Hari ni jom kita bercerita tentang kesihatan dan kecantikan. Kesihatan dan kecantikan memang tak dapat dipisahkan, betul tak?

Menginjak ke tahun 2017, Misz-ella tetap meneruskan Gaya hidup sihat ~ bukan sahaja dengan bersenam minimum 3 kali seminggu malah dengan mengamalkan pemakanan sihat lagi berkhasiat. Almaklumlah .. kalau kita tak sayang diri sendiri, siapa nak sayang diri kita, betul tak? Salah satu cara tunjuk kasih sayang pada diri ialah .. Jaga perut! Hehehe.

Misz-ella baru-baru ini telah mengamalkan Diet protein dan diet tiada gula dalam amalan harian Misz-ella. Umur pun dah makin meningkat .. kalau tak sekarang, bila lagi, kan. Ini ialah Daging Goreng Kunyit berserta dengan sayur-sayuran. Daging digoreng kering dengan setengah sudu minyak sahaja. Gaul daging dengan garam dan kunyit, potong cili api dan bawang dan masukkan sedikit air asam jawa. Gula Misz-ella tak letak ye. Lepas tu goreng sayur kubis, baby carrot, salad hiris dan baby tomato. Mari kita berjemaah di atas pinggan yang sama. Misz-ella tak makan nasi. Sepiring 120gm Daging Goreng Kunyit ini Misz-ella yang punya. Dan seperti biasalah .. dessert adalah sebiji Oren dan sebiji Kiwi. Alhamdulillah kenyang.

Grilled Chicken with Soft Tofu. Yang ni pun sangat senang. Perap kepingan ayam dengan Steak spice dan serbuk Paprika *kalau tak ada boleh guna serbuk cili* selama 5 minit. Panaskan setengah sudu minyak masak, masukkan ayam .. balik-balikkan sambil cucuk tengah dia. Curah sesudu dua Apple Cider Vinegar untuk tambah rasa. Masa masak tu you all tutup kuali ye supaya ayam lebih cepat lembut. 10 minit siap. Dalam kuali berasingan, goreng bawang bersama cili padi menggunakan setengah sudu minyak sahaja, masukkan soft tofu yang telah dipotong kecil dan hancurkan. Makan bersama Grill Chicken ni. Ya Allah sedapnya la hai. Rasa nak sekeping lagi. Hehe.

Daging Black Pepper dengan sayur-sayuran. Misz-ella ada satu masalah sikit .. Masa nak masak baru jenguk peti ais apa ada dalam peti ais so apa yang ada sahaja lah. Maka terjadi lah resepi Daging Black Pepper bersama terung dan tomato ni.

Grill Black Pepper Chicken with Spicy Stir Fried Mix Vege ~ Perap ayam dengan paprika sahaja selama 5 minit. Panaskan setengah sudu minyak dan goreng ayam tu. Seperti biasa curahkan Apple Cider Vinegar supaya masakan lebih sedap. Jangan lupa tutup ye supaya wap tak lari dan ayam lebih 'juicy' .. masa nak angkat curahkan sedikit serbuk Black Pepper *Misz-ella guna black pepper McD!* Hehehe. Lepas tu dalam kuali lain panaskan setengah sudu minyak tumis bawang dan masukkan terung. Terung dah masak masukkan timun dan baby tomato yang dipotong kecil. Kacau dan curahkan serbuk cili *Misz-ella gunakan serbuk cili Dominos .. hehe* lepas tu terus tutup api. Makan dengan Grill chicken tu. Sooooo yummy!

Mudah, murah dan cepat resepi diet Misz-ella ni. Tiada gula. Tiada carbo. Mudah-mudahan lebih sihat. Amin.

Another chapter of my exercise diary. Last Tuesday exercise was Piloxing with Instructor Lina at Xclusive Fitnesz Studio, Shah Alam.

Dari jauh Misz-ella datang, meredah FR 54 yang tak putus-putus jem dari dulu hingga kini menjemput rakan baik Jihadah dan Kak Yun di Saujana Utama sebelum Xlusive Fitnesz Dance Studio kita jejaki bersama - demi cinta pada Piloxing.

I have shared a few entries on my blog on why I love Piloxing. Baca kat sini dan sini ye. As usual, Misz-ella sangat suka melihat kaum wanita menjaga kesihatan diri melalui senaman. Bukan senang nak didik dan latih diri kita ke arah kebaikan tapi percayalah yang senaman ni sekali kita mulakan, maka susah nak tinggal. So, mari join Misz-ella dan rakan-rakan bersenam di Xclusive Fitnesz Gym & Exercise Studio.

Extra fun kelas kali ini sebab buat pertama kalinya Marini completed her one hour Piloxing session. Yeayy!! I am so happy. I hope to see her increase in her intensity and can jump jump like me *tehehehe* .. Piloxing is fun! Piloxing is powerful, sleek and sexy.

Baru-baru ini Misz-ella telah ke Kafe BANNGKOK STREET FOOD yang terletak di Platinum Walk, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur untuk makan malam.

Tengok nama dah tau ini kedai makanan Siam, kan. Dah terbayang Tomyam. Betul tak? Tapi Tomyam Thai dan Tomyam Malaysia tak sama tau. Nak tau apa bezanya? Baca entry ini sampai habis ye.

Suasana dalam Kafe ni sangat santai dan Ahhhh .. kacang Siam!! Kacang kegemaran Misz-ella kalau ke Padang Besar, Wang Kelian atau bila ke Pengkalan Kubur. Kacang Siam ni memang best. Kalau korang tak percaya sila beli setin dua ye.

Kafe BANGGKOK STREET FOOD mula beroperasi lebih kurang 5 bulan yang lalu dengan diketuai oleh Chef Mus yang berpengalaman selama 15 tahun dalam bidang masakan.

Kafe BANNGKOK STREET FOOD diinspirasikan dari masakan dari negara Thailand dengan sedikit sentuhan Ala-Kelantan, tempat negeri kelahiran Chef Mus sendiri. Kesemua bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam masakan di sini menggunakan bahan-bahan mentah Halal yang dibawa dari negara Thailand. OK Jom kita tengok apa yang Misz-ella cuba di Kafe BANNGKOK STREET FOOD .. jom!

Khao Pad Thai ~ RM9.90

Nasi Goreng menggunakan belacan Thai yang disangai *digoreng kering* terlebih dahulu dan disertakan bersama hirisan ayam, cili api sangai, telur dadar dihiris nipis, ikan bilis goreng, ulam timun dan salad dan kalau mahu pedas, you all boleh tambah kicap cilii padi tu. Perah limau kalau mahu tambah perisa. Sedap dan berharga RM9.90 sahaja. Berbaloi!

Khau Niau Kai (Pulut Ayam) ~ RM7.90

Pulut Tanak yang dimakan bersama Ayam goreng disertakan ulam timun dan daun salad lalu dimakan dengan Sos Cili ~ antara makanan kegemaran masyarakat Islam di Thailand.

Siakap Kaeng Som ~ RM43.00

Ikan Siakap yang distim dengan air asam jawa ditambah daun selasih, nenas kiub dan cili api yang disangai ~ Masam-masam manis dan sedikit pedas rasanya you all. Tapi kalau you all peminat Ikan Siakap Stim, yang ni memang Misz-ella rekomen. Hidangan ini boleh dikongsi bersama 5 orang.

Tom Yam Super Banggkok ~ RM10.90

Masih menggunakan Daun selasih dan Cili Api sangai sebagai pelengkap, pada Misz-ella Tom Yam Super Banggkok ni sangat best kerana ianya lain dari yang lain. Susah nak dapat di tempat kita dan merupakan Banngkok Street Food's'signature food'. Sup Tom Yam ini mengandungi kaki ayam dan kepak ayam yang direbus lembut. Best gila! Berulang-ulang Misz-ella makan. Dah la sedap, harga pun tak mahal .. biasa-biasa je harganya.

Mee Siam ~ RM9.90

Mee Siam ~ kalau kita ikutkan nama nya macam biasa-biasa je kan sebab Mee Siam kat mana-mana pun ada tapi yang ni lain dari yang lain. Nak tau kenapa?

Sebab bihun ini digoreng menggunakan sup tomyam dan dihidang bersama kepingan ayam rangup dan hirisan telur dadar lalu dimakan dengan Sambal khas yang turut dihidang bersama Mee Siam tersebut. Sedap. Lain dari yang lain.

Pad Woon Seng Goong ~ RM12.90

Siapa peminat suhun? Me!! Yang ni betul-betul mengingatkan Misz-ella pada masakan dari Siam/Thailand sebab suhun goreng dihidang bersama Tiger prawn yang juga telah digoreng, kacang tanah yang ditumbuk halus, serbuk cili, tauge mentah dan daun kucai.

Campur dan gaulkan kesemuanya. Kalau you all tak kuat makan pedas, campurkan sikit-sikit ataupun you all akan hadapi masalah yang sama macam we all .. kepedasan tahap melampau *haha*

Yam Thalay ~ RM7.90

Yam Thalay atau dalam bahasa Inggeris nya ialah 'Thai Seafood Salad' adalah Kerabu Suhun ber seafood yang sangat sedap. Seafood nya sangat mewah dan fresh .. ditambah dengan hirisan bawang, tomato, daun selasih, daun ketumbar dan daun salad .. rasanya sedikit masam-masam manis dan pedas. Sedap ni!

Kai Dow Kra Paw ~ RM7.90

Bagi penggemar daging lembu, ini adalah untuk anda. Daging lembu cincang yang digoreng kering pedas bersama cili api berserta daun selasih dan tambah menarik bila dinikmati bersama telur mata goreng rangup. Pedas tapi sedap!

Ho' Mok Steam Seafood ~ RM14.90

Yang ni menarik. Sangat menarik. Pes Kari Thai, Telur dan Air Kelapa Muda digabungkan bersama menghasilkan satu rasa yang sangat istimewa. Sampai hari ni teringat-ingat. Ada ketam dan cili api sangai tetap tak tinggal. Dengan harga RM14.90 sahaja, rasanya tak sah kunjungan ke sini kalau tak cuba hidangan yang istimewa ini.

Pancake Banana ~ RM11.00

Pancake Banana atau nama Melayu nya Lempeng Pisang *hehe* adalah Pancake berinti pisang bakar dimakan bersama Ice cream. Pisang nya segar dan pancake/lempeng nya lembut dan rangup. Lepas tu dicurah pulak sos coklat di atas nya dan dimakan dengan aiskrim Vanilla kesukaan Misz-ella. Pancake Banana ini merupakan Thai street food yang sangat digemari oleh masyarakat Thai. Recommended lah!

Chattuchak ~ RM9.90

Gabungan aiskrim Vanilla, Pulut, Kelapa Muda dan Jala Mas. Ohhh very the Kelantanese .. I LIKE *sebab Misz-ella pun dari Kelantan jugak .. hehe* Penambahan Jala Mas itu adalah hasil ilham Chef Mus sendiri dalam usaha beliau untuk menggabungkan dua rasa dari dua negara berbeza untuk dinikmati dalam waktu yang sama. Sangat kreatif! Tapi seperti biasalah .. pencuci mulut atau 'dessert' memang manis kerana memaniskan diri adalah cara paling indah untuk mengakhiri juadah enak di Kafe BANNGKOK STREET FOOD ini.

Kalau Selasa malam Misz-ella ber 'piloxing' setiap hari Jumaat malam Misz-ella akan ber 'aerodance' and Yes .. this entry is about another chapter of my exercise diary.

I have been sharing my exercise routine for seven years. Tujuh tahun Misz-ella mencatatkan perjalanan suka duka kehidupan di Blog Dari Jari-Jari Halusku ini termasuklah kisah-kisah Misz-ella bersenam, melompat dan menari di Lantai Tari. Dari studio di Saujana Utama ke Meru ke Puncak Alam ke Shah Alam .. banyak studio Misz-ella sudah jejakkan kaki. I have seen people come and go. Hari ini bersenam, esok tidak lagi tetapi saya masih di Lantai Tari.

Bermula dari umur 20an sekarang Misz-ella sudah pertengahan 40an. Alhamdulillah saya masih konsisten. Masih suka dan cinta pada exercise nak pulak Aerodance.

Friday night class with Coach Lina

I must say .. Tahniah dan Syabas buat ibu-bu yang datang bersenam pada malam itu. Susah kan jadi perempuan, jadi ibu .. nak bersenam pun kena bawak anak. Hummm macam tu lah Misz-ella masa Aiman kecil dulu. Ke salon, ke studio, ke mana sahaja .. Misz-ella bawak dia. Buat seorang ibu, anak adalah segalanya dan beranak kecil bukan alasan untuk tidak bersenam. Hendak seribu daya. Tak hendak seribu dalih!

Misz-ella sendiri travel 22km dari rumah untuk ke Rockafella Saujana Utama semata-mata kerana mahu bersenam. Misz-ella sendiri terpaksa susun jadual cantik-cantik supaya dapat mencuri masa untuk bersama mereka semua. Tak da alasan untuk tak bersenam, ok.

60 minutes Aerodance class with Coach Lina ~ From warm up to Hi-Lo and stretching in between and then the tempo went fast and our heart pumped .. pumped and pumped .. from toe touch, heel touch, V, V-X, box step, leg curl, knee, lompat bintang .. Perghhhh .. we killed those unwanted fats away with her help.

Pilihan lagu sangat best, step aerodance created by Coach Lina is fun, easy and fit all level of fitness and her communication is good. Coach Lina tak banyak cakap masa mengajar tapi dia suka senyum.

Exercise improved blood circulation .. merah muka selepas bersenam. Calories burning progressing well *I LIKE* and I look forward for more session with her.

Ladies in Pink tapi kami berdua tak cukup tinggi untuk digelar Pink Panther ye *hehehe*

All in .. all in .. we had fun during our 60 minutes Aerodance session with Coach Lina. I love you my exercise buddies. Let exercise together more ... kita fit dan sihat sama-sama ye. Ibu dan isteri yang sihat .. anak dan suami suka, In Sha Allah keluarga bahagia. Bersenam bukan sahaja kerana kita sayangkan diri kita tetapi juga kerana kita mahu jadi yang terbaik dan memberi yang terbaik untuk kesayangan kita.

So siapa-siapa yang belum jadikan senaman sebagai gaya hidup, mari mulakan hari ini. Beli kasut sukan yang sesuai *yang murah-murah pun tak apa untuk permulaan* dan mulalah bersenam. Samada berjogging di kawasan rumah, menggunakan CD aerobik *macam i dulu-dulu lah .. hehe*, menjadi ahli di Gym atau buat warga Saujana Utama, SBCR dan kawasan sekitarnya .. mari sertai kami di Rockafella Gym & Exercise Studio *atas Circle K*

Nak angkat besi boleh, mahu ke Lantai Tari macam kami pun boleh. Hampir setiap hari ada kelas, tau .. dari jam 9-10 malam. Walk-In rate hanya RM10 sahaja. Apa lagi .. jom senam!

Thai Tuk Tuk terletak di A1-G2-9, Publika Shopping Gallery, Kuala Lumpur. No. tel :- 03-6201 0212. Dibuka setiap hari dari jam 11 pagi - 11 malam.

Sangat meriah, berwarna warni dan santai suasana Restoran ini.

Misz-ella dan famili order Ikan Siakap Stim Cili, Lemon Chicken dan sayur Pucuk Paku Goreng Bawang Putih.

Ikan Siakap Stim sedap. Pedas dan tidak terlalu manis tapi ikannya besar boleh dimakan 4-5 orang. Lemon Chicken tu ialah Ayam Goreng Lemon dimakan dengan Sos Thai .. agak berlainan rasa dia jika dibandingkan dengan Lemon Chicken di restoran lain tapi Aiman makan licin.

Baru jam 12 tenghari, restoran ni dah hampir penuh. Nak sampai ke malam macamana la agaknya ya?

Sebenarnya we all tak tau macamana nak makan Salad ikan tu so we all bukak daun salad tu, letakkan bihun, ikan, cili dan bawang goreng tu di dalamnya, gulung dan makan. Suka kitorang je, kan tapi best, Sedap gila!

Another entry on the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration. This time me and my blogger friends went to our favourite hotel, Sunway Putra Hotel located at Jalan Putra, Kuala Lumpur.

Kicking off the festive spirit, Sunway Putra Hotel ushered in the Year of the Rooster in a grand celebration with a gigantic Yee Sang tossing with about 100 guests and media and a rousing acrobatic dance performance by eight lions - to bring good luck for the year of 2017. I was so excited when I saw the Giant Yee Sang ~ beautifully and creatively prepared by Sunway Putra Hotel's chefs.

We then were served with the traditional Yee Sang with fresh salmon slices while enjoying the Lion Dance performance - Delicious Yee Sang. Amazing performance!

The host, Mr. Christopher Bong, General Manager Sunway Putra Hotel, Christopher in his speech earlier mentioned that Sunway Putra Hotel is known for its excellent and delicious dining offers and has been awarded with 2016 Best Food & Beverage Hotel award by CTRIP - a dominant online booking for China's outbound travel in November 2016.

During the ceremony, Sunway Putra Hotel also unveiled one of the longest Spring Couplets in Kuala Lumpur this year, written on a 14 feet red paper, the couplets has a genre of Chinese literature with two vertical sentences symbolising more luck, more wealth and health this Spring, not just for the hotel but also its guests.

We then were ushered to the Coffee House to witnessed Sunway Putra Hotel Reunion Buffet feast. This year, the team has crafted a special buffet feast with a contemporary twist that has ten (10) headlining counters ; Appertisers and Salad, Yee Sang Counter, Soup, Hot Spot, Pasta and Noodles, Pizza of the day, Dim Sum, a Carving Station, Hot Dishes and Desserts

To be honest, I was quite amazed with the varieties offered and the food tasted so good.

I recently spent my weekend at One World Hotel ~ my favourite hotel in Petaling Jaya, Selangor for my weekend staycation.

One World Hotel, a 5 star elegant hotel in the heart of Petaling Jaya is connected to One Utama Shopping Mall ~ the world's forth largest mall. One Utama is my favourite mall. I have been visiting One Utama since Aiman was small. I love One Utama so much!

Checked in to the luxury Junior Suite at Peridot Club, located at Level 19 of the Hotel. The checked in process was fast. The staffs greeted me with smile and memorised my name throughout my stay at the Hotel.

The luxury Peridot Lounge ~ Suite guests enjoy their breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail here. Free flow of drinks are served here from morning till 11pm.

And tadaaaa .. key to my Junior Suite no. 623

Greeted by a warm welcome once I stepped into my suite. All information required about the hotel are by digital. One World Hotel support a healthier environment. I like!

There are a total of 52 Junior Suites in One World Hotel and one of the rooms belong to me. The hall is so spacious and super comfort!

The elegantly furnished Junior Suite has a Recliner Chair too. Aiman love it so much. Too good to let it go .. he said *hehehe*

This 70 sq m Suite is equipped with 2 50" LED Television ~ one at the hall and the other one at the bedroom. It also has all the facilities that I need ~ Iron, hair dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, Personal safe and as a Junior Suite's guest, I enjoyed all Peridot Club benefits during my stay.

And as usual, I love Rain shower more than the bath tub *LOL*

I hardly like Hotel's toiletries but I must say that I am in love with this set of toiletries provided in my Junior suite. It gave me good feeling while bathing *LOVE*

After refreshing our tired body, we went to our favourite One Utama Shopping mall for some shopping.

Once returned, we changed to our Exercise outfit and explored the Gymnasium *a MUST-DO in every hotel stay*

Spacious, clean and privacy! The machines are modern and are in a good condition.

We kicked start our exercise session by doing so cardio using the exercise bike. Cycling together with Aiman on that lovely evening. He did 10km, I only did 8.5km. It was fun spending quality time together at One World Hotel's gym.

Yes !! You can do it Ella *kayuh laju-laju*

The gym are equipped with the latest technology machines which made my exercise session easy.

We tried the exercise bar too.

The Gym also has it own exercise studio which is equipped with Exercise ball, exercise mat and stepboard! Yeay!

Our Evening Cocktail at Peridot's Lounge after our work out session. Eatlah Mommy! We need to top up our energy since we burnt tones of calories just now. We then returned to our Suite for some rest.

Hungry at night? Choose your favourite meal from the digital menu at the comfort of you ownself. Room service are available 24 hours a day!

Aiman enjoyed the delicious Nasi Goreng Cinnamon. I must say the quality of food served are AWESOME!

You see .. sampai duduk atas lantai si Aiman *feel like your own own home at One World Hotel*

While Mommy busy updating her blog using the complimentary Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. OhMy .. I love the high speed internet connection which made my job easier.

Woke up fresh the next day and again, we went to the Peridot Lounge at Level 19 for our breakfast.

Quiet, cool and privacy *LOVE*

After breakfast, we went to see the Swimming Pool ~ Two pools provided for the guests with a nice landscape an hardscape.

If you are looking for a hotel stay/staycation in Petaling Jaya area, I suggest you try this 5 star One World Hotel. The location is superb *with MRT services which is just a foot away*, the facilities provided by the hotel are awesome plus it is connected to the 4th largest shopping mall in the world. Either for leisure or business, One World Hotel definitely suits you.

All in .. all in .. we enjoyed our staycation at the Junior Suite, One World Hotel. It was short, sweet and lovely. From the moment I checked in till I left the hotel, I was greeted with a big smile by the staffs who remembered my name throughout my stay. Misz-ella memilih Aromatherapy Massage. Bermula dari bahagian belakang badan, urutan dimulakan dari tapak kaki ke bahagian atas badan. Langkah demi langkah, setiap sentuhan adalah sangat lembut dan memberikan rasa ketenangan yang diinginkan oleh tubuh dan minda Misz-ella yang sememangnya penat. Dah selesai bahagian belakang, urutan beralih ke bahagian hadapan dan sebaik sahaja 'eye pillow' diletakkan di kelopak mata ... OhMy .. aroma lavender yang sangat mengasyikkan, menambahkan lagi rasa tenang dan damai. Aromatherapy massage di Mandara Spa sangat best dan Misz-ella sarankan bagi mereka yang mahu merehatkan tubuh dan minda yang penat selepas seharian bekerja. Misz-ella memang suka lah Aromatherapy Massage ni.

Selesai urutan selama 90 minit, segelas Teh halia akan diberikan untuk menambahkan lagi kesegaran tubuh badan.Heaven gila kot !!

Dah habis urutan, masa untuk say GoodBye to Mandara Spa. Segar tubuh badan, lega rasa minda yang serabut pada awalnya. Thank You Mr. Harish of Mandara Spa. I enjoyed the massage very much.

How did you spend your last weekend? Me and my friends took part in Symphony Life That '70s Run during the last weekend.

Symphony Life That '70s Run is a 5.8km run which was held on 15th January 2017 at The BizWalk, Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong. Selangor. A total of 1,035 fitness enthusiasts were seen participated in Symphony Life Berhad's first ever fun run event. The venue were filled by participants as early as 6.30am

The warming up session before we start the run. As usual, warming up is very important to activate our body muscle and to increase the heart rate.

The flagged off was done at 7.45am by Y Bhg Tan Sri Azman Yahya, Executive Chairman of Symphony Life Berhad.

Ana, Ekin and Ain joined the run too. I guessed Ain was the happiest participant on that day cos for the first time her husband and son took part in a run.

Lagi muka-muka ceria. Its good to see how running has become a popular way for a family to spend quality time together.

The route was easy and suits all level of fitness. As for me, I did a Tempo Run for the first 2km.

As Symphony Life '70s Run is a run which combined run and dance in '70s, participants are required to stop at 2 checkpoints. Water station *mineral water and 100 Plus!* and banana were given to the participants to refuel and ...

Heyyy .. lets groove to the '70s disco tunes. Shake, shake and twist your body. I am a '70s baby. Song like Mama Mia, Dancing Queen, Stayin' Alive, *just to name a few* are so close to my heart. I have been listening to those songs since I was a kid so I really enjoyed the dance session. It was fun!

And I was quite lucky because I share the same passion with my fitness buddies. Orang-orang yang suka amalkan 'fitness dance' ni tak boleh dengar muzik .. asyik nak goyang je. I spent 30 minutes at the first checkpoint enjoying the dance groove from one to another. Tak kesah lah kalau i over pun the most important thing is I really enjoyed myself at Symphony Life '70s Run.

And tadaaaaa .. 10 of us running together at Symphony Life That '70s Run on 15th January 2017. We dressed up in our best '70s look. Sejujurnya, I am proud with my team's performance. We made it again, ladies. I remember when I first started running, I ran alone. After a few series of running and sharing my experienced in my blog and FB, I started to form my own team. I am no longer alone but now I run with my team. From zero to hero, Aliah, Nad run faster than me nowadays. Azie participated in more run than me. I am so proud of them and Symphony Life That '70s Run really united us. Our friendship and love grow .. we brainstorming our outfit for the run, we support and motivated each other to keep our feet moving no matter what. Nad, Ain and Mieza were not well during the run day but with the love and support of the team, they made their way to the finishing line. As a Team leader, I am proud with their spirit *ohhh terharu nak nangis*

Time for some 'makan' after the Run ~ we were given a Food Box which contains Cream Bun, Drinks and food voucher to spend at the Food trucks which are available at the venue. I wanted to Thank Azie who came out with the idea of this red polkadot skirt, Kak Yun who bought the material for us and my whole team for being supportive. We Made It Happened, ladies!

Symphony Life That '70s Run was filled with other activities too ~ The kids enjoy the giant bubble play, street clown performances, colouring workshop, face painting, an inflatable playground and many more.

Hey there was a photobooth too .. maka haruslah berfotoan di sini buat kenangan hari tua kita. Pose, Smile and Snap!!!

Beli frozen Barramundi kat Supermarket. Cuci bersih, salut dengan garam dan lada hitam hiris sedikit lemon, balut dalam aluminium foil dan bakar atas kuali leper sahaja. 10-15 minit, siap. Rasanya? Masam-masam manis and very juicy, ikan kekal segar sebab dimasak di dalam aluminium foil. U all cubalah!
