloi  join Merapoh Forest Run ni sebab dapat nikmati keindahan alam dan udara yang segar. Kat tempat lain tak da kot ..


Cantik kan? bukan setakat cantik malah bersih boleh mandi lagi tau hehe


Okay Certificate dah dapat, Medal pun dah dapat ayuh kita pulang. 

Pada Aiman, MFR2016 ni sangat mencabar dan best. Best sebab kita lari sambil menikmati keindahan alam dan cuaca yang segar lepas tu trail dia fuhhh mencabar habis bagus untuk uji stamina mental dan fizikal. Tahun depan kalau ada lagi In Sha Allah Aiman nak join lagi. Ok dah habis cerita dah. Bye.

Jom Gaya Hidup Sihat ~ Makan dan Exercise

Another chapter of my exercise diary .. hidup Misz-ella camni la .. kalau tak kerja, exercise. Kalau tak kat Event kat Gym. Tu je la tempat yang paling sesuai untuk orang macam I .. Haha.

Misz-ella memang suka makan Granola ~ Hari-hari pun tak pe. Tak pernah jemu dengan kesedapannya .. berkhasiat pulak tu.

The day that I was alone at home and lazy to went out ~ Bukak peti ais dan masak je apa yang ada. Semangkuk I makan sorang. Nasi? Tak da nasi. Terlalu lapar nak tunggu nasi masak .. kita makan ni je lah. Hehe.

Sunday morning at the Gym ~ Sorang pun sorang lah. Kita layan .. asalkan badan sihat dan kuat *happy*

1/2 Chicken at The Chicken Rice Shop ~ Makan berdua dengan Aiman. Add on Wanton Soup. Rice? Actually both of us memang tengah diet nasi. Alaa .. tak makan nasi pun boleh sihat, kan. Asalkan kenyang dah boleh pergi Gym .. dah boleh happy-happy. Life is easy lah. 

Sekian .. Catatan Diari perjalanan hidup ke arah yang lebih sihat buat kenangan hari tua nanti. Bye.

Hello readers ..

Kalau Misz-ella katakan yang muzik adalah terapi bagi jiwa, mesti you all setuju, kan. Dalam hidup Misz-ella, ada lagu yang memberi motivasi, ada lagu yang menenangkan jiwa, ada lagu yang kita dengar untuk 'saja-saja'. Well, lagu sememangnya memberi kesan dalam kehidupan. Many Thanks to sebuah Karya yang hebat .. gandingan susunan muzik yang menarik, lirik yang menyentuh perasaan dan disampaikan dengan cemerlang oleh sang penyanyi sememangnya memberi terapi pada jiwa-jiwa yang sangat memerlukannya. 

Baru-baru ni Misz-ella dan kawan-kawan pergi menonton Konsert 3 Kejora Bersatu di Istana Budaya. Terima Kasih Kay Event Management & Services atas jemputan.

Konsert 3 Kejora Bersatu yang diadakan bersempena dengan kedatangan Tahun Baru Islam telah diadakan selama dua hari iaitu pada 7 dan 8 Oktober 2016 di Istana Budaya, menampilkan hanya yang terbaik sahaja dalam arena nasyid Malaysia. Gabungan Kumpulan Rabbani, Brothers, Hijjaz .. antara nama-nama besar yang telah berjasa membawa Nasyid ke tahap yang lebih tinggi, sebaris dengan 'genre' muzik yang lain.

Konsert 3 Kejora Bersatu yang menelan kos sebanyak RM1,000,000.00 ini menampilkan 16 buah lagu Terbaik dari Koleksi lagu-lagu Nasyid dari Kumpulan Rabbani, Hijaz dan Brothers.

'Satu Kiblat Yang Sama' by Rabbani - mengingatkan kita betapa Islam itu sangat indah dan universal. Walau berbeza warna kulit dan penampilan kita, pada akhirnya kita Sujud pada Kiblat yang sama and Yes .. Konsert 3 Kejora Bersatu was attended by other races too, bukan Melayu sahaja ye. Not to forget Rabbani's famous Intifada *masa kecik-kecik dulu, bila dengar intro lagu ni je dah excited nak test vocal .. chewah* juga turut dipersembahkan sebagai hiburan halwa telinga penonton semua dan semestinyalah lagu 'Pergi Tak Kembali', antara lagu yang paling berkesan dan bisa membuatkan Misz-ella menitiskan airmata turut diperdengarkan.

Brothers tampil dengan lagu-lagu hitnya, antaranya adalah Sumayyah dan Teman Sejati, I still remember a group of young man behind me menyanyi lagu ni sama-sama. Cool lah diaorang!

Kumpulan Colour of Voices tampil untuk membuat persembahan istimewa. Seronok dengar dia orang nyanyi lagu "Assalamualaikum Salam Sejahtera ... " secara Acapella.

Penampilan khas oleh Nazrey Johani dan Zulfadhli Afad dari Kumpulan Raihan. Walau hanya berdua, terubat rindu Misz-ella nak dengar lagu-lagu mereka.

Segmen khas memperingati pemergian Allahyarham Ustaz Asri (Rabbani) dan Mohd Salleh Ramli (Hijaz) turut diadakan. Sebak, sedih mengenangkan pemergian Teman Sejati yang sama-sama berjuang untuk menaikkan taraf industri Nasyid di negara kita ini. Pergi Takkan Kembali lagi tetapi memori bersama Teman Sejati kekal segar sampai bila-bila, kan


All in .. All in .. I had a good time watching Konsert 3 Kejora Bersatu with other Media friends. Susunan muzik yang indah, lighting yang mempesonakan, pilihan lagu-lagu terhebat dalam industri Nasyid negara kita disampaikan dengan penuh bertenaga oleh mereka .. Ahhhhh .. hati siapalah tak tergoda, kan. Some of you might missed this Concert .. pesanan ikhlas sejujur hati dari Misz-ella .. kalau ada lagi Konsert sehebat ini, Jangan Lupa Pergi. Its Worth Watching i tell you .. 2 jam tak rasa apa tiba-tiba OhMy .. dah last Song? Eeeee .. dah kena balik .. sedih. Hehe. Jadi Kuat Dan Sihat Dengan Senaman

Well .. I was having a bad muscle pain lately. Bangun tidur nak angkat badan tu rasa sakit sangat, sampai ada masanya 'termenangis .. hehe*

Terus terang, sakitnya terlalu kuat hingga kan makan 'Panadol Extend' pun tak jalan and knowing myself, I refused to go for massage because I do not believe it and I dont like to be touch. Misz-ella tak suka orang pegang-pegang raba-raba satu badan ni and I hate 'minyak urut' smell. Misz-ella cuma suka 'Aromatherapy massage and reflexology' je. Yang lain .. No-No-No .. not for me.

Tetapi sesungguhnya Misz-ella rasa sangat bertuah sebab Allah bekalkan Misz-ella dengan kekuatan yang tersendiri. Dengan segala kepayahan dan keterbatasan yang ada, Misz-ella tetap kuatkan diri pergi bersenam. A bit frustrated cos I can't do lifting *sebab cedera pergelangan tangan kerana exercise belum baik lagi lepas tu ditambah pulak dengan 'muscle pain' di bahu kiri* Infact, masa 'drive' pun bila pusing stering kiri dan ke kanan pun terasa sakit di tangan. There were times where I can't even open the door by myself, especially a solid heavy door. Masa kat Jogja, the most tension part was when I have to carry my 20kg luggage bag on my own but then You Have To Do It, Ella. No choice.

I chosed to fight my pain with more pain. I did a lot of stretching to soften my muscle. Slowly and continuously. Perlahan-lahan dan dengan penuh kesabaran .. sebab nak baik tu bukan ambil masa sehari tetapi berhari-hari and finally after almost a week fighting with the pain, I am glad that the hard time is over. I am now free from my wrist pain and my back shoulder pain. Alhamdulillah. Dah boleh buat 'Pumping' dan dah boleh angkat besi *happy*. 


Back to SBCR for my dance class on Wednesday night. I missed the Dance Floor so much! Lama tak bersenam dengan rakan-rakan. Zumba, Zapina (Zapin fitness) and muscle conditioning .. I did it 1 hour non-stop. Dalam bersenam, fokuslah untuk jadi lebih kuat dan sihat kerana dalam hidup, yang penting adalah kesihatan yang baik. Kurus dan cantik itu bonus. Cari sihat dulu ye readers semua. Bila kita sihat, macam-macam kita boleh buat. Boleh jadi mak yang baik, boleh jadi isteri yang baik, boleh jadi pekerja yang dedikasi kepada boss nya, boleh jadi 'girlfren' yang loving kepada boyfren nya .. macam-macam kita boleh buat kalau sihat, kan. So never stop taking good care of yourself, k. Jaga diri, jaga pemakanan dan rajin-rajin lah bersenam.

Up and down in life .. challenges in life .. Percayalah tiada hidup yang sempurna dan percaya lah juga what you face today will shape you to a better person tomorrow. Kalau dikenangkan semua suka duka kehidupan .. hummmm .. but I never regret every moment and every steps that I walked through. Setiap kejadian itu sangat indah, datang dengan kebaikan dan pelajarannya yang tersendiri. Walau buruk setiap kejadian, ada hikmahnya yang tersembunyi dan sewajarnya kita rasa bertuah kerana terpilih untuk diduga. I might be not lucky like some of you .. having a painless life and smooth journey but I still blessed with every breath cos I know that every bitter moment that I face will be rewarded by the sweetest return later. Sebab tu bila diduga, jangan membebel, jangan maki-memaki, jangan keluh kesah menyalahkan takdir .. Redha sahaja. Bukan senang nak capai tahap 'Redha'. Ye. Bukan senang. Kau kena lalu macam-macam dalam hidup kau baru kau kenal apa kah erti Redha itu sebenarnya. Hummm .. OK lah. I'm done with my sharing session. Sebenarnya entry ni nak mengajak you all supaya mejaga kesihatan dan menjadi lebih kuat hari demi hari tetapi ter membebel pulak akhirnya. Hehe. Bye readers. Thank you baca.

As promised in my AbouKL entry here is my review about Sino Scene, Swiss Garden Hotel & Residence, Kuala Lumpur. Jom kita baca secara berjemaah ye.


Sino Scene, a Chinese Restaurant located at Level 6, Swiss Garden Hotel, Jalan Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. 

As you stepped in, you will be greet by a calming ambience - simple, minimalist and modern.

The Dinner which were held in conjunction with the #AboutKL program were also attended by the Domestic Promotional Division Director of Tourism Malaysia, Mr. Iskandar Mirza, Director of Tourism Malaysia KL, Mr. Mohd Akbal Setia, The Group General Manager for Swiss-Garden International, Mr. Izudin Merican and the key personnel of Tourism Malaysia and Swiss Garden Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur.

We were served by 9 courses Chinese Dinner. Look at the Menu .. can't wait for our meal to arrive!


The appetizer was Aromatic Perking Duck ~ Served with sliced cucumber, spring onion, hoi sin sauce and pancake. DIY ok .. Do it yourself. Be a Chef and responsible of your own taste.

This is how we did it .. Placed everything on the pancake and top up with the sauce. I added more chilli sauce you know .. I love it when it is spicy.

Rolled it perfectly and ready to eat. The duck is soft and juicy the salad is crunchy. Yumss ..

Szechuan Bird's Nest with Crabmeat Soup
Nice .. so refreshing but its a bit spicy for me.

Steamed Chicken with Ginseng in Clay pot
Soft, juicy chicken steamed with Ginseng in a Clay pot. Rich in nutrition .. full of taste .. I love the aroma of the ginseng.

Crispy Sea Garouper Siamese Style
I called this 'Ikan 3 Rasa' Hehe. Crispy deep fried garouper served with spicy Thai cause *Siamese Style* .. tak sedar makan hingga ku gigit tulang ikan. Ohhh .. malu *cos I sat with the Director .. hehe*

Stir Fried Butter Prawn with Grated Coconut
This is always my favourite when it came to Prawn. Needless to say much .. It is seriously yummy!

Braised Vegetable Paecel and Seasonal Vegetable with Scallop Sauce
Fresh vegetables with a delicious scallop sauce. 

Wok Fried Rice with Smoked Oyster
I must say that this is the best Fried Rice I ever tasted. Fresh from the wok, filled with egg, veggie and smoked oyster, I love the aroma and the rice taste. Enjoyed every scoop *tummy is happy too*

Sino Scene Special Durian Pancake. Chilled Sea Coconut with Dates and Snow Fungus
The most special durian pancake i ever tasted .. crispy outside .. yummy inside. The durian filling is original .. 100% durian without add on any creme. I want to call this superlicious!! Hehe and the Chilled Sea Coconut with Dates and Snow Fungus are so soothing and refreshing .. a great way to end our Dinner that night.

Thank You Swiss Garden Hotel for the lovely Chinese Dinner. We had a great time!

'World Sight Day' ~ Check your eyes with Focus Point

13th October 2016 is World Sight Day (WSD). What is WSD? WSD is an international day of awareness held annually on the second Thursday of October to focus attention on the global issue of avoidable blindness and visual impairment. It is observed around the world by all partners involved in preventing visual impairment or restoring sight.




In conjunction of the WSD, leading vision care group, Focus Point today launched "Stronger Together For Universal Eye Health Campaign" - a fresh, unique and colourful twist to advocating eye and vision care amidst rising vision impairment and eye problem incidences in the country.


According to one of the media article recently, 54% of every 1,000 Malaysian have a vision problem because of health reason. Factors that cause vision problems, including diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, aging, cataracts, retinal diseases and refractive problems
