I recently spent a night stay at the lovely Club Suite, Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Sunway Putra Hotel, 100 Jalan Putra, 50350 Kuala Lumpur which is connected to Sunway Putra Mall is strategically located approximately 10 minutes away from the 'golden triangle' which is also known as Kuala Lumpur Central Business District (CBD) area, and facing the iconic Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) building.

Sunway Putra Hotel is just a1 minute walk away from the Star Light Rail Transit station (LRT) (on your right) and 5 minutes walk to Komuter Train Station (on your left). Both stations are accessible by the visitor via a covered walkway.

Me and my siblings used to spent our weekend at this beautiful mall (formerly known as Yaohan *if you still remember*) during our teenagers time. There was an entertainment zone located upstairs where we had our roller coaster and pirate ship ride together. Well .. that was almost 20 years ago. Time flies .. back to this place again was truly a blessed moment for me and my family.

I checked in to Suite no. 2914.

As I stepped in, I was impressed with the suite. With the size of 108sqm, this club suite is more than just a room .. I called it 'a home'.

The living area are spacious, furnished with a comfort L-shape sofa and a swivel arm chair. I called it a 'cool' suite ~ lavish brown concept with a wooden themed finishing .. 'minimalist' but warm, cool and definitely charming.

There is an Executive Writing Desk in the Club Suite. Club Suite guests enjoy Complimentary Wi-Fi and wired Internet broadband access during their stay at Sunway Putra Hotel. Well .. I must say that my life as a Blogger and a Social Media is not easy. I had a deadline to meet, proposals and quotations to submit and off course a blog entry to publish so that my loyal blog readers will get updates from me and the Executive Writing desk and the high speed internet provided suits a busy lifestyle guest like me.

And my balcony has a very nice view ~ facing the lovely Kuala Lumpur Tower and Petronas Twin Tower *love*

The Club Suite come with one bedroom with a King-sized bed, 2 single sofa, a walk-in closet and 46" LCD screen TV, a good place for me to release my tired mind after spending long hours in front of my laptop.

The walk-in closet comes with a wide-angle mirror *Ohhh I like so let's take a selfie*

Do you know that selfie is also one of my way to de-stress? One selfie is definitely not enough for a selfie queen like me .. another shot from a different angle please *Ohhhh .. I love the big mirror so much!*

The Club Suite are equipped Mini-kitchen where you can reheat your food via the microwave provided, a Mini fridge and also comes with other amenities that a traveller/visitor like us need ~ Electronic safe box, Iron and ironing board, wall-mounted hair dryer and an electric kettle with complimentary tea or coffee making facilities.

As I was busy with my work, I did not have time to enjoy my dinner at the Coffee House *so sad*

I called for a Room service to pampered my little tummy. It was almost 11:00pm and I was told that food will be send in 20-25 minutes but it arrived earlier .. in 15 minutes! The Carbonara and Sandwiches was delicious.

Other than the spacious suite and the excellent room service, Club suite's guest also enjoy the privilege of the Club lounge which is situated at the 34th floor of the Hotel which offer :-

As I was in the midst of planning my family vacation during my stay at Sunway Putra Hotel, I need help on printing my travel documents. The staff at the Club lounge attended and responded to my query very well. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality. I really appreciate it!

Other than the Club lounge, the Club suite's guest can opt to have their breakfast at the Coffee House situated at Level 9 of the Hotel where a wide spread of buffet breakfast are served.

Sunway Putra Hotel has a Fitness Centre@ Gym at Level 11. The Gym are facing the swimming pool and again, our beautiful KL Tower & Petronas Twin Tower.

As someone who love healthy lifestyle, a workout at the Gym is a MUST!

The Gym is not big but complete! Equipped with Cardio machines such as Threadmill and Exercise bike to burn my extra calories. Weight lifting machine to tone and strengthen my muscle are also available. Exercise mat, bench and dumbells are available too. The Gym are open 24 hours a day.

OK readers .. now that you knew How did I spend my staycation at Sunway Putra Hotel, let me bring you to a short tour on the other kind of rooms availabe at Sunway Putra Hotel which attracted my attention too.

If you are travelling with you family or in a group of three adults, then the Family Room would be a perfect fit for you.

Sunway Putra Hotel offer various category of Family rooms and I must say that some of the room really caught my attention. Lets check it out!

FAMILY ROOM (40.5 sqm)

The family room are equipped with a full dining set, full amenities in the bathroom and a mini bar fridge where you can stock your own sodas and other purchases.

FAMILY STUDIO ROOM (72 sqm)

The 72 sqm family studio has separate master bedroom and an adjacent room. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a sofa, 42-inch flat screen television. Meanwhile, the master bedroom has a large king sized bed, another 42-inch flat screen television and a modern bathroom with full amenities. All units also has full dining set and a microwave oven for your convenience.

The Family Studio accommodates up to two adults and one child or a group of three adults. If you are travelling with a baby below two years old, a baby cot (subject to availability) will be provided at no extra cost upon request.

THE FAMILY PREMIER ROOM

The Family Premier rooms are meant to provide comfort for a travelling family. As you enter the 114 sqm room, you would be able to see the master bedroom and another small bedroom.

The Master bedroom comes with an adjoining bathroom that has a bathtub, separate shower cubicle and toilet. The room itself is equipped with a 42-inch flat screen television and a large wardrobe.

Meanwhile the smaller room is fitted with a single bed, a 42-inch flat screen television, wardrobe and its very own attached bathroom.

All units have a separate living room, with 42-inch flat screen television, a writing desk and private balconies that overlooks the views of old and modern Kuala Lumpur as well as the swimming pool.

The Family Premier rooms accommodates up to two adults and a child or a group of three adults and if you are travelling with a baby below two years old, a baby cot (subject to availability) will be provided at no extra cost.

Well .. I would love to give my comment on the Family Premier room ~ With the size of 114 sqm, the room are spacious and gorgeously furnished with classic furniture. Seriously, it doesn't look like a hotel room at all to me but it look like a complete home. Definitely a best place to stay with your family during your holiday in Kuala Lumpur.

Other rooms available at Sunway Putra Hotel are Junior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Club Rooms.

Shuttle service are provided to the hotel guest too. Prior reservation is required to be made at the Concierge Desk and for those of you who are driving, complimentary parking are given to the hotel guests.

With its strategic location and other amenities such as public transport which is just a foot step away from the hotel door step and the comfortable spacious room, Sunway Putra Hotel is definitely a perfect choice that you can consider for your KL stay, either you are traveling with your family or you have a busy lifestyle like me.

I'm back. Rindunya nak menulis di blog selepas hampir dua minggu tidak berceloteh di sini.

Misz-ella sebenarnya baru pulang dari percutian ke 'Europe' dua hari lepas. Masih 'jet lag' masih kepenatan dan masih tak terurus lagi *hehe*

Kadang-kadang, sesetengah perkara berlaku dalam hidup kita tanpa diduga. Siapa sangka ada jodoh Misz-ella dengan benua Eropah dan benua Arab sekali lagi .. kali ini dengan misi berbeza, rasa dan suasana yang berbeza.

Dan sesungguhnya setiap pengalaman itu adalah sangat berharga. Misz-ella sangat bersyukur pada peluang yang diberikan ini kerana bukan semua di antara kita yang berpeluang merasai pengalaman ini. Bercampur baur perasaan Misz-ella sepanjang berkelana di bumi Tuhan ini. Ada masa hampir menitis airmata mengenangkan betapa berwarna warninya hidup insan kerdil bernama Misz-ella ini .. disebalik semua kekurangan dan kepincangan hidup, masih berpeluang menghirup udara segar dan melihat bumi indah ciptaan Allah SWT. Perjalanan selama hampir 12 hari ini sangat menginsafkan Misz-ella akan kasih sayang Allah SWT. Tiada hidup yang sempurna walau kita semua mahukannya. Perjalanan hidup Misz-ella mungkinlah tidak selancar atau secantik perjalanan hidup insan lain tetapi saya tetap rasa bahagia. Ye .. memang betul hidup saya banyak kekurangan di sana sini tetapi pada akhirnya, yang perlu ada dalam diri kita adalah rasa Bersyukur pada setiap kurniaanNya. Terima kasih buat mereka-mereka yang terlibat dalam percutian ke benua Arab dan Eropah Misz-ella. Terima Kasih kerana buat saya rasa disayangi dan dihargai. You guys are a great host! Semoga kita jumpa lagi.

I am back with another running entry. As you know, me and my team will run once a month. This is our monthly activity and we have been practicing it since a few months ago. What I noticed is running now has become a popular way of exercise and has become a national phenomenon.

As someone who practised healthy lifestyle, I love to see people putting efforts on taking care of their health and taking care of health must be done in various way ~ through a healthy diet which includes your food and liquid intake, exercise and think positive.

I recently had the opportunity to attend Coway Run's Press conference at Novotel Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. In case if you do not know Coway, Coway is Malaysia's leading water specialist which produced classy, high-tech & air purifiers designed by world-class researchers. Coway is not new to me as most of my family members owned our own unit of Coway water purifier at home.

The first Coway Run 2017 by Coway (M) Sdn Bhd will making its debut for the first time on 7 May 2017 at the Starling Mall, Damansara Uptown where everyone will be running together to achieve a healthy lifestyle and at the same time, inspire others to follow their lead to run and face their fears.

Mr. Kyle Choi Ki Ryong, Managing Director of Coway highlighted that Coway Run aims to be a medium for Malaysians to step out from their comfort zones and be courages to take that first step to a better, healthier life. Talking about food, Malaysia is definitely a food heaven for foodies. You can find varieties of food from different countries worldwide in Malaysia. Japanese food? Fans of Korean cuisine? Western food .. ohh off course! Taiwanese food? Mediteranean or Italian food? Middle East food? Indian food? Name it .. You got it here, in Malaysia. I guess it is not too much if I say Malaysia is a great food hub for food from all around the world *hehe*

Recently I had an opportunity to dine an Arabic Cuisine at Kufa, Taste Enclave, Sunway Pyramid Mall. So readers .. Let's check it out!

Taste Enclave is a food court at Sunway Pyramid Mall connected to Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The Food court serves varieties of food includes Arabian cuisine by Kufa.

Kufa is very clean, calm and furnished with Arabic decoration which is very eye catching, not easy to identify the identity if you are new here.

Spacious and comfortable with high back chairs and bigger tables for group dining

Among food served at Kufa ~ Look at the price .. still 'wallet friendly' and affordable, right.

Other than the famous Middle East rice which are well accepted by the locals, Kufa served different sizes and varieties of Shawarma with an option to add-on.

If you not a Rice or Shawarma lover, you can opt for grilled or steak options, definitely with the Arabic touch ~ Arabic spices and way of cooking

The Hot and Cold beverage options ~ Do not expect any Teh O, or Kopi O or my favourite Ice Lemon Tea because Kufa will bring you to a different gastronomic experience where diners will enjoy only the best truly Arabic cuisine either from the food or the beverages.

I chosed Kabsa Rice with Chicken ~ Striking yellow in colour,, very eye-catching and the rice has a very nice aroma ~ making my tummy so excited with it!

Arabic Tea with Mint (RM5)

I also tried Arabic Tea with Mint (without sugar) ~ Served hot and very refreshing!

It took a while for them to served my Kabsa Rice (but not so long) and when my dish arrived, I noticed that the Chicken are still hot and crispy and I realised that it was fried upon orders. The rice is very soft and perfectly cooked with a special spices. Delicious! I like it very much! The price for a plate of this delicious Kabsa Rice with Chicken is only RM19.

Chicken Shawarma (R) ~ RM8

Chicken Shawarma was served in a Wrap together with fries, tomatoes and cucumber. Garlic mayonnaise and chilli sauce are also served as a dressing.

The Shawarma are fresh and juicy. The chicken was marinated and grilled perfectly with spices. Dip it with Garlic mayonnaise .. ummmm .. Yummy!

While I enjoying my Arabic Tea, my partner chosed Lemon Barbican ~ The non-alcoholic malt beverage of Saudi Arabia. Ummm .. Barbican is not new for Malaysian. We used to drink Barbican as it is easy to find it .. at 7 Eleven or any hypermarket like Tesco, Giant or any other supermarket.

So readers, if you are at Sunway Pyramid area and are looking for an affordable Arabic Cuisine with a very cool, calm and relaxing ambience, do drop by at Kufa at Taste of Enclave and make sure you come with empty stomach in order to enjoy the food to the max! You will love it just like me. Ohhh .. now craving for Kabsa Rice again .. *cry* looking forward to repeat Kufa!

Kali ni kita cerita santai-santai sikit ye. Rilek-rilek sikit .. tak nak terlalu serius walaupun Misz-ella sebenarnya ada cerita yang lebih serius untuk dikongsi dengan you all tapi sejujurnya, mood sangat ke laut 2-3 hari ini .. fikiran melayang ke masa silam .. walau hakikatnya Misz-ella sangat setuju dengan ungkapan 'Jangan Pandang Belakang' tapi realitinya, kotak memori tak ada butang 'delete' atau 'backspace' .. Allah tak izinkan kita padam memori silam kerana setiap yang berlaku itu sangat berharga dan Dia mahu kita belajar darinya. Maka dengan itu, hargai setiap detik yang berlaku dalam hidup kita tak kisah apa perisanya - pahit atau manis kerana itulah warna-warni kehidupan sebenarnya.

OK back to the subject of the entry, Misz-ella nak kongsi dengan you all tentang Kuih Kasui Pandan Mek Yang. Misz-ella dah lama tak makan kuih tradisional Melayu kerana sedang mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat, .. maka segala makanan bergula, berkarbohidrat dan berminyak Misz-ella elakkan. Alhamdulillah .. berkat disiplin dan istiqomah, Misz-ella berjaya turunkan berat badan dari 62kg ke 53kg (berat ideal Misz-ella) dalam masa 3 bulan. Lega sikit bila berat badan berjaya diturunkan, dah boleh pakai baju-baju lama .. kalau tak, menangislah poket kerana kena beli baju baru.

Walau berat badan dah mencapai berat ideal, Misz-ella masih amalkan pemakanan sihat tetapi dengan sedikit kelonggaran dimana dua kali seminggu i ada 'cheat day' .. Yeay!! So baru-baru ini Misz-ella berpeluang menjamu 'tummy' kesayangan dengan kuih Melayu tradisi kita iaitu Kuih Kasui.

Kuih Kasui bukanlah asing pada Misz-ella sebab my mom sangat pandai buat Kuih Kasui Gula Melaka tapi .. buat pertama kalinya Misz-ella berpeluang merasai Kuih Kasui Pandan yang dibuat oleh Mek Yang.

Kuih Kasui Pandan Mek Yang ini sangat sedap - Adunannya tak lembik dan tak keras .. tidak terlalu manis dan dibuat menggunakan Pati daun pandan .. sangat asli dan tidak mengandungi apa-apa pewarna atau perisa tambahan .. tengok warna dia pun kita boleh tau, kan. Kuih Kasui Pandan Mek Yang disalut kelapa yang dikukus terlebih dahulu .. kekal segar sampai ke petang.

Harga seloyang Kuih Kasui Pandan Mek Yang (64 keping) ini pulak tersangatlah berpatutan dan sesuai sangat untuk dijamu kepada tetamu di Majlis Keraian seperti Kenduri, Majlis Minum Petang atau Majlis Hari Jadi.

As you know, I went to UK recently. Infact bukan UK sahaja, malah ke Dubai terlebih dahulu, ke London dan akhirnya ke Paris.

Emmm .. ada orang kata kalau banyak duit ke mana pun boleh. Perception manusia memang begitu, kan. Tak boleh nampak orang berjalan sikit, sedangkan rakan-rakan Blogger Misz-ella yang masih belajar di IPTA pun boleh berjalan melihat bumi Allah ini kalau betul dan tau caranya. Pandai diaorang ni menyusun kewangan dan google sini sana ~ Ada yang kata dapat tiket ke Eropah RM300/return. Wahhh pandai diaorang, kan.

Hidup ni kena bijak merancang dan ngatur kewangan. Beli tiket masa promosi harga rendah dan terbanglah masa non-peak season. Masa Misz-ella ke Benua India dulu, kami beli tiket penerbangan setahun lebih awal. Masa ke Yogjakarta, tiket ditempah setahun lebih awal iaitu masa promosi (RM1xx) dan terbang 13 bulan berikutnya. Yang penting BIJAK. Misz-ella beruntung kerana punya rakan yang bijak mengatur strategi dalam bercuti. Kos trip Yogjakarta, .. termasuk tiket penerbangan pergi balik, bayaran tour guide (supir), tempat tinggal, tiket masuk ke tempat-tempat menarik dan makan-minum hanyalah RM1,000.00. Bijak kan diaorang. Tapi apa pun kita kena percaya yang pada akhirnya Wang bukanlah segala-galanya kerana Kun Fa Ya Kun itu milik Dia. Kalau Allah SWT tak izinkan, ada duit berjuta pun mungkin kau takkan ke mana-mana. Duduk sahaja di rumah. Tapi kalau dah tertulis yang rezeki kau untuk melihat bumi dia, sampai ke mana-mana lah kau akan berada walau hakikatnya wang kau tak lah banyak mana. Percayalah.

Stonehenge, terletak di Wiltshire, England. Merupakan salah satu dari Seven Wonders of The World, dan diwartakan dibawah UNESCO World Heritage Site. Perjalanan ke Stonehenge dari Kota London memakan masa lebih kurang 2 jam. Misz-ella ke sana bersama Norle dan suaminya Rafik. Rafik sambung belajar di Kota London, Norle disana menemani sang suami. Dah hampir 3 tahun di London .. dah rindu-rinduan dengan Negeri Sembilan, katanya. Tak sama kot Masak Lemak Cili Api London dengan yang ori dari Negeri Sembilan, kan ..

Lebih kurang 8.45 pagi dari Paddington, Alhamdulillah perjalanan lancar sampai Rafik kata biasanya di hari Cuti nak keluar dari London jalan jem .. tapi hari ni bila bawak Kak Ella jalan clear. Wahhh .. London suka Misz-ella nampaknya .. Ada harapan jadi orang London Mek Ella ni. Hehe.

Baca perenggan terakhir ~ Could have been a burial ground - boleh jadi adalah tanah perkuburan. Well .. i fly jauh-jauh untuk tengok kubur you alls .. *hehe* Macam tu lah .. misteri tak terungkap dan jawapan tak ditemui, maka banyaklah andaian dan kemungkinan.

Kami sampai Stonehenge dalam sejam suku atau sejam setengah macam tu sebab jalan tak jem. Selepas Rafik parking kereta (Free parking here) kita pun bergambar lah dahulu di Pintu Masuk ini then pergi beli Tiket masuk ~ We paid 16.50 pound per person (Adult). Harga termasuk lah Shuttle Bus yang disediakan .. tak jauh, hanya 2 minit sahaja perjalanan di dalam bas.

Tempat ini dikatakan Rumah kepada pekerja yang membina Stonehenge. You all nampak ada cahaya matahari, kan. Yes .. Hello sunshine but actually it was so windy and I was freezing cold. Sebelum tu Rafik dan Norle dah bagitau, Wiltshire lebih sejuk dari London sebab terletak di kawasan pedalaman. Kira kampung lah ni, bukan bandar besar. Kalau tak kerana Stonehenge, mungkin tak terkenal lah tempat ni.

Ramai, kan. Memang ramai tapi kami tak dibenarkan pergi dekat. Katanya, ada masa-masa tertentu sahaja kita boleh pergi dekat dengan Stonehenge tu, itu pun terhad kepada 26 orang sahaja pada satu masa. Sorry I have to managed my time .. so tak apa.

Memang besar batu-batunya .. menegak dan melintang .. Cuba lihat orang-orang di sekeliling tu .. halus je, kan.

Hanya mampu memandang dari kejauhan. Kalau ditanya apa perasaan Misz-ella memandang Stonehenge .. Ummm .. tak ada apa-apa. Kosong. Tiada rasa .. tak sehebat perasaan Misz-ella memandang Taj Mahal yang punya roh dan auranya yang tersendiri. Sebak, terharu bergenang airmata kot menghayati Taj Mahal tu.

Mungkin kerana Taj Mahal adalah lambang cinta dan buat yang berjiwa sensitif macam Misz-ella, cepat meresap ke jiwa. Cinta dan kasih sayang adalah segala-galanya dalam hidup kita. Key to the door of happiness .. tak kira samada kasih sayang sesama keluarga, sahabat inikan pula suami isteri .. Hidup tanpa kasih sayang dan cinta tak lengkap.

OK itu kisah Taj Mahal tapi Stonehenge yang sedang kami pandangi ini adalah dikatakan Kawasan Perkuburan. Patut lah tak da aura *hehehe* Haishhh .. Kami berempat tak mengigau malam pun dah cukup baik, kot.

Dan mari kita nak bagitau satu cerita ~ Nasi Lemak Lauk Ayam Goreng hasil tangan orang Malaysia dah sampai Stonehenge. Yesss !!! Kalah Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa kat Kg Baru tu *hehehe* Syabas Norle. Terima Kasih kerana sanggup bangun pagi-pagi masak Nasi Lemak demi menunaikan hajat Kak Ella mahu makan Nasi Lemak di Stonehenge. Bermula dari OK Kak, nanti Norle bekalkan Nasi Lemak ye .. mula-mula Misz-ella ingatkan satu gurauan .. akhirnya betul-betul kami makan Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng Berempah dan minum Teh O di Stonehenge tu tau.

Semerbak harum aroma Nasi Lemak tu bila penutup nya kami buka. Dengan angin sejuk sepoi-sepoi bahasa .. tiba-tiba lalu sekumpulan pelancong dari Malaysia .. OhMyGodd Nasi Lemak .. I want the Nasi Lemak ~ kata Ahmoi tu *tehehehe*

Dan sesungguhnya setiap detik perjalanan kehidupan itu adalah sangat indah. Mana mungkin Kak Ella akan lupa kenangan kita di Stonehenge maka entry ini adalah khas buat Norle dan Rafik .. buat kenangan hari tua kita nanti. Esok-esok anak cucu kita tengok .. Laaa .. ini kerja dorang masa muda .. Makan Nasi Lemak di Stonehenge, London rupanya .. *Tehehehe*

Dan inilah Norle, Tukang masak nasi lemak. Yeahh .. kita cipta sejarah yang mungkin tidak pernah dibuat orang .. Makan Nasi Lemak di Stonehenge!

Ok Sebagai penutup ini pendapat Misz-ella tentang Stonehenge ~ Stonehenge boleh dilihat dari jalan besar kerana kedudukannya di tanah lapang yang tidak berpagar. Tak ada perumahan atau apa-apa pun di sekitarnya. Kalau you all betul-betul minat Sejarah dan mahu melihat salah satu dari The Seven Wonders, then boleh lah melawat tempat ni sebab pada Misz-ella, bayaran masuk sebanyak 16.50 pound seorang is a bit pricey .. unless if it come with light meal or snack. Misz-ella berdua je dengan Aiman, kalau korang anak 3, dah berapa, kan. Stonehenge boleh dikunjungi dengan menaiki Tren dari Stesyen Waterloo dengan bayaran 29 Pound seorang (lebih kurang 2 jam). Dalam kawasan Stonehenge ada Cafe dan ada tandas. Masa yang diperlukan untuk berada di dalam Stonehenge ~ tak ada limit. Kalau tahan sejuk, duduk lah lebih lama. Misz-ella dah kegigilan walau hanya dalam 45 minit kami di sini.

This is the continuation entry of my Europe trip's entry which I had recently. Actually, a few more sharings on my London trip will be on the blog but lets give way to my Paris trip first *cos it is shorter and simpler (2 Days/1 Night)

We traveled to Paris via Eurostar. Early morning 5th March 2017, Rafik sent me and Aiman to King's Cross St. Pancras Eurostar Station. It was a rainy morning in London that day. King's Cross St. Pancras Station is a central London railway terminal located at Euston Road in the London Borough of Camden. It is a huge, nice Victorian architecture building.

We bought our Eurostar tickets before we departed to London at 112 Pound per person for Standard Premier class seat (approximately RM625 per person/one way). Tip :- Plan and book your Eurostar ticket 6 months in advance to enjoy lower price ticket. Just like our AirAsia, Eurostar do have an Early bird promotion which is definitely value for money. If you are an Iphone user, save your E-ticket in your Iphone wallet and scan it at the Check In gate.

The newly refurbished Standard Premier coach are extremely clean and comfortable. The journey to Gare du Nord Station took two hours and 30 minutes only via Eurostar.

And come with breakfast too. Arrived Gare du Nord station slightly late, at 3:00pm because of the delay due to some technical area at the station and we took taxi to our Hotel. Tip :- Look for the Taxi Marshall who wore a Red vest. Join the queue and wait for the legal/authorised metered taxi. Do not forget to write down the hotel address in a piece of paper and show it to the Taxi Driver as some of them do not speak English. But we were lucky, our Taxi driver understand English language.

The Eiffel Seine Paris Hotel ~ 3, Boulevard de Grenelle, 15th arr., 75015 Paris is a delightful 3 star boutique hotel which is located in the West of Paris. This Art Nouveau style hotel is located beside the River Seine.

It is only 6.88km from Gare du Nord station with approximately 30-35 minutes journey (depending on traffic) and the taxi cost is around 20-25 Euro. The hotel is listed in the 10 Best Hotel near Eiffel Tower by Trip Advisor

Bir-Hakeim Metro station is directly 50m opposite the hotel and there are a lot of food outlets around the area and accessible by foot.

Samaya, a Halal Lebanese Restaurant is located just a few doors away from the Hotel. Other facilities such as banks, groceries shops are reachable within walking distance and most importantly .. my favourite Eiffel Tower (Tour Eiffel) is reachable within 10 minutes walk only *could be 15 minutes if you Catwalk like me .. hehe*

The lobby is nicely decorated with a 'classic and vintage touch' .. very cosy and calm. I love it! The Front Office staff on duty attended my Check In professionally and friendly. She speaks good English and was very helpful to ensure my comfort during my Parisian life stay in The Eiffel Seine Hotel.

I requested for a higher level room. Look at the carpet and the wall ... nice, right!

I had a Classic Double Room during my Parisian life stay. My room are nice! The bed and pillow are comfortable and clean. The Classic Double Room come with facilities such as Hair dryer, Mini fridge, LCD flat screen satelite TV, coffee and tea making facilities, Free WiFi and personal safe.

I love the pastel colour theme use for the room ~ the wall paper, curtains, bed spread and the floor tile .. soft, cool, elegant and sweet!

My room come with a balcony with a city view. Too bad I can't enjoy the fresh air as it was raining during my stay.

Unlike certain hotel rooms in Paris which has a small bathroom, my room is attached with a big bathroom which come with a bath tub and rain shower ..

And Aiman spotted this cute big cat at the Hotel lobby. The cat is so adorable and Aiman named him Bob!

We then walked to the Eiffel Tower. We purposely waited until 5:30pm to depart to the tower so that we can enjoy the day view, sunset view and a night view of the Eiffel Tower. Hey look .. we spotted the moon!

Spring has finally arrived in Paris .. the flowers are booming *happy*

We continued walking until we reach this place. Aiman called this place 'Dataran' .. The sunset view of the Eiffel Tower from this 'dataran' are amazing!

It only took us 5-10 minutes walking from the Eiffel Tower to this 'dataran' .. while walking we talked, we laughed and stopped for pictures .. enjoying our quality time together. Paris is definitely A City of Love !

While enjoying the sunset and Banana Nutella Crepe bought from the nearby stall, the rain dropped and we had to run back to our hotel. Not a quick run actually .. just a slow jog while holding hands, talking, laughing. We really had a good time in Paris!

On the way back, we stopped for a photo of a Night view of Eiffel Tower .. BEAUTIFUL!

The next morning I woke up early and had my workout at The Eiffel Seine Hotel's Gym. They named it Fitness Room. When I entered the gym, I understand why they called it a Room. It is small, equipped with a few Cardio machine and dumbells for body toning .. just perfect for a Lifestyle traveler like me who do not want to miss my fitness routine while traveling.

I experienced many gyms during my travel and the gym in The Eiffel Seine Hotel really impressed me. The decoration are so sweet and romantic! Pink wall .. flowers and Eiffel Tower small replica as decoration .. geometric wallpaper on the other wall .. dimmed light with a very soft soothing music which blew my heart away .. It really gave me different kind of feeling while exercise .. Paris is definitely A City of Love!

After breakfast, we had our breakfast at the Hotel. The buffet breakfast was good.

By 10:00am, I left the hotel using the Airport Transfer Service provided to the hotel's guest. I want to express my gratitude to the night shift front office staff *sorry I can't remember your name* who cared about my stay. He checked my schedule and offered me the service. Thank You very much. During my stay at The Eiffel Seine Hotel, I was attended by 3 front office staffs (3 shifts) .. They did their job very well, polite, friendly, helpful and are very fluent in English.

Thank You Paris for being so lovely and kind to me. We didn't manage to visit other attractions in Paris as it was raining during the trip but the kindness and warm hospitality we received are definitely sweet and unforgettable moment. We look forward to return to Paris and I highly recommend The Eiffel Seine Hotel for those of you who want to experience a Parisian life during your visit to this City Of Love.

I'm back with another sharing entry for you. During my short trip to Dubai, I stayed in DAMAC Maison - Dubai Mall Street Hotel.

DAMAC Maison - Dubai Mall Street Hotel is a 5 star hotel, under DAMAC Hotels & Resorts, a hospitality division of the internationally renowned real estate company DAMAC Properties.

DAMAC Maison - Dubai Mall Street Hotel is a luxury hotel apartment situated in Mohamed Bin Rashid Boulevard, in the heart of Dubai, next to Burf Khalifa and only 700 metres away from Dubai fountain (one of attractions in Dubai)

All suites in the hotel has a spectacular view of Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world and the Downtown Dubai.

It only took us 15-20 minutes journey from Dubai International Airport to the hotel. We took the Pink Cab (Lady driver) and pay almost 60 AED (25 AED is fixed airport surcharge cos taken directly from the airport)

Once we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed with the hotel lobby. It was spacious, clean and luxury ~ A posh DAMAC Maison Hotel.

Once we stepped into our Suite, we were ... WOW! The suites are spacious (77 sq. metre) and elegantly furnished with modern furniture. The one bedroom suite has it own kitchen with fully equipped kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, and washing machine complete with dryer. Guest can enjoy cooking and feel like "Home Away From Home".

We love our suite. It has a beautiful interior - neat, bright light and clean. Unlike the furniture at the hotel lobby, the suite's furniture are more modern, simple but glamour at the same time. Well, I have to agree with the Front desk staff note to us upon checked in ~ Once you are in the room, you will feel comfortable and do want to leave it anymore.

And Yess!! There is a big mirror at the dining area. Perfect for the Selfie Queen like me *hehe*

Our one bedroom suite are equipped with a very comfortable King Size bed, 42" LCD TV and a working desk.

The suite's guest enjoy a complimentary high speed Wi-Fi which are accessible at any part of the suite, which made my work as a Blogger easier.

My suite has a view of the Downtown Dubai. Unfortunately, it was raining during my short stay (2D/1N) .. I didn't get the chance to explore the whole city because of the weather *sobs*

The next morning, we visited the Hotel Gym

Spacious, bright, clean, energetic music and completed with various Cardio and body weight machines ~ the gym was my 'playground' during my stay in DAMAC Maison Dubai Mall Street Hotel.

Since there was a construction going on infront of the hotel, walking to the nearby Dubai Mall was not possible during my stay. However, DAMAC Maison provide Free shuttle service for the hotel guests who want to visit the Mall.

Exploring Dubai Mall. Dubai Mall, is a home for Dubai Aquarium and Underwater, Dubai Ice Rink, The Dubai Fountain and At The Top Burj Khalifa. Unforturnately, we did not have enough time to explore the mall and we left the mall with a note .. We will be here, again.

All in .. all in .. we had a great time during our stay at DAMAC Maison - Dubai Mall Street Hotel. Our bedroom suite are spacious, clean, comfortable and has all the facilities that we need. The hotel staffs are friendly, polite, speaks good English and always on-hands to give a helping hand whenever needed. On 29 April 2017, fans of one of Malaysia’s most beloved icons, Sheila Majid, will have the privilege of being the first few to experience a showcase featuring songs from her latest album live at Belum Rainforest Resort in Pulau Banding, Perak. The exclusive evening with the songbird will be held in an intimate setting at the resort, against the natural backdrop of one of the world’s oldest rainforests.

The resort is surrounded by the Belum-Temengor Tropical Rainforest Complex, measuring four times the size of Singapore – carbon-dated to be approximately 130 million years old – older than the Amazon and Congo.

Besides providing a treat for all Sheila Majid fans, the showcase also aims to highlight the importance of environmental conservation, a cause deeply ingrained into the corporate DNA of Belum Conservation, as well as the Pulau Banding Foundation, which was set up to preserve and protect its natural surroundings.

The announcement of the showcase and initiative was made today in a press conference attended by Sheila herself, as well as Ahmad Khalif bin Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal, Executive Director of Belum Conservation and Dato’ Dr. Abdul Rashid Malik, Chief Executive Officer of the Pulau Banding Foundation.

In 2015 the Malayan tiger was re-classified from “Critically Endangered” from “Endangered” within IUCN’s Red List of Threatened Species. We at Belum Conservation would like to see Belum-Temengor still be in existence not only in our lifetime or our children’s, but for generations to come. This mission of ours can only succeed when more people understand the urgency of why it needs to be protected – starting today.”

Sheila Majid, during the Press Conference said that “It is truly a privilege for me to work together with Belum Conservation and the Pulau Banding Foundation towards their noble efforts of promoting environmental conservation. Indeed, the Belum Rainforest Resort presents a breath-taking venue for this unique initiative, and I couldn’t think of a better way to introduce my latest album to the world right here,”

Ever since making her debut in 1985 with her album Dimensi Baru, Sheila Majid has evolved into an illustrious career, making her mark not only in Asia but around the world as well, with a series of international firsts. In 1990, she was the first Malaysian artist to break into Japan with her albums Emosi and Warna, as well with her hugely popular single, Sinaran. Six years later, she made history again by becoming the first Malaysian artist to stage a solo show in London’s famed West End, at the Royalty Theatre. In December 1996, she accepted an invitation to perform at Ronnie Scotts’, the jazz Mecca of the Music world.

With this showcase at Belum Rainforest Resort, Sheila will create another first by holding her first performance within a rainforest setting.

We cycled during the day and went for Night Trekking at night. We visited the Orang Asli 'kampung' and we found rafflesia during the jungle exploration trip. It was such a wonderful experience.

Another chapter of my exercise diary ~ Wednesday, 15th March 2017 .. I hit the dance floor after a very long rest .. holiday, busy scheduled ~ I miss my workout session with my exercise buddies *sobs*

Zumba with Coach Zaharah @ Rockafella Dance Studio (every Wednesday). The number of participants in her class has increased to 30s! Wow!! You know why? Cause her dance steps are fun, energetic, catchy and suits all level of fitness. One thing la kan, Instructor tak boleh syok sendiri .. you have to listen and understand the needs of the crowd.

I love her class variants ~ From Zumba to fun dance to 4 Wall line dancing ended with a soothing calm cooling down session .. Fun!! An hour of shaking our body during her class resulted in buckets of sweat and tones of calories burnt. We were tired, wet but happy.

I exercised since I was at the age of 20s and now at the age of 44 (almost 20 years), I am still here till sometimes I asked myself ~ What is my life without exercise? Well .. I guessed my life will be very boring, dull, unhealthy, weak .. etc .. etc .. Exercise is part of my life. Either at the gym, dance at the dance studio or run together with my running team .. I enjoyed every moment spent. I did a lot of Cardio exercises ~ Aerobics, aerodance, zumba, bellydance, piloxing, pilates, bokwa, stepboard, bodycombat and the latest .. Fitness drummin'.

I found myself in exercise. Exercise taught me lessons in life ~ disipline, determination, fighting spirit and the most important recipe in exercise is LOVE and PASSION.

I expressed love to myself through exercise and I did it with passion. Kalau sayang diri kita, jaga. Jaga diri dengan bersenam, ok.

The journey to a healthier life are more meaningful when we did it together ~ supported and motivated each other. I am very happy with Kak Yun and Ain who lost weight thru a natural way ~ healthy diet and exercise. The best, the safest, the most economical way to lose weight and maintain your health are by taking care of your diet and exercise. Easy, right.

Another best thing about exercise is It keep us close to each other. Bersenam membina ukhuwah dan merapatkan silaturrahim sesama insan dengan cara yang lebih sihat iaitu dengan cara menyokong dan membantu serta menggalakkan sesama kita supaya menjalani gaya hidup sihat.

I am back with my travel sharing entry. When I was in London, I had an opportunity to stay at Norle's house located at Du Cane Road, W012, Shepherds Bush Green (Zone 2), London. The two (2) rooms flat is owned by Norle and her husband, Rafik.

The room is equipped with 1 Queen Bed

Well .. I can say that the room are spacious (compared to some of the hotel rooms I have stayed in London)

And are equipped with a 2 seater sofa ~ selesa, kan

Towels are provided

Sejadah (prayer mat) are available too.

Oopsss .. ada heater jugak (ini sangat penting cos I traveled during Winter)

Wi-Fi services are provided too. The room can fit maximum up to 4 persons. tetapi biasalah .. bila kita tinggal di sini, konsep nya ialah tinggal bersama dengan Owner .. sharing bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Boleh masak-masak kalau you all nak. Jangan risau sebab owner Norle and Rafik (Orang Negeri Sembilan) sangat peramah and I want to mentioned that the house are very clean.

The house (flat) are strategically located .. near to Halal restaurant, hospital, tube/underground, bus station and Westfield, the largest shopping mall in London.

Well .. pada pendapat Misz-ella lah, kalau you all pertama kali ke Kota London dan tiada siapa-siapa di sini, lebih baik you all duduk bersama dengan famili Melayu di sini. Lagipun kadar bayaran yang dikenakan oleh Norle dan Rafik adalah sangat berpatutan *(bermula dari 50 pound semalam). Compared to all the hotels I have stayed in London, 50 pound are so worth paying. However, harga bilik adalah berbeza dari masa ke semasa dan bergantung pada bilangan tetamu jugaklah.

Selain dari itu, Norle dan Rafik ada sediakan servis Kereta sewa, so for big group (family especially), I guessed it is more practical for you to rent a car. Unlike me and Aiman, we just took a Public transport anywhere we want to go.

I can say that the place is quite quiet, privacy and clean. Near to groceries shop, ATM machine, Halal Restaurant and many other facilities.

So you all .. I am done with my sharing session with you. If you are planning your holiday in London and are looking for a comfortable place to stay with a perfect location, I suggest you consider Room at Norle's and Rafik's.

Kali ini Misz-ella nak kongsikan tentang sesuatu yang cantik. Cantik itu walau dapat dilihat dari luaran tetapi akan lebih bermakna jika ianya bermula dari dalaman, kan.

Baru-baru ini Misz-ella telah dijemput untuk menghadiri acara Hari Pengasas KO. Sebagai seorang yang support good cause, dah tentulah Misz-ella sokong apa sahaja aktiviti atau program yang bersifat kebajikan, I made my way to support the event.

Dato Dr. Ko bukanlah nama asing dalam bidang dermatologi negara kita. Setelah berada di United Kingdom selama 17 tahun untuk memperolehi kelayakan akademik dan bekerja sebagai seorang pakar dermatologi, Dato Dr. Ko kembali ke Malaysia pada tahun 1994. Beliau kemudiannya mengetuai Jabatan Dermatologi di Hospital Seremban sehingga 1997.

Pada tahun 1997, Klinik Pakar Kulit Dr. Ko ditubuhkan di tingkat satu sebuah rumah kedai di Klang, Selangor. Setiap transaksi di Klinik Pakar Kulit Dr Ko sepanjang tempoh tersebut, Dr. Ko akan menyumbang RM1 kepada badan kebajikan yang terpilih. Encik Amin Mohd Ali Sidik dari Persatuan Ibu Bapa dan Anak-Anak Sakit Kanser Malaysia, dalam ucapan beliau merakamkan penghargaan kepada Dato Dr. Ko kerana memilih untuk menyumbang kepada organisasi tersebut. Penyakit kanser adalah pembunuh no. 2 di Malaysia selepas penyakit jantung. Saban tahun, kos rawatan bagi pesakit kanser semakin meningkat dan sumbangan Dato Dr. Ko terhadap organisasi ini amatlah bermakna dalam usaha untuk menyokong pesakit-pesakit kanser tersebut.

Hari Pengasas KO tahun ini ditaja oleh Make A Wish Creations - sebuah syarikat perancang majlis dan Le Midi, sebuah restoran yang menyajikan makanan Perancis dan Italia serta turut disokong oleh artis tempatan iaitu Dynas Mokhtar dan Idris Khan. Dato' Dr. Ko mengucapkan Terima kasih kepada dua penaja ini dan merancang untuk bekerjasama dengan lebih banyak badan kebajikan dan badan bukan kerajaan di masa yang akan datang.

I recently had an opportunity to try Qigong (pronounced as Chi Kung).

First of all ..what is Qigong? I have tried many forms of physical exercise ~ Aerobics, Aerodance, Zumba, Bokwa, Piloxing, Pilates, Bodycombat, Bodysteps, Line Dance and many more but I never try Qigong.

Qigong is an energy arts exercise. It is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing technique and focus. Qigong strengthen and stretch the body & increase fluid movement (blood synovial and lymph) enhancing balance and proprioception and improving the awareness of how the body moves through space.

The word Qigong (Chi Kung) are formed by two Chinese words. Qi (pronounced as Chi) is a life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe that keeps us alive and energetic. Either we realised or not, all of us have Qi and Qi is all around us. Qi is abundant and it is easy to harness provided that we know what we need to do. On the other words, Chi is an invisible energy.

The second word, Gong, pronounced kung, means accomplishment, or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. The combination of both words ~ Qigong (Chi Kung) means cultivating energy, a system practiced for health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality.

Like any other health care systems, Qigong is not a panacea but it is definitely a highly effective health care practice or we can all it alternative treatment.

Me and Mirjana

My first introduction to Qigong started when I visited The Violet Flame, Bangsar and was introduced to Mirjana, a French Qigong Master. A full explanation about Qigong were given.

Mirjana explained to us on Why do we need to practice QiFlow?

We are born with a certain amount of Qi particular and different for each one of us. That means we all have a limited source of a kind of an ‘energy battery’ that we use throughout our lives.

Qi normallyflows throughout our whole body and organs. It circulates through many energy channels and energy centers similar to electricity flowing through wire circuits. When our QiFlow becomes obstructed because of some blockage in our channels the results is that our body and/or our mental state manifests a problem that starts bothering us and telling us that something is wrong and we need to get it solved. We start encountering some discomfort or we begin to develop some disease. We fall sick.

Why do we need to practice Qigong?

To maintain health, heal our bodies, calm our minds and reconnect with spiritual. People who practiced Qigong usually maintain good health even at old age and have a youthful vitality. Other than that Qigong also helps speedy recovery from illness.

Qigong also release hypertension and most importantly is the long term effect of Qigong practice ~ reestablishes our body/mind and soul connection.

MiQi Energy Medicine

MiQi Energy Medicine is a modern way of understanding and using Qi enhancing tools for a healthy life. It combines Medical Qigong, Taigiquan, Yoga, Meditation and the LOA (Law of Attraction) technique in a format that is easy to remember, easy to do with a faster result.

In order for us to really understand Qigong and implement it to our daily life, we need to undergo 3 level :-

Mastering

I am now at Level 1. I understand what is Qigong and look forward to know it more (Level 2). I had an opportunity to tried Qigong with Mirjana. Me and Kelly, my blogger friend were taught on the right breathing technique breathing and focusing while taking care of our body posture at the same time.

I went back to the Violet Flame, Bangsar on Sunday to learned more about Qigong. Qigong practice involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing and calm meditative state of mind. All the movements are low impact and are accessible to almost anyone regardless our age, physical and belief.

We were taught to let loose our body. Do not lock your knee .. loosen the grips over our body, make it flexible, relax the muscle, the joints, free our mind and understand our reactions to our environment. We are totally in relax condition ~ our body and mind.

By learning to live in a more and more relaxed state, we will start to reduce fatique and start unlocking blockages and physical aches and pains. Ultimately, in Qigong, we move faster, think quicker and clearer while at the same time we become calmer and have a joyful life.

I am still new in Qigong. With Mirjana's guide, I realised that unlike unlike other form of physical exercises that I am currently practicing now, Qigong is not about pushing our body to the limit but its about supporting our body parts to be greater and stronger. We were taught on how to sync our body parts and move together.

On the next level, we will also learn how to harness and work with Qi for our own healing, health and well being *i look forward to to this session*

The 90 minutes session with Mirjana on that Sunday morning ended with fresh, sweats and calm mind plus .. we energised our body. Unlike other forms of exercise, Qigong allow us to gain more energy after the session, even at a minimum time of 5 minutes a day. Our body will become more supple, tone and energetic and our mind become more calm and fresh.

I was so happy after the 90 minutes session with Mirjana. I have seen some people practice Qigong and my questions were answered during the session. Now I understand Qigong more ~ Why? How? Feel before and after ..

Thank you Mirjana for the lovely session. We enjoyed the class ~ learning and understanding What is Qi and how to increase the QiFlow. We look forward for more sessions with you.

We had a busy schedule everyday. We stress, get tired and we loose a lot of energy either in mind or physically ~ We had a mind and physical stress everyday. The Malaysian Irish Alumni Association will be organizing its MIAA Shamrock Run 2017 on Sunday 7 May 2017 at the DPulze Shopping Center, Cyberjaya, Selangor.

This will be the Third Shamrock run since its inception in 2014. It is a non-competitive leisurely run to instill health awareness and promote bonding for families and friends. Each runner will be given an event T-shirt, running bib and a unique collectors’ finisher medal, with interesting design and motives. Prizes will be given to best dressed runners in Shamrock, Irish and Malaysian motives.

The soft launch of Shamrock Run 2017 was graced by His Excellency Eamon Hickey, the Ambassador of Ireland to Malaysia, reaffirming the strong support of the Irish Embassy and the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Also present at the launch was Managing Director of O’Briens Irish Sandwich Café Malaysia, Brian Pua and Hafidz Zihim, the President of the Malaysian Irish Alumni Association.

The Shamrock Run 2017 is organized by the Malaysian Irish Alumni Association with strong collaboration from the Embassy of Ireland in Malaysia and O’Briens Irish Sandwich Café as the main partner.

There are 2 categories of the run, the 10km Men & Women Open for those aged 12 and above (Flag Off 7.30 am) and 5km Family Fun Open Category (for those aged 5 and above), strollers and children are much welcomed (Flag Off 7.35 am). The route of the route will pass leafy surroundings suburban of Cyberjaya.

Lets talk about fitness in this entry. You know I love fitness program. Any kind of fitness program will definitely attract my attention. I run, I dance, I walk, I do cross training, HIIT and recently I learned Qigong.

Fitness has become part of my agenda during my travel. A hotel stay complete with a gym or fitness center is a big bonus for me since it is one of my 'playground' .. a place that I love to spend my time to, a place that always make me feel great, fit, better and stronger *LOVE*

In this entry, I am going to share with you about The Renaissance Fitness Center, located at Level 3 of Renaissance Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The Renaissance Fitness Center offers excellent gymnasium, aerobics, Olympic sized swimming pool and tennis facilities under one roof.

Open daily from 6.00am to 12.00midnight (Monday to Friday) and 6.00am to 10.00pm (weekends and public holidays) for members and 24-hours for hotel guests, the 14,000 square feet Fitness Center is an exclusive space to stretch, lift, run, walk and dance your way to a healthier lifestyle.

The gymnasium is fully equipped with cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, recumbent bikes, programmable and non-programmable bicycles, stair-climbers, strength-training and weights.

Personal trainers are available upon request to support members building up their own customized workout plan. This is also to ensure that the members are guided professionally on the right technique of each equipment used in the fitness center.

There are also two underwater fitness equipment which are specially designed for use in the swimming pool. The Hydrorider AquaBike allows for cycling in the water while the Aqua Treadmill is meant for running in the water. Combining the positive effects of water with fitness exercises, cycling and running in water are two of the most efficient ways to tone the body faster. Sauna, steam and Jacuzzi are available in both the male and female changing rooms where fitness enthusiasts can sooth aching muscles and relax after a strenuous workout.

I had an opportunity to workout at The Renaissance Fitness Center recently. Since I had a very busy schedule, I only managed to stepped into the center at almost 12 midnight. Exercise with an energetic music and having the whole gym on my owned are really awesome *LOL*

The fitness center has a complete cardio machines that I can use to burn my calories and are equipped with different shapes and sizes of dumbells which helped to tone and strengthen my muscle. Stepboards, exercise balls and floor mat are available to. However, the gym are very well maintained and are very clean. I didn't mind to just sit on the floor for my stretching.

The Renaissance Fitness Center has a spacious studio/dance floor which is a home for group exercise classes including aerobics, circuit training, Zumba, Yoga, Body step and body balance conducted by qualified instructors. Wow!! I like studio exercise .. unfortunately I didn't get the chance to join the class .. look forward to return to the fitness center in the future *hehe*

For those of you who are interested to join The Renaissance Fitness Center, a 3-month membership package is available at RM625nett, while a 6 months membership fee is RM1,049nett whilst an annual membership is RM1,993nett. A monthly instalment plan of RM230nett can also be arranged for a 6-month membership.

I have an exciting news to share with you. Sempoi Charity, today announced their first of its kind public fundraising event called Sempoi Charity Funwalk which will be held on 13th May 2017 at Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. The fun walk is organised by Sempoi Charity in collaboration with the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park as co-organizer & venue sponsor and #AboutKL to raise funds for charity.

The walk aims to bring together 2000 participants to the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park in a bid to raise funds for charity whilst creating awareness on the importance of preserving nature, its diverse flora and fauna especially birds and promote a healthy, active and fulfilling lifestyle for city dwellers through a fun walk.

Mr. Mike Manicka the President of Sempoi Charity in his speech said that Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is an apt venue for the fun walk as it houses a wide species of birds native to Malaysia in a lush natural setting right in the heart of the city.

The fun walk is to predominantly to raise funds for three (3) charity programmes initiated by Sempoi Charity this year. One of the benefiricary for Sempoi Charity Funwalk is JKOASM (Jaringan Kampung Orang Asli Malaysia). Funds raised from this walk will be channeled to JKOASM to support their educational outreach programmes. JKOASM is a NGO made out entirely of volunteers working with the Orang Asli Community. Some of their outreach programmes includes women's empowerment workshops, youth leadership workshop and basic computer skills training to help the Orang Asli community to obtain basic skills, knowledge and confidence to be self-sufficient.

Funds will also use to support Sempoi Sahur - a street feeding programme to feed the homeless and destitute living on the streets of Kuala Lumpur during the month of Ramadhan and SC Cares for Kids through a graffiti mural art project at schools for disables children.

Through this Walk, Sempoi Charity aims to raise RM15,000.00 to benefit JKOASM, feed and provide toiletry kits for 500 homeless individuals and paint 3 graffiti murals at schools for disabled children.

Sempoi Charity also welcome contributions from any corporate companies as part of their CSR initiative. Companies can help raise funds by taking up various sponsorship opportunities available including sponsorship of participation for children from homes and orphanages. Mr. Mike Manicka urged corporate companies and individuals to come forward and support the fund walk to hand in hand raise funds and make a difference for the betterment of the community as a whole.

The partners and sponsor for Sempoi Charity Funwalk includes the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park as venue sponsor, #AboutKL as event partner, WABS as sponsorhip partner, CIME as creative agency, Gaya Travel as magazine partner, KPJ as medical partner and Ice Mountain & 100 Plus as official drink partner. Lets talk about more serious issue in this entry .. health!! You know I am very concern about health. I always encourage everyone (my blog reader especially) to take care of our health by implementing healthy lifestyle ~ Exercise regularly, eat healthy food, always think positive, be happy naturally, always de-stress in a healthier way to kick those unwanted pressures away .. etc .. etc. Health is priceless. Good news for those of you who are concern about their health! Ara Damansara Medical Centre (ADMC) turned 5 recently and is holding a celebration to commemorate being in the healthcare industry for half a decade.

In keeping with the true Malaysian spirit of celebrations, ADMC will be hosting an Open Day for the community and public with fun activities in line with its theme - Road to Health. The event will be held on 1st April 2017, Saturday, from 9.00am to 6.00pm at the hospital grounds and lobby.

The day will kick off with Amazing Hunt – a treasure hunt for clues on health tips and hospital facilities and services. Amazing Hunt is a treasure hunt where participants will make stopovers at designated stations and look for clues and challenges related to healthcare before driving to the next post. Another interesting highlight of the Open day is a deeply healing yoga flow session lead by by Jojo Struys – a regional TV presenter, speaker and wellness personality. This session will work intuitively with all your senses combining hatha vinyasa, breath work and movement meditation techniques. She will be hosting the session from 11am to 12pm.
