BDB Marathon Jitra 2016 - 12th November 2016

Today sharing is about BDB Marathon Jitra which will be held on this coming 12th November 2016 at Bandar Darulaman, Jitra, Kedah. So wahai kaki-kaki yang suka berlari .. this entry is for you. Jom kita baca entry ini.

I recently attended the BDB Marathon Jitra 2016 Press Conference which was held at Wisma Glomac, Kuala Lumpur. 


BDB Marathon Jitra is the third of a three-part events under the BDB Triple Challenge 2016. Both earlier challenge, BDB Climb & Run Langkawi which was held on 4th June 2016 and BDB Extreme Jitra held on 17th September 2016 gave different experienced and challenged to the participants. The BDB Marathon Jitra will be flagged off from Darulaman Park and will take the runners through Jitra's town and countryside giving the runners an opportunity to enjoy Jitra in a new light.

The Managing Director of Kumpulan Bina Darulaman Berhad, YBhg Dato' Izham Yusoff  during the Press Conference said that the BDB Marathon Jitra 2016 which is divided into four categories which are are 42km, 21km, 10km and 5km Fun Run will give another challenges to the participants. The Marathon is expected to attract more than 1000 runners, features a combination of flat road and rolling hills with runners experiencing scenery of paddy field and discovering the beautiful rural ambience of Jitra as well. 


The BDB Marathon Jitra 2016 offers participants a total cash prizes of RM13,000.00 for all the first, second and third placing of all the categories and 14 flight tickets to Domestic and ASEAN worth RM12,600 sponsored by Fireflyz.

The Marathon is open to all Malaysian citizen and Non-Malaysian citizen aged 18th and above.

The Great Britain Festival (1-14 November 2016 @ Avenue K)

Britain is set to amaze and engage with a series of events in Malaysia at Avenue K Mall in Kuala Lumpur. The exciting line up kicks off with a flypast over the Petronas Twin Towers by the British Royal Air Force aerobatic team The Red Arrows, and ends with two international conference events, namely BETT Asia Leadership Summit & Expo and Wilton Park Education Dialogue in Kuala Lumpur.

There will also be The GREAT Britain Festival which will see a host of activities in Avenue K Mall in Kuala Lumpur, including the #MYUKEdu British Alumni Pop-up Night Club featuring British celebrity DJ Goldierocks, a UK Education Fair and a David Bowie tribute performance by Paul Roberts as the legendary British musician.

Her Excellency Vicki Treadell CMG MVO, the British High Commissioner to Malaysia, gave a preview of the exciting line up of events at a press conference. She said, “More than ever before, Britain is globally engaged and outward-looking on the world stage. This series of events in Malaysia proves just that! 

“While the events celebrate the best of British icons and culture, the strong education and skills theme underlining these events reflects our longstanding educational ties. Apart from the gathering of UK alumni, the education fair and leadership conferences, there will also be a poetry workshop, a Masterclass by celebrity DJ Goldierocks as well as our Chevening Talk Series on culture and identity.

“The education theme supports our three-year Education is GREAT campaign which was launched earlier this year to enhance the UK’s education engagement with Malaysia and help support the development of Malaysia’s ambition to become the education hub for ASEAN,” Treadell added.

The events are organised by the British High Commission Kuala Lumpur in collaboration with the UK Department for International Trade, British Council, Avenue K and Homme Productions among others. 

The attendees were then served by the Great Britain refreshment after the Press Conference.

 Atendees were also treated by the surprise performances by the children from the Primrose Hill International School, Avenue K, performing hit songs from UK such as One Direction and many more. So cute and lovely!

1 – 14 Nov 2016
The GREAT Britain Festival (#GBFestMY) will run from 1–14 Nov 2016 at the Avenue K mall in Kuala Lumpur. There will be a pop-up British bookstore run by Borders. New author and illustrator Richard Collingridge whose children’s picture books ‘When It Snows’ and ‘Lionheart’ have been shortlisted for awards, will be in the Avenue K Mall for author signings and talks. The British Council will be holding story telling sessionson Sat 5 Nov at the British Steps Auditorium on Level 3 in the Avenue K Mall (11am-1pm). Sponsor Jaguar Land Rover will display their cars at Avenue K too.  In addition, BBC will have a showcase on Level 3 featuringaward-winning British dramas, documentaries and news programmes.

Celebrity DJ Goldierocks will be giving a Masterclass ‘Women in Media’ at the British Steps Auditorium in Avenue K (11am-12pm). 

5 Nov 2016
There will be a Chevening Talk Series at the British Steps Auditorium in Avenue K (3pm-5pm), featuring Eddin Khoo (PUSAKA), Pang Khee Teik (Art for Grabs) and Yana Rizal (Projek Dialog). Join this lively conversation around arts, activism, creative industries, cultural preservation and heritage conservation.

5 Nov 2016
Malaysian British Alumni are invited to a British Alumni Pop-Up Night Club on the rooftop of Avenue K where Goldierocks will be spinning the decks.  As well as enjoying great British music, guests will also be able to buy British beer and food at student prices courtesy of Sid’s Pub. 5 – 6 Nov 2016
The British Council will be holding their Education UK University Fair (featuring around 80 UK universities) at the KLCC Conference Centre. This is a great opportunity to find out more about studying in the UK and meeting the different UK universities and learning about the different undergraduate degrees and master programmes that are available.

The Poetry Slam Workshop will take place at the British Steps Auditorium in Avenue K (11am-12pm). A poetry slam is an internationally recognised performance poetry competition where poets recite original poems specially written for the stage. Poetry Slams can feature a broad range of voices, styles, cultural traditions, and approaches to writing and performance. Slam poetry combines writing with drama, presentation and public speaking, to make poetry dynamic, accessible and fun. The skills developed by writing and performing poetry are valuable communication techniques, essential in all areas of life – building confidence and self esteem. This workshop will include a special poetry slam performance by a group of secondary school students from Edujourney - a private school based in Kuala Lumpur.

Ammar, Mira dan Issey pengacara 3 Juara

Ahad lepas, Konsert Pengenalan Rock 3 Juara telah berlangsung dan Misz-ella telah berpeluang untuk menyaksikan bakat-bakat baru ini bertanding secara "LIVE" di Sri Pentas 2, Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam. Seronok tengok ke lapan-lapan peserta 3 Juara kategori Rock ni bertanding. Semuanya berbakat dan hebat.

 Amy Search dan Edrie Hashim 

 Persembahan pembukaan oleh Papa Rock Malaysia, Amy Search dengan lagu hit nya Gita Rama Sita menghangatkan suasana di dalam Dewan.

 Komposer Edrie Hashim dan Amy Search sebagai Juri Konsert pengenalan genre Rock 3 Juara turut berkongsi tips dengan peserta. Keyword kedua-dua mereka pada malam tu ialah "Gigit" .. Hehe.


Peserta pertama Kudien buat dewan semakin panas dengan persembahannya.

Rahra dari Johor mempunyai suara rock 'husky' semulajadi

Arill dari Kedah peserta paling muda, baru berusia 18 tahun.

Kelvin dengan lagu 'Highway Star' dari Deep Purple.

Arul yang 'Nakal' dipentas mendapat sambutan paling hangat dari penonton. 

Ayien dari Sabah membuktikan yang beliau mempunyai jiwa 'rock'

Eva Maria bawakan lagu rock klasik

Indra Putra tampil lain dari yang lain dengan versi rock yang sangat unik


Dan akhirnya .. inilah dia enam orang peserta ‘rockers’ yang dipilih oleh Produser Rock, Edrie Hashim untuk terus bertanding di dalam rancangan realiti 3 Juara. 

Manakala, dua peserta, Kelvin dan Rahra tersingkir, menamatkan perjuangan mereka dalam rancangan realiti ini.

Fantasia Bulan Madu gandingan Amy Search dan 6 peserta yang mara ke pusingan seterusnya di persembahan penutup.

Produser Genre Rock, Edrie Hashim, sangat berpuashati dengan persembahan ke lapan-lapan anak didiknya. Kata beliau  “Sebenarnya saya telah memilih top 8 saya dengan sebaiknya. Mereka adalah yang terbaik daripada beribu peserta yang telah hadir di uji bakat bulan lepas.

Tetapi di malam penentuan ini, saya harus memilih enam yang terbaik sahaja dan harus melihat sama ada mereka semua sudah bersedia atau tidak untuk meneruskan perjuangan mereka dalam pertandingan 3 Juara ini. Dengan gandingan saya bersama abang Amy Search, saya telah memilih peserta top 6 saya, dan saya percaya, mereka akan pecahkan pentas 3 Juara.”

Secara jujurnya, Misz-ella juga sangat berpuashati dengan persembahan ke semua peserta 3 Juara genre Rock ini. Kesemuanya hebat dan memukau. Syabas buat enam peserta yang terpilih untuk ke peringkat seterusnya. Moga terus tabah, gigih dan rajin belajar dan menyerlahkan bakat di bawah bimbingan produser Edrie Hashim dan menjadi seorang lagi 'Rock star'.

Misz-ella dah tengok bakat mereka 'excited' nak tengok persembahan mereka seterusnya. Jom kita sama-sama 'check it out' konsert seterusnya,  ok.

Day 1 @ Jogja - Candi Prambanan, Pantai Parangtritis, Alun-Alun, Nasi Gu deg Yu Djum. Malioboro, EDU Hostel

Sambungan kisah 'Girls Trip To Jogja' .. Read my 1st entry here. * After our lunch at Rumah Makan Sendang Ayu, we continued our Jogja's exploration. Our first destination is Candi Prambanan, one of the oldest and largest Hindu temple of Ancient Jawa.



We bought a package ticket for 2 'Candi' at USD32. This package allow you to enter both Candi - Prambanan and Borobudur and must be visited by the buyer in 2 continuous day.




The temple compound is very huge and we wander around the temples on foot but then the journey wasn't boring at all as we enjoyed the lush landscape and the detailed architecture of the temples. 

Adik-adik manis pandai posing di Jogja. Sangat berpuashati dapat melihat Candi Prambanan dari dekat sebab architecture nya sangat berseni dan lawa till I kept on telling myself .. Wow .. cantiknya batu-batu kat sini membuatkan kita lebih mensyukuri tiap ciptaan dan kurniaan Allah SWT  kepada bumi.

Cuaca agak panas tetapi itu bukanlah masalahnya kerana keterujaan kami mengatasi segala-galanya. Heyyy Its Jojga, anyway, city on the Indonesian Island of Java known for its traditional arts and cultural heritage. So mari kita enjoy walau cuaca agak panas 'meleting'

Therefore, do not forget to bring your own drink. Pocari is always my choice when I am in Indonesia. This Pocari is like 100 Plus lah .. isotonic drink.


And that hot weather does not stop us to pose. Well .. anyway who want to miss the opportunity to take a shot at this great temple.


The posing ladies ~ We spent a few hours here just to enjoy the beautiful architecture of the Prambanan Temple and one nice shot before we say Goodbye to Prambanan.


Do not worry of getting hungry. Ada banyak kedai jual makanan dan cenderahati sekitar kawasan Prambanan ini yang mana pelayannya sangat ramah tamah .. dari jauh sudah melambai-lambai .. Yok Buk .. Makan Buk ... sekali Iqa keluar camera .. terus diam dan posing ala-ala model. Pandai diaorang, kan. Tehehehe.


Bring home some souvenirs from Jogja at Prambanan. Cheap!


Next destination was Pantai Parangtritis, the most popular beach among the local and tourists situated 27km from the Jogjakarta town. 


We went to Parangtritis Beach to watch the sunset unfortunately it was so cloudy so there was no sunset at all *frustrated*

Ramai yang mengatakan yang pantai ini cantik dan lawa tapi bagi Misz-ella tiada apa yang istimewa atau yang menarik di sini. Pantai di Malaysia lagi lawa. Pasir pantai sedikit kehitaman. Yang menyedihkan adalah kawasan persekitaran pantai agak kotor .. banyak anjing membuang air di pasir ini. I seriously think it is OK if you skip this beach on your trip.




But seriously I love the tree. So i asked Imal to pose for me. Ohhh ayunya Imal

Then we went to Gumuk Pasir for Sandboarding experience. Rented a sandboard at RP100,000 only unfortunately it was rain. So money was refunded to us and we had to say GoodBye to this experience. Harus ke sini lagi kah? Hehehe.

We went to Alun-Alun Kidul at night. Alun Alun Kidul kalau di Malaysia is similar to Dataran Merdeka where people came here with family and 'kesayangan' for some bonding time. This place are so happening at night where the local and tourists came here to have some fun. Well ... lets see whether we have fun here.

Wootss .. We rented this special Trishaw which fitted 8 of us. Kena kayuh pedal tu pelan-pelan ye dan awas .. sila peka dan prihatin dengan lalulintas or else you will end up langgar moto macam i. LOL! Buat malu jer .. sumpah tak nak kayuh lagi. Tukar driver please. Hehe.

Haha dah tukar driver. Driver dua orang ni lebih berhemah dan peka .. berhati-hati dia orang kayuh .. bukan macam I .. excited terlebih. Hehehe.

Kami bayar 40,000 Rupiah untuk satu pusingan. Kata dia kalau nak dua pusingan perlu bayar 60,000 Rupiah sahaja tapi kitorang dah berpeluh-peluh mengayuh .. udah-udah la tu .. Jom kita balik. Anyway, we had fun at Alun-Alun. So much fun!

Dinner was Nasi Gu deg Yu Djum, a local Jogja rice.

Nasi dan Daging Sapi berserta Tempe. Simple je lauk diaorang, kan. Walaupun simple tetap berselera kami makan. Just one thing that I realised .. their food is a bit sweet.

We refuel the energy since we had an adrenaline rush just now and burnt tons of calories. Hahaha .. kayuh beca je pun .. macam kau baru lepas marathon yang beria sangat.

Then we went to Malioboro Street, a famous place in the city centre where we can get a lot of local stuffs, souvenirs at a very cheap price. Dont forget to bargain ya.


Then we checked in at EDU Hostel, Jogja which is centrally located in downtown Jogja.


Spacious lobby and fast checked in. The hostel come with Free Wifi but only at the lobby.


You can use the Hostel's desk top too *but I bring my own laptop*


We booked two rooms. Each room fit maximum up to 4 persons and has 2 bathroom. Clean, spacious and comfort. More info about EDU Hostel can be find here.

Day 2 @ Yogjakarta - Merapi, Gereja Ayam, Borobudur, Panjat Pokok Pinus @ Kalibiru, Klinik Kopi, Murtabak Kum Kum

Day 2 in Jojga. Hari ni excited sangat. Woke up at 3:00am and left EDU Hostel by 4:30am to go to Merapi Volcano. Kita nak pergi tengok matahari terbit dari Gunung Merapi. Yeayy !


Van turunkan kita kat sini as the journey to the mountainside is only possible via the jeep


OK this is thrill and challenging. Jalan naik ke lereng Gunung Merapi dan turun sangat tak rata .. bergoyang-goyang dangdut kami dibuatnya. The best way is to stand all the way up and Enjoy it.

Sampai sahaja ke lereng Gunung Merapi, the driver parked the jeep and tadaaaaa .. Many Thanks to the photographer so much for this lovely shot. Matahari jingga baru nak naik memukau pandangan mata dan jiwa. Sumpah cantik! Terpaku Misz-ella dengan keindahannya.

Lagi gambar berlatarbelakangkan Gunung Merapi. Letupan terakhir Gunung Merapi adalah pada tahun 2010. Ramai yang gerun pada Merapi (sebab ia gunung berapi) tapi larva dari letusan gunung berapi itu lah yang banyak berjasa kepada bumi. Pada Misz-ella gunung berapi dicipta sebagai pengajaran kepada manusia. Walau membawa kemusnahan malah mengorbankan jiwa sesiapa yang mengecilkan kekuatannya tapi ia tetap berjasa kepada manusia. Allah SWT tak jadikan sesuatu itu tanpa sebab. Gunung berapi adalah contoh terbaik yang setiap kejadian itu datang dengan kebaikan dan keburukannya yang tersendiri. Gunung berapi adalah peringatan kepada manusia agar sentiasa merendah diri, beringat dan mendengar kata. Kalau amaran atau tanda-tanda letusan besar akan keluar, berpindahlah. Jangan angkuh dan jangan sombong sebab buruk padahnya. Merenung dan menjiwai Merapi memberi keinsafan pada diri Misz-ella akan kebesaran ciptaan Allah SWT ini. Sejujurnya, Misz-ella paling suka 'travel' ke tempat-tempat yang ada roh dan jiwa seperti ini.

Our morning was well spent at Merapi .. Fresh air, dust free and cooling. For me this is the best time to visit Merapi Volcano. Berbaloi meninggalkan tilam empuk dan melawan kepenatan yang masih bersisa demi Merapi. Ummm .. I miss Merapi.

Bunker Kaliaden ialah tempat perlindungan sementara yang melindungi orang-orang yang berdekatan semasa Merapi mengeluarkan letusan kecil. Misz-ella dah masuk dalam Bunker ni .. kecik je tempat dia.

Batu ini dipanggil Batu 'Alien', tercipta dengan sendirinya hasil dari letusan Gunung Merapi .. mirip muka manusia, kan.

Jom tengok pemandangan




Tempat ini dipanggil Muzium - masuk Percuma sahaja ke sini. Ibarat sebuah arkib .. menempatkan segala peninggalan dan segala memori selepas letusan Gunung Merapi.


Agak lama jugak kami disini. Memandangkan kami keluar awal (pukul 4:30 pagi, sebelum Subuh) kami sarapan kat sini je, makan Bakwan (cucur sayur), Tahu, Tempe Goreng dan jugak Mee Rebus (Maggi la .. hehe). Lepas tu kami pun turun ke kaki gunung dengan menaiki Jeep ni balik. Thanks to our friendly tour guide who treated us nicely. Bayaran untuk Jeep adalah IDR100 ribu seorang. Well this is Indonesia. Tak main la duit kecik .. sekali keluar ribu-ribu kot .. bila lagi nak merasa jadi Kaya, kan *hehehe*

Lepas tu kami ke Bukit Rhema untuk melawat Gereja Ayam, lokasi filem Ada Apa Dengan Cinta 2 (AADC2). Tapi kami ke Jogja bukanlah sebab AADC2 tu sebab kami beli tiket lebih dari 365 sebelum kami terbang tinggi-tinggi ke Jogja ni. 

Ada dua pilihan di kaki bukit .. berjalan kaki ke Gereja Ayam atau menaiki Jeep. Tambang menaiki Jeep ialah IDR14 ribu *dua hala* dan Yuran masuk ke Gereja Ayam ialah IDR15 ribu. We chosed the jeep. Akak-akak nak jimat tenaga sebab banyak tempat lagi nak lawat lepas ni.

Gereja Ayam ni sebenarnya adalah Rumah Doa untuk pelbagai fahaman dan agama yang dibina oleh Daniel Alamsjah pada tahun 1989 tapi tahun 1992 baru dia mulakan pembangunannya. Walau belum sempurna, Gereja Ayam sudah mula dilawati pengunjung sebab bentuknya yang unik merupai burung merpati dan dari puncak kita boleh nampak keindahan alam sekitar Candi Borobudur yang dikelilingi gunung-gunung. Kat basement pulak ada bilik-bilik berbentuk gua untuk digunakan sebagai tempat berdoa secara peribadi atau berkelompok. Hummmm .. macamana la rupa dia bila siap sepenuhnya nanti ye. Weihhh kena datang lagi ni. Hehe.


Tangga sempit ke puncak. Syabas kepada kita kerana berjaya menuju puncak. Yeayy!


Ini dia puncak atau juga dipanggil tiara/crown Gereja Ayam. Cantik pemandangan kat sini. Boleh nampak gunung Merapi jugak tau dari sini. Orang kata 'sunrise' di sini pun cantik sebab tu shooting AADC2 buat kat sini.

Lepas itu kami ke Candi Borobudur - The no. 1 holiday destination in Jogja. 


Seriously I was quite nervous when I saw the height of Borobudur from far but then our determination to conquer the peak are everything. Rugi kalau tak naik sampai atas sebab setiap sudut dan tingkat Borobudur ini sangat cantik dan unik senibina nya and again .. stamina!! 

Merenung awan putih, langit biru dan keindahanmu ... Aku terpaku!

B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.

Yang ni pun .. OhMyGod .. Borobudur make me crazy! Tiap sudut, tiap inchi Borobudur sangat halus dan berseni. Tengok ukiran di setiap batu .. tengok lantai yang dipijak, tengok titik pertemuan tiap dua batu .. menakjubkan!

Next we went to Taman Wisata Alam Kalibiru or Kalibiru National Park. Perjalanan ke Kalibiru agak jauh, laluan bergunung ganang, turun naik .. more challenging than the roller coaster ride but yeahh .. thats the challenge.

Bayaran masuk ke Kalibiru ialah IDR15 ribu seorang sahaja. Dari sini kena mendaki lebih kurang 200 meter untuk ke tempat-tempat menarik. Agak curam jugak kecerunannya tetapi, makin tinggi makin cantik lah 'view' nya. So mari kita mendaki.


Di Kalibiru, ada 5 spot menarik untuk bergambar dan bayaran dikenakan adalah IDR25 Ribu sahaja untuk setiap spot. I suggest you take photo at all spots sebab semuanya cantik dan lawa. Kemudahan awam seperti Surau, tandas dan Warung juga ada. Aktiviti extreme seperti 'Flying Fox' pun ada. Ohhh I'm sad sebab tak sempat try. Nak Kalibiru lagi boleh? Hehehe.

Kita makan dulu sebab ramai yang dah kelaparan, dah hilang 'mood' dah hampir kehabisan tenaga .. etc .. etc. Simple je lunch kitorang. Nasi, lauk ayam bakar atau ayam goreng atau ikan dengan sambal dan kicap. Air Es Jeruk. Hummm .. berselera. Diet? Ohhh lupakan sahaja demi tenaga *hehehe*


Sebaik lepas makan .. kita panjat pokok pinus. Yeayy !! Another wishlist in Jogja checked! To be honest, deep inside my heart I was quite nervous. Mengigil kaki masa panjat tangga pokok tu tapi disebabkan nak tengok view lawa dari atas pokok pinus ni, Misz-ella beranikan diri and I MADE IT! Bayu lembut yang segar dan dingin, tasik, gunung, langit biru dan awan memutih .. pada masa ini cinta pada Jogja menggunung tinggi setinggi pokok pinus ini. The nature in Jogja is so pure and amazing. Oopss it is compulsory to take the photographer provided by the operator. One picture cost us IDR5000 only dan harus ambil minimum 4 keping gambar. So minimum cost for photographer is IDR20k only. The picture will then be transferred to you handphone.

A group photo before we left Kalibiru National Park. Selamat Tinggal Kalibiru. Semoga kita bertemu lagi. Masih banyak yang mahu Misz-ella lakukan di sini, Ohhhh .. hatiku tertinggal di Kalibiru.

Klinik Kopi checked!! Another shooting location for AADC2. Sebelum dapat kopi kena ambil nombor giliran dulu. Tunggu nombor dipanggil baru kita order. Sebelum order dia akan explain dulu nama dan rasa kopinya. Very the manual way, kan.

Ready to drink. They only served black coffee without sugar. I love the idea of 'minum kopi duduk di serambi' or di taman yang disediakan di sini. Santai dan selesa. Yang tak selesanya ialah kena menunggu lama sebab orang sangat ramai gara-gara populariti AADC2.

Our dinner on the second day was at Murtabak Kum Kum. Well, follow them on Instagram or ask Mr. google for their location. Not far from EDU Hostel. Mean .. downtown! Murtabak 16 perisa ada coklat, ada nutella, ada strawberi, ada cheese dan macam-macam lagi. Sedap. Tak pandang kiri kanan dah. Berbaloi memanjakan 'tummy' dan #Saynotodiet kerana Murtabak 16 perisa ini. Olololo Misz-ella .. masa holiday jangan sebut diet lah. Spoil holiday tu nanti. Hehehe.




Kami order juga Murtabak Daging Ber 'cheese' yang sangat 'cheezy and yummy' dan off course .. Es Jeruk yang sangat marvelous bila di Indonesia. Very refreshing and cooling - Hanya di Indonesia. Kalau di KL orange juice oren nya sebelah air je lebih, kan. 

After the dinner, we went back to EDU Hostel happily. Day 1 was a good start. Day 2 was amazing. We went to our bed, sleep well and excited for our Day 3 in Jogja which was undoubtedly a valuable experienced. Cant wait to share it with you, here. Sila datang lagi dan dengar cerita saya ye. Day 3 @ Yogyakarta - Hutan Pinus Inogiri, Cave Tubing Goa Pindul, Water Rafting, Lobster & Gondola Pantai Timang, Bukit Bintang

Day 3 in Jogja - Today we woke up a bit late as our journey started only at 7:30am. Ohhhh .. happy gila dapat manjakan diri lebih lama di tilam tempuk itu. Breakfast was "Nasi Kejam" Woahhh .. nama!! White Rice with Fried Soy Bean, Chicken soup with Mushroom and Crackers. Add on the sambal kalau nak pedas. Lepas makan, sila kemas pinggan dan cawan. Nama pun Hostel, kan.

Our first destination was Hutan Pinus Inogiri. Antara tempat paling best, paling nyaman, paling sejuk dan paling tenang. Tiada pencemaran di sini .. yang ada hanyalah oksigen segar dan bersih yang bakal menyerikan lagi paru-paru kita. The journey to this place was again!! Jalan turun naik bengkang bengkok. Best nya la hai kat Jogja ni. Hari-hari naik 'roller coaster' free. Hehe.

Diaorang memang suka bergambar tunjuk belakang. Belakang lagi cantik dari depan kot agaknya ye. Hehehe.


Next we went for Goa Pindul Dark Cave tubing - A magical Journey in the underground river. We were given a life jacket and were asked to float on a rubber tube and the tubes were connected from one to another. We were greeted by a beautiful stalactite and stalagmite as we enter the cave *Wow*

Well this is my first experienced floating on the river in the cave by tubing and life jacket and it was really awesome even I was nervous at the beginning. The limestone cave was totally dark and I am always scared of dark *Ohmy we should have brought our headlamp*

Our 350 metres cave tubing journey was accompanied by 2 guides who shared us the story of this cave along the way. 

Best!! Sesetengah tempat agak sempit, kena lipat kaki dan duduk bersila dalam tube untuk melepasi tempat tu.

If you go to Jogja, do not miss the cave tubing activity. The cave is so interesting and contains a lot of beautiful stalactites which was formed naturally. Spot the 'batu perkasa' which shaped like the male genital *sorry I do not have photo* . Menurut kata orang dulu-dulu, kalau si jejaka menyentuh batu itu, maka makin perkasa lah kejantannya.. Hehehe *a man will increase his sexual vitality is he touch it, according the myth* and please bring your head lamp so that you can see it clearly.



Out from the cave feeling happy. I love the calm water and my frens accompany which kept me calm along the journey *aku kan takut gelap*

Our next exploration was Water Rafting. For this activity we need to depart from the other station. So here we go .. waiting to be transported in a pick up lorry *they called it Pajero .. Hehe*


And again .. a long line of ladies on a tube waiting patiently and excitedly for our water rafting experience.

The river flowed gently and so calm. No wonder some called it Natures Lazy River .. hehe.


And suddenly ... woahhh !!! Fun!!

Our journey back was via the pick up lorry again and the view is the green paddy field.

OhMyGod .. Jogja are so lovely. Semua nature ada di sini .. Gunung berapi, Gua batu kapur, Hutan pinus, Air sungai yang mengalir tenang dan juga sawah padi. Makin suka dan cinta lah kami pada Jogja ini.

Then we went for our lobster lunch also at GunungKidul. Ohdear .. the lobsters are so fresh, cheap, juicy and sweet. 

2kg lobsters, Nasi putih and Nasi Goreng, Tempe, Ulam and Sambal for 8 hungry ladies cost us IDR900 thousands only. Well .. mana nak dapat dalam dunia harga lobster semurah itu, kan. Makan cepat-cepat lepas ni kita nak menyeberang Lautan Hindi *kunyah laju-laju*

And tadaaaa ... after our luxury lunch, we went to Gunung Kidul for another adventure ~ Gondola Ride! The journey to the Gondola ride was quite challenging too. Jalan sangat tak rata maka bergolek-golek la kami di dalam van. For those who came individually or in a small group, you need to take the Ojek ride *motocycle* which run by the villagers at the foot of the mountain. Once arrive, go to the counter, pay IDR200 thousand per person and get your hand stamped as proof of payment and get excited for the traditional Gondola ride crossing the Hindi Ocean. Interesting, right!

Kita nak pergi sana tu .. tu .. tu .. nak seberang Lautan Hindi tu dengan menaiki gondola tu .. wahhhhhh ..

First thing that I observed once I arrived ... OK its a short ride .. about 100 metres, I guessed. Takut tak? Off course ada sedikit takut but once I made up my mind to took the challenge, I cleared all the fear. Perangai Misz-ella kalau ada ragu-ragu atau kemusykilan, I wont do. I need a very high level of confident as encouragement to push the best of me. So dalam hati dah bertekad. Yang negatif Misz-ella buang jauh-jauh. Nak cuba jugak!

Waiting for turn. Berdebar? Sikit je .. but I have to salute my two friends, Iqa and Nana who were so brave to ride the gondola alone. 


OK let me explain .. If you are an adrenaline junkie like us, you should try this ~ Ride this wooden 'cable cart' tied together on pulleys that are made of fabric rope! Yes you heard me right .. fabric rope not a steel cable, ok. Safety? Any life jacket provided? No. Ride on your own risk. Fikir habis-habis nak ke tak nak try and once decided .. GO! No more What if ???? Fikir je yang baik-baik .. In sha Allah Allah balas dengan segala kebaikan juga nanti.

Boarding time. Hehe. Sempat pose untuk kenangan hari tua nanti.

Thanks to my partner Imal for her accompanied. Masa ni aku tak fikir apa dah. Dah tekad dan bulat. So .. Bismillah and Tawakal lah. Moga dilindungi dan perjalanan ini diberkati. Amin. Hold Tight and Lets Go!



All of us safely landed at Pantai Timang. It was a short ride (40 seconds only) I think it is more suitable to called this place Timang Island and I seriously believed that this island is made of  giant 'terumbu karang'

And we were lucky enough to spot the sunset from here. We missed the sunset at Pantai Parangtritis but then we got the opportunity to enjoy it here. God bless. Alhamdulillah.


The pretty Iqa at Pantai Timang. This lady is a package of sweet, soft appearance but with a thrill adventurous heart. Hehe.

After spending almost an hour at Pantai Timang, we took a gondola ride back.
Tadaaaaaa .. the big ocean, the wind that blows .. ohmy .. Enjoynya .. Jogja is lovely lah! I rindu Jogja!!

After the Gunung Kidul exploration, we went back to the EDU Hostel. On the way home, we stopped at Bukit Bintang for a spectacular view of the whole Yogjakarta at night. Too bad we dont have the pic! Bukit Bintang is lovely too but the food at the Hotel there was a little bit pricey.

Day 1 was a kick start, Day 2 was amazing. Day 3 was undoubtedly another quality day in Jogja. Jogja is amazing, adventurous and fun. Jogja is beautiful and touched our soul.

We flew back to Malasysia on the next day with a sweet memories in Jogja. Jogja best lah. Sapa-sapa yang suka adventure dan nature, sila lah ke Jogja. It is cheap to travel to Jogja but promised you a very unvaluable experienced. Ok Bye. Misz-ella dah habis sharing dah dengan you all ni. Nanti kita cerita lagi. Bye readers. Thank you baca ye.

Day 4 @ Yogjakarta - Kraton, Sambel Layah, Bakpia99, Rizky Trip Jogja

Hello ..


Its Day 4 of our Trip in Yogjakarta. Harini kita kena balik. Ohh sedih. Yogjakarta is so big. It is five times bigger than Jakarta so definitely 4 days/3 nights is not enough *ohhh cry cry* tapi kami harus pulang.


Breakfast at the EDU Hostel Roof top. Our Day 4 breakfast was Nasi Goreng Magelangan. Ummmm .. sedap. Bahagia 'tummy' dimanjai setiap hari di Jogja ni. Today is our Free & Easy Day. Mari kita 'ringan-ringan' rilek-rilek takmo stress-stress. I decided to stay at our room and completed my work *misz-ella travel sambil buat kerja, ok*



At 12pm, we checked out and we went to Sambel Layah for lunch by 'beca'. The cost of 2 beca was IDR80 k *only 3 of us went together'


My lunch was set Lele and Kangkung goreng. IDR18k sahaja. Best makan kat sini. You can just walk to this place from EDU Hostel. Very near.

Then we went to Kraton for some last minute shopping. Kraton is a place where you can find batik, sarong and other local made product at a very cheap price. Wahhh .. challenging gila naik beca tengah-tengah bandar Jogja. Dengan tak da 'seat belt' nya *mana ada beca ada seat belt cik ella oiiii .. hahaha* dengan tak da helmet nya .. dengan kereta banyak nya. Punya lah nervous .. Aku rasa bukan Bismillah je aku baca .. khatam satu Al-Quran kot dalam perjalanan tu *hehehe*


Then we dropped by at Bakpia99 shop and I brought home a box of Bakpia. Bakpia is a traditional Jogja 'kueh' .. Taste a little bit like our Malaysia Tau Sar cookies. Kalau nak beli ole-ole, rasanya Bakpia paling sesuai.

By 2:45pm, we left EDU Hostel and GoodBye Jogja. Jogja was sweet, lovely, adventurous and fun. Everything was well managed *thank you Iqa and the geng for the itinerary, googling works .. etc .. etc ..* 4Hari/3Malam bersamamu sangat manis dan bakal segar di memori kami berlapan. Kami pulang dengan harapan "MAHU DATANG LAGI"

Following the successful of the first run on 2015 whereby more than 3,500 participants were seen taking part on the run, this funky Belgium brand of watches is back in the limelight once again to bring a night of fun & colours into the hearts of fellow runners.

The run will once again take off and end from the iconic Plaza Shah Alam and will include new 5KM & 10KM routes on Saturday, 3rd December 2016. Morning Tuesday Workout

Running 5km on the threadmill. Well .. i guessed when your mood and feel is good, everything is fine. I made it in 30 minutes. Thank you very much, mood .. you made my run easy.

Exercise is fun! And add more fun in your exercise by doing it together with your love one. An hour of exercise with Aiman, before he went to work on that lovely Tuesday morning .. our own way of spending quality time together. Keep up a healthy lifestyle, readers.

Wootsss .. tiba-tiba terasa lapar petang-petang.

Nak keluar beli juadah petang malas. Nak masak juadah petang lagi la malas. Yang paling senang ialah masak Telur Dadar.


Hiris dadu bawang besar dan cili api. Lepas tu tumis dalam minyak panas sampai naik bau. Lepas tu masukkan telur (2 biji) yang dah dipukul. Kuatkan api tapi kena jaga jangan sampai hangus. Masak sampai rata, bila dah masak, curahkan serbuk lada hitam dan 'chilli flakes' tutup api dan angkat. Telur tak perlu dibalikkan. Ehhh .. betul-betul bahasa kat rumah ni. Korang faham ke? Tehehehe.

Finally The Running Diva Pinktober Edition which I have been waiting for the last two months arrived on the 23 October 2016.

The Running Diva Pinktober Edition which was held in conjunction with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month was a blast! 4,000 participants for all walks of life were seen running together for a good cause. So readers, read this entry till the end to find out more about The Running Diva Pinktober Edition. 

Me and friends were seen at the venue *Pullman Lakeside Hotel, Putrajaya* since 6:00am. I was not alone but was accompanied by 13 other fitness friends during the run. Thank you ladies for accepting my challenged to run for a good cause even you never run before! 

I was not feeling well actually. I had fever, flu and muscle ache a day earlier. I almost decided to gave up or to change my running category to 3km run instead of 10km which I signed up earlier .. but finally I decided  to stay strong at 10km. *Just do it Ella. You can do it. Believe in yourself. You can*

I love to see people putting the effort on taking care of their health through exercise.  Yeayy ... lets do it. Body Combat is definitely a good exercise to kick start our run and it was fun! Too bad we have a space limitation issue on that morning .. I can't punch and kick to the max!

The flagged off was at 7:10am *for 10km category* Runners were seen running happily. Heyy thats my friend Aizat in stylish pink!!

I was happy when I spotted the Medical Team on a motobike *because I was not feeling well*

They arrived, had a drink, pose *compulsory .. haha* and continued the journey


I was fast and left them behind but I kept on calling to ensure that they are OK




While I was going fast, this four friends were seen enjoying their quality time together at the run.

Many chosed to run/walked with the family. Holding hands together? OhOh .. this is so lovely, proven that running is not only the easiest way towards a healthier life but also one of the best way to spread the loves among us. Congrats to the parents who chosed running as a platform to spend quality time together.

Either you are running alone, running with your BFF or with your loved one, most importantly we are running for the same mission ~ Running for a good cause .. to raise fun for the National Cancer Society in conjunction with the Breast Cancer Awareness Month which falls on the month of October.

We were greeted with a smile from the volunteers the last water station.  Oopss its 100 Plus! Yeayy !!

 And finally .. I reached the finishing line.

I am one of the 4,000 runners who returned home with this finishing medal. I cried once I touched the finishing line *tears of joy* reminisce the hardship that I had to went through to own this medal .. on how I pushed myself to try harder or not to give up without trying hard. On how I motivated myself to be stronger when I was at the weak point during the run. Running helped shape me to be a better person *sobs*

And I was the happiest person cos even they are newbies in running, all of them made their way to the finishing line and went home with their dream medals, happily and look forward for more run. Its not about your timing, its about your spirit. Congrats .. strong women. I am proud with all of you.

All in .. all in .. we had a blast spending our quality time running together at The Running Diva Pinktober Edition. Everything was perfect ~ The weather was good, the route was comfortable and safe for 4,000 runners, the water station, medical team was there to give a helping hands, the Marshall and the volunteers are helpful whenever needed. I love the route ~ the large wide roads, the bridge, the staircase, the lake, a nice peaceful park and had to passed by the nice architecture building and my ears spotted the sounds of the lovely birds. Congrats Ariff Syafik *on my right* the Race Director of the run and his team. We look forward for your next The Running Diva event. Yeay!!

Konsert Gegar Vaganza Minggu Kedua - Ohh Abg Razis

Hello readers

Konsert Gegar Vaganza Minggu Ke dua dah berlalu. You all pun dah tau keputusan nya yang mana Razis Ismail tersingkir. Maka tinggal lah 11 orang lagi peserta sahaja yang akan meneruskan perjuangan di Konsert Gegar Vaganza Minggu ke 3 pada Ahad ini.

OK jom tengok Gegar Vaganza dari kacamata Misz-ella. Mari kita sama-sama layan Entry. Baca sampai habis tau korang ..


Persembahan pembukaan oleh Datuk A. Rahman Hassan dengan lagu 'killer' beliau Tak Mengapa. Penonton dari pelbagai lapisan usia terhibur. Siap ada yang menari dan menyanyi bersama Datuk lagi. Datuk tetap hebatlah!

Peserta pertama ialah Azharina dengan lagu Sinaran. Azharina menyanyi 'LIVE' memang best! Menghiburkan dengan vokal dia yang sangat mantap.

Penyanyi Shidee bawakan lagu favourite Misz-ella ~ Meneka Dalam Kesamaran nyanyian asal Ibnor Riza. Sedap lagu ni .. mendayu-dayu dan syahdu.

Ameng Spring *ohhhh .. teringat lagu Sampai Hati dia* nyanyikan lagi Epilog Cinta Dari Bromley nyanyian penyanyi romantis Sohaimi Mior Hassan. 

Zur Eda dengan Berpaut Di Dahan Cinta nyanyian asal Dayangku Intan. Terpesona Misz-ella menontonnya sampai ternyanyi sama-sama. Akuuuuu .. berpaut di dahan cinta. Ewahh ..


Razis Ismail bawa lagu Bunga Pujaan nyanyian asal oleh Jamal Abdillah. Misz-ella dari dulu minat Razis. Ohh Abang Razis ..  

Elly Mazlein nyanyikan lagi Berpisah Jua oleh Ziana Zain dengan jayanya. Semua orang tau yang bukan senang nak bawa lagu Ziana Zain. Bila dia berjaya 'tarik' .. Misz-ella yang tarik nafas lega.

Penyanyi cantik tinggi lampai Intan Sarafina bawakan lagu Pudar oleh Rossa. Suara Intan tetap manja macam muda dulu dan seperti biasa .. Intan dikatakan kurang ekspressi. Rasanya dari dulu lagi Intan ada masalah ini, kan. Walaubagaimanapun, persembahan Intan tetap menghiburkan dan mendapat perhatian juri.

Nora tampil dengan persembahan yang sangat dramatik dengan lagu Setelah Aku Kau Miliki. Terpancar kekecewaan dan kesedihan di dalam penyampaian Nora sampai Misz-ella pun rasa nak nangis sama. *Ouchhh .. tersentuh hati i*

Misz-ella memang peminat Rem. Rem bawakan lagu Suratan Atau Kebetulan nyanyian asal oleh Kenny, Remy & Martin. Suara Rem tetap 'bergaya' seperti dahulu. Minggu depan kalau dapat tengok Rem bawakan lagu rancak best jugak, kan. 

Zarul dengan lagu Untukmu Selamanya membuktikan yang beliau masih berbisa. Ramai peminat Zarul .. riuh rendah dewan dibuatnya.

GMie bawakan lagu Januari nyanyian asal oleh Glen Fredly. Juri kata suara GMie sangat unik. Misz-ella pun setuju. Dah la suara nya unik, lenggok dia nyanyi pun best. Tak jemu persembahan oleh GMie ni.

Siti Sarah Raisuddin dengan lagu Teratai Layu Di Tasik Madu. Hummm .. macam tak ada apa nak komen persembahan si kecik molek ni selain dari .. Misz-ella bagi 5 bintang! *Ehhh .. kau kenapa? Kau juri ke nak bagi-bagi bintang? Ooopss .. sorry .. terover! Hehehe*

Dan akhirnya Razis Ismail tersingkir pada minggu ini. Ohhh sedih. Dah lama Misz-ella tak tengok Abang Razis menyanyi dan sejujurnya Misz-ella mahu melihat dia menyanyi dengan lebih lama lagi di Konsert ini tapi saya akur .. Ini adalah pertandingan. Hanya yang terbaik akan dipilih Juri. 

Secara keseluruhannya, Konsert Gegar Vaganza minggu ke 2 ini sangat menghiburkan. Kesemua artis membuat persembahan secara 'all-out' dan mendapat sambutan yang sangat memberangsangkan dari para penonton. Riuh rendah Dewan MBSA dengan sorakan dan tepukan. Kedua-dua pengacara ~ Nabil dan Jihan ... ummmm .. sebenarnya lebih hebat dari apa yang penonton saksikan di kaca TV. Diaorang berdua memang sangat spontan dan semulajadi .. tak seminit pun bosan Dewan MBSA tu kerana mereka berdua.

So pembaca-pembaca blog Misz-ella semua, memandangkan Konsert minggu ke 2 Gegar Vaganza telah pun berakhir dengan jayanya, Misz-ella lebih teruja nak lihat persembahan minggu hadapan dan yang akan datang. Siapa penyanyi favourite korang? Misz-ella? Ohhh .. semua. Artis semua best-best. Pandai Astro pilih.

Minggu ini pertandingan dijangka lebih mencabar kerana lagu yang diberikan kepada peserta di minggu ke 3 adalah jauh berbeza dari 'genre' nyanyian mereka.

AkTION bring 3 Eco-Sports events to Langkawi

Another exciting sport event I brought to you. This time is about AkTION Langkawi.

Langkawi is a beautiful island with mountains, beaches, forest and distinct inhabitants which has been declared by UNESCO as one of 94 globally recognised Geoparks from 27 countries.

Langkawi which is famous among the local and the international tourist has taken another approach to strengthen its tourism with eco-friendly sport since 2016 via their first pilot project, Tuba Trail Run.

Organiser, E-Plus Global Sdn Bhd and supporter Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) expands the successful pilot project of Tuba Trail Run in April to a triple treat for eco-sport athletes around the world under the umbrella of AkTION including the Tanjung Rhu SwimFest, Mount (Mt.) Mat Chinchang SkyBridge Climb and the Tuba Trail Run 2017.

Tanjung Rhu Swim Fest ~ 10 December 2016
The first beach international open swimming event in Malaysia which will be happening on 10 December 2016 is now open for registration. 

This open water swimming competition will be offering 3 categories :-
2km route (For participants from 14 years old)
4km route (For participants from 16 years old)
6km route (For participants from 18 years old)

Starting by the captivating Tanjung Rhu beach, participants will be able to swim close to the close international borders which provides a unique opportunity to experience Malaysia and Thailand in a single location.


Mt. Mat Chinchang SkyBridge Climb ~18 February 2017
Wooopsss !! This is interesting ~ Climbing up to the peak of Mt. Mat Chinchang on your own foot! Starting from the Oriental Village, passing the cable car's Middle Station, crossing across the renowned SkyBridge as well as climbing up to the Top station. 

For the very first time, the trail is open for a race. Trail enthusiasts can seize the opportunity to experience the beautiful panorama of Mt. Mat Chinchang by taking part in this challenge which will be held on 18 February 2017. This 4.5km climb with the elevation of 650 metres is definitely a good platform for trail enthusiast to  challenge their physical strength.

Tuba Trail Run ~ 8 April 2017
Tuba Trail Run is back for the second continuous year. Tuba Trail Run was introduced as a pilot project on April 2016, to expose the less visited Tuba Island to the domestic running market. Tuba Trail Run will return on 8 April 2017 and continue to be an eye-opener for first-timers and returning participants as they explore deeper on the islands distinct culture. 

The 2017 edition will offer three varied distances, including a 4km fun run, a new 15km route and the 30km route to cater to runners of all levels.

Baru-baru ini telah berlangsung beberapa siri pameran 'The Best of You 2016' yang diasas dan dianjurkan oleh pengeluar biskut terkenal Julie’s.

‘The Best of You’ yang telah diadakan sejak dari 2014 adalah pergerakan sosial yang bertujuan untuk menggalakkan masyarakat agar menghargai pengalaman dan insan yang telah berusaha gigih menerapkan nilai-nilai terbaik yang ada di dalam diri mereka.


The Best of You 2016 bertemakan ‘People First’ iaitu mendahulukan insan menerusi penyertaan tujuh personaliti utama dari Malaysia dan Singapura. Kisah-kisah mereka mampu menggalakkan rakyat Malaysia untuk berfikiran positif dan mengubah pemikiran stereotaip di kalangan pelbagai lapisan masyarakat kita.

“Saya adalah anak jalanan dari Buku Jalanan Chow Kit. “Saya mahu masyarakat menghayati karya seni yang dihasikan oleh saya,” kata Dennis, penghidap sindrom Asperger’s yang tidak meletak kekurangannya sebagai halangan untuk mengejar impian. Dennis menghidap sindrom ini pada usia 7 tahun. Namun, dia tetap bersemangat dan berjaya menamatkan pengajian peringkat tinggi dan kini memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Seni Lukis & Seni Reka. Dengan sokongan kuat sistem pendidikan dan kepercayaan utuh kepada Tuhan, dia mampu menzahirkan karya seni yang kreatif.

“Tak kira ke mana anda pergi dan apa yang dilakukan, jika anda lakukan kesilapan, jangan lari,” ulas Phuong warga Vietnam yang bekerja di Malaysia. Menurutnya, keputusan bekerja di negara asing bukanlah satu pilihan yang mudah. Walau tidak fasih berbahasa Malaysia, dia tetap berusaha menempuh pelbagai dugaan tanpa gentar. Dia amat bersyukur atas segala pertolongan rakan-rakan dan majikan baru yang dikenali sewaktu bekerja di Malaysia. Kesemua ini membuatkan Phuong berasa dia memiliki keluarga kedua di Malaysia.

The Best of You 2016 kali ini mendapat sambutan hangat di Malaysia dan Singapura. Di Malaysia, pihak penganjur  telah menerima hampir 4,000 penyertaan menerusi beberapa siri pameran yang berlangsung di Universiti Kuala Lumpur, AEON Bukit Tinggi, AEON Shah Alam dan Gurney Plaza, Pulau Pinang. Pameran-pameran ini memaparkan kisah dan karya seni peserta yang telah memberi inspirasi kepada pengunjung. Pengunjung menunjukkan penghargaan dan tanda sokongan mereka dengan menulis kisah penghargaan mereka serta kata-kata semangat untuk dipamerkan.



Bagi meraikan kisah dan karya yang diterima, pameran finale ‘The Best of You’ 2016 telah diadakan di ruang concourse AEON Bandaraya Melaka dari 19 hingga 23 Oktober 2016. Pameran ini mengetengahkan kisah yang menyentuh hati dan karya-karya seni karyawan tempatan dan luar negara, serta bakat dan personaliti yang mendapat inspirasi dari pergerakan ini.



Fahrin Ahmad, Adibah Noor dan Chui Ling adalah artis tempatan yang turut berkongsi kisah peribadi mereka di pameran tersebut. 

Dan sejujurnya, ini adalah kali pertama Misz-ella berpeluang untuk menghadiri Pameran hebat ini dan Misz-ella tak ketinggalan menyokong pameran ini dengan menitipkan sedikit perkongsian tentang perjalanan hidup Misz-ella sebagai Blogger selama hampir 10 tahun ini. Moga bermanfaat pada mereka yang memerlukannya.

Minyak Herba Asmak ~ Wajib ada dalam rumah kita

Hello pembaca-pembaca blog Dari Jari-Jari Halusku *kenyit mata*

Rumah siapa tak ada minyak angin? Rasa Misz-ella lah tiap rumah mesti ada minyak angin, kan. Buat diri Misz-ella sendiri, dari kecil lagi dah dibiasakan dengan minyak angin ni. Mama dulu paling suka Minyak Cap Kapak ..nak tidur dia sapu minyak ni dulu .. terlebih sapu haru biru *sebab minyak tu panas sangat .. hehehe*

Well .. baru-baru ini Misz-ella telah diperkenalkan dengan Minyak Herba Asmak keluaran Syarikat Herba Asma Mujarab Sdn Bhd. Wahhhh .. apakah? bestkah? Misz-ella teruja sangat nak cuba. Dah cuba, tak sabar lah pulak nak kongsi dengan pembaca semua. OK Jom berkenalan dengan Minyak Herba Asmak ni.


Pertama yang Misz-ella tengok ialah bahan-bahan nya:

Well .. not bad kerana ke empat-empat bahan ini  memang terkenal dengan khasiat dan manfaat nya kepada tubuh badan manusia. 


Perkara kedua yang Misz-ella lihat ialah khasiatnya :-

Resdung

Menyembuhkan luka

Bila dah tau kedua perkara ni, mula lah hati teruja. Pembaca setia blog Misz-ella mesti tau yang Misz-ella sangat prihatin pada kesihatan dan sangat suka pada produk berasaskan herba. Maka hati berbunga-bunga nak mencuba. OK jom tengok 'review' Misz-ella setelah gunakan Minyak Herba Asmak ini

Warna nya sedikit hitam, tekstur nya sangat halus dan bau nya lebih kepada bau gamat tetapi sangat 'mild' .. Misz-ella letakkan setitik di tangan dan ratakan.

Sangat cepat menyerap dan tidak meninggalkan kesan berminyak. Seriously, lepas ratakan minyak ini di keseluruhan tangan, Misz-ella boleh terus menaip di 'keyboard' laptop tanpa perlu membasuh tangan terlebih dahulu kerana ia tak meninggalkan apa-apa kesan berminyak, menunjukkan yang Minyak Herba Asmak ini senang diserap oleh kulit kita.

Lepas tu, Misz-ella sapukan sedikit lagi Minyak Herba Asmak ini di belakang tengkuk dan di setiap penghujung mata *kerana Misz-ella sakit kepala*. Ada rasa sedikit berangin dan tidak panas. Pada pendapat Misz-ella, sebarang minyak herba yang tidak panas sesuai untuk dijadikan bahan urutan. So kalau korang ada masalah otot tergeliat, lenguh-lenguh badan atau perlukan urutan di lain-lain anggota badan, boleh la urut gunakan Minyak Herba Asmak ni. Takkan ada rasa panas, yang ada hanya lah rasa segar dan nyaman sahaja.


Misz-ella turut sapukan Minyak Herba Asmak ini di tapak kaki. Memang senang diserap Minyak ni .. lepas dah diratakan boleh jalan dalam rumah seperti biasa .. lantai tak melekit, tak berminyak dan akak pun tak jatuh *best lah*

Berdasarkan kepada pengalaman Misz-ella, Minyak Herba Asmak ini memang berkesan untuk melegakan sakit kepala .. bukanlah serta merta tapi Misz-ella dapat rasa keberkesanannya 30 minit lepas gunakan minyak ini. Lega rasa kepala .. tidur malam pun lena. Best lah!

My Busy October. Carol's birthday at Selina's Residence.

When I was busy travelling on September .. October was a fun filled month too.

Events, traveled, assignments, blog entries, personal matters .. OhMy .. I am tired but happy and I am blessed with the good health that God gave me which ease my journey. Alhamdulillah. Saya insan yang sangat bertuah.

Despite my tight schedule, I am blessed to have friends who always remember me. Thanks BFF Leoniel Dg and the lovely Selina. I missed our Saturday session breakfast actually .. missed the chats, laughed and the coffee with both of you. 

Selina invited us for a lunch at her beautiful residence to celebrate her mom, Carol's early birthday. I always love to see people putting effort on spreading love and the special person of this moment is mom. Ibu Ratu hatiku. Mom is the queen of everyone's heart. How can I say NO to such a meaningful moment.

I made my way to her house on Sunday noon with Leoniel. Met so many new friends. We had lunch, share a lot of stories, jokes and we had a big laugh ..a rare moments which I hardly found recently *I was busy and have not seen my mom since August .. sobs*

Happy Birthday Carol. Thank You Selina for being a great host. Nice food, great accompany. We had a great time! Looking forward for more quality time together with you, dear.

Ok Bye. Sekian sahaja 'Another chapter of my diary' buat kenangan hari tua kita nanti. Tq baca. Bye.

Anugerah Skrin 2016 kembali dengan tema Menggapai Impian

Wootsss .. Peminat karya-karya seni tempatan mesti suka entry ini.


Anugerah Skrin 2016 (ASK 2016) bakal mengegarkan industri seni tempatan buat kali ke 18. Dengan tema Menggapai Impian, ASK 2016 bakal bersiaran secara langsung di Pusat Konvensyen Antarabangsa (PICC) Putrajaya pada 18 November 2016 bermula dari jam 9:00 hingga 11:30 malam di TV3.

Anugerah berprestij yang sentiasa dinantikan oleh pengkarya seni tanahair ini mempertaruhkan 32 kategori yang merangkumi :-

13 kategori drama
7 kategori filem
6 kategori penerbitan dalaman
6 teknikal

ASK 2016 kali ini menampilkan kelainan di mana kategori Telefilem Komedi juga turut dipertandingkan.

ASK 2016 bakal dimeriahkan oleh Alif Satar sebagai Pengacara Utama dan ditemani oleh Ammar, Mira Filzah, Issey Fazlisham, Ajak Shiro, Haiza Kool FM, Sarimah Ibrahim, Fiza Sabjahan, Azrel Ismail dan Puteri Aishah sebagai Pengacara Jemputan.

Acara Karpet Merah akan dikendalikan oleh Nana Mahazan dan Hefny Sahad dan akan disiarkan secara langsung di Pop TV di TV9 dari jam 8.30-9:00 malam. Wootss .. bakal bahagia lah biji mata kita semua menyaksikan penampilan dan gaya karyawan seni kita malah bakal lebih meriah kerana Fashion Valet juga akan bekerjasama untuk menggayakan lima selebriti pilihan di Acara Karpet Merah tersebut. Wahhh .. siapakah yang bertuah? Surprise sungguh, kan.

Malam penuh gemilang ini akan dimeriahkan dengan persembahan hebat dari Shila Amzah, Elizad Sharifuddin, Indah Ruhaila, Shiha Zikir, Hazama, Black, Qody, Fareez (Mentor Milenia), Amir Jahari, Mark Adam, Mimi One Nation Emcees, Kaka Azraf, Kumpukan Bocey (Abam, Achey dan Fad), Raihan, Akim & The Majistret, Alyah, Faizal Tahir, Aizat Amdan, Noh Hujan, Muaz, Epul drama Band, Awi Rafael, Waries dan juga band jemputan dari Indonesia, De' Meises.

ASK 2016 turut menghargai penontonnya dengan menganjurkan pertandingan Instagram @TV3Malaysia. 10 penyertaan terbaik akan dijemput untuk bersama-sama merasai gemerlapan Anugerah Skrin pada Malam bersama Bintang ini. 

Caranya mudah sahaja ~ Hantar gambar anda bergaya seperti menghadiri acara Karpet Merah Anugerah Skrin dan gunakan hashtag berikut #ask2016. So apa lagi .. mulalah bergaya dengan pakaian terbaik anda, ambil gambar banyak-banyak dan upload di Instagram menggunakan hashtag diatas ..mana tau kot menang, dapat lah korang ke Majlis Makan Malam Bersama Bintang ini, kan.
