Eye Lash Extension at Face Factors Clinic, Publika

Hello beauty lovers ..

I did the eye lashes extension again .. at the same beauty clinic, Face Factors.

 This time, i requested for single eye lashes instead of dual lashes like before.

I love eye lash extension by Face Factors, it lasted longer. The single lashes extension at Face Factors which cost me RM118 has been laying on my eyes since a month ago and it is still in a good condition *love*



When the beautician told me, Misz-ella your blog reader came and requested the same design as your eye lashes, I felt i could tell her .. Hello Blog reader, congratulations. You came to the right place. Prettier eyes, only with Face Factors.

Hello lovely readers ..

Remember the story about Gimme Gimme ABBA coming to Malaysia to bring back our memory to ABBA? To those songs that we used to sing during our childhood time *me and my siblings especially*


Yes readers .. Gimme Gimme ABBA is now LIVE in Malaysia from 17th-21st May 2016 and misz-ella.blogspot.com was among the luckiest to be invited to watch their opening show at The Gardens Theatre Mid Valley on 17th May 2016. Thanks to Dato' Nicholas and the team of Homme Productions for having me.


The Gimme Gimme Girls, Kate and Lucy, the UK's premier ABBA tribute band will be entertaining our next 4 nights with the Finale concert schedule in Kedah on 21st May 2016.




Featuring more than 10 ABBA hits like Waterloo, Take A Chance on Me, Fernando, Gimme Gimme, Knowing Me Knowing You. Honey Honey, Money Money Money and the lovely Mamma Mia and my forever favourite Dancing Queen .. this group did a superb job by delivering the best!


Gimme Gimme ABBA created the magic of ABBA right in front the eyes of the audiences during their opening night performance. Unique choreography, dazzling costumes, perfect vocals and the chemistry between both of them and the band are really entertained. 



Stunning performance .. they blew the audiences heart away



The Gardens Theatre were filled with the magical of ABBA brought by Gimme Gimme ABBA .. the audiences were seen singing the everlasting fresh song together.


And dance the night along together .. shaking and clapping hands. The performance was great and superb!

KL Hop On Hop Off City Tour Bus with The Tourists

Hello readers ..

I recently had the opportunity to hopped into the KL Hop On Hop Off Bus with the tourists from Canada. Hey it was such a wonderful experience and we had so much fun exploring Kuala Lumpur with them.



The KL Hop On Hop Off Open deck bus depart every day at 4.00pm from Malaysian Tourism and Information Centre (Matic) Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.


The tickets are priced at RM220 for Adults, RM200 for Senior Citizens and RM150 for children. I was so excited to be on the bus since it was my first experienced! Living in this city, but never been in the bus before. What la, kan. Hahaha.

I chosed to sit at the Open Deck area ~ Cold and windy. Can't stop my hair from flewing here and there. Hehehe.

The journey started at sharpm 4.00pm via one of the busiest route in Kuala Lumpur during the peak hour ~ Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Raja Laut and Jalan Kinabalu. I enjoyed the route as it passed by a lot of interesting building in Kuala Lumpur and one of them is this Menara Dayabumi or we called it 'Gajah Putih'. Once it was an administrative office for the Petronas  *before the existence of Petronas Twin Tower in KLCC'

The tour was also joined by the tourists from Canada ~ the students from University of Manitoba. We hopped on the bus together and have fun!


The first destination was Kuala Lumpur City Gallery 





Kuala Lumpur City Gallery is all about Kuala Lumpur. Bring back the Memories of Kuala Lumpur .. how it started and get it names .. whats the place like before .. the current (present) Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur in the future. Its a right place to learned about Kuala Lumpur, the overview on the present Kuala Lumpur and a place for you to have an idea on the future Kuala Lumpur.


The Old Kuala Lumpur ~ Well .. born, raised and living in this Capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur is definitely my place. I love Kuala Lumpur so much. 






What is Kuala Lumpur without Yap Ah Loy? You got to go in this Gallery to find it out, guys.

There are so many write ups, photos and miniatures that will make your time spent here worth. Such a lovely place to learn and know Kuala Lumpur more.

Kuala Lumpur now and future? WoW! The 7 minutes show on the next Kuala Lumpur featuring all the high rise modern building which the development has been approved by the Local Authority.The mix development of Kuala Lumpur in the future with the beautiful green landscape .. I was like .. "Is it my Kuala Lumpur"? Looking backwards, I was amazed and proud. Kuala Lumpur was just a small city when I was born in Leela Ratos Hospital, Kuala Lumpur 43 years ago. There was no KLCC shopping mall, no Petronas Twin Tower, no KL Tower. Kuala Lumpur has changed to a modern city and will keep on moving forward with more development coming up. I am so excited to check it out!

The upgrading/under progress River of Life (ROL) project was also highlighted in the showcase and was highlighted in blue. The ROL project is one of the initiative by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall which combines high impact projects and programs to elevate the country to developed nation status. The project is set to bring the community 'back to the river' through a 100 percent transformation into a vibrant waterfront with high economic and commercial value, rejuvenating the city's river and re-connecting it to the surrounding urban fabric.

Kuala Lumpur City Gallery is also a place where you can find a nice wooden arch souvenir carrying all Malaysian iconic trademark like the 'Wau bulan *traditional Malay kites", the hibiscus *Malaysia national flowers* and many more.

We boarded the bus again to our next destination. Open deck is best lah! And we enjoyed the time spent with the tourist. They are so fun! Chatting, taking pics and enjoying our time in Kuala Lumpur our own way.

Then we proceeded to the Mosque ~ Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan is one of the beautiful and well-known mosque in Kuala Lumpur other than the Masjid Negara. Located at Jalan Duta, this mosque is always full for 'Jumaat prayer' and has always been a location chosen for 'akad nikah' *Muslim solemnization'. A beautiful mosque with the architecture inspired from the Egyption, Iranian/Persian .. I guess that's one of the reason why this mosque is so famous either among the locals or tourists.

Next we went to Batu Caves. Well ..who do not know Batu Caves? The iconic Batu Caves is one of the top tourist attraction in Malaysia. The caves, which was discovered in year 1892, is situated 13 kilometres North of the capital city Kuala Lumpur.

Hey you haven't arrived the cave yet, ok. You got to climb 272 stairs to reach the entrance of the Caves. Batu Caves is a sacred place for the Hindu's in Malaysia. This limestone caves are 400 metres long and 100 metres height and consists of three main caves and a number of smaller ones.  

This caves received as many as 800,000 tourists during Thaipusam Festival, an annual Hindu Festivals. Yahh .. I remembered went to Batu Caves on the third day of the Festivals with my ex-collagues Revathy. We bought cheap saree materials and punjabi suits .. so happy we bought it at a very good deal here.

Isaac and Ivy made their way to the caves's entrance by climbing the 272 stairs. Good exercise!

You will be greeted by lots of monkey on your journey up to the entrance  .. some are cute and adorable .. some are a bit scary but dont worry .. they love you because of the food that you had in your hands or bag. Please do not feed them as you will only make them go more wild and crazy. 



The last destination was to the lovely KL Tower ~ The seventh tallest tower in the world and the tallest tower in South East Asia. I have written a lot about this Tower and its attraction in my blog. Do check it out, k.


We had our dinner at the Flavours of Malaysia *I wrote about this Restaurant before too* and as usual was entertained by the performance from Orang Asli Suku Temia.


Woahhh .. They had so much fun on the stage !

Then we went to the Observation Deck of the KL Tower to have a nice view of Kuala Lumpur at night

All in All in .. we had a nice moment exploring Kuala Lumpur with KL Hop On Hop Off  City Tour bus and the Students from University of Manitoba, Canada. It was a fun experienced. We are happy to know that you love our country .. love our food and I hope you enjoyed our hospitality too.

I am back with another Public Awareness Campaign that will definitely benefits my blog reader. 

Stand Strong Against Anaemia and Win Your Day! 

A raising campaign by Merck Consumer Health Division to educate the public on the iron deficiency Anaemia.


If you have one of the signs, please be aware .. you might have Iron deficiency anaemia and you might need help. Ok lets know Anaemia more, readers ..

Anaemia happens when the level of red blood cells or level of haemoglobin is lower than normal, hence a reduced amount of oxygen is being carried around in the bloodstream. Oxygen is very important as it act like a fuel to keep cells alive and keep them working. Less oxygen means the functions of cells, tissues and organs will be affected too.

Iron deficiency anaemia is the common type of anaemia, caused by insufficient iron in the body to produce haemoglobin. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimated that over 30% of the world’s population suffers from anaemia, with the disease being most prevalent in women and young children. In Malaysia, of the 5,184 adults tested by Merck Consumer Health Division, approximately 39% of Malaysian adults are living with anaemia – 42% of 3,676 adult females, and 31% of 1,508 adult males. Untreated iron deficiency anaemia can lead to a serious symptoms such as irregular heartbeat and in severe cases, lead to heart failure or enlargen the heart size.

Many are not aware that they are suffering the iron deficiency aneamia. Many misunderstood that the symptom that they are having such as the constant fatigue and tiredness, dizziness, headaches and many others as simply coming from lack of sleep.  According to Dr. Zulfitri, not many think to have themselves checked by medical professionals, and the condition can persist for years. Anaemia, if left untreated, may become severe enough to affect our daily life. To combat iron deficiency, we must be proactive in taking steps in preventing it, and to seek help from healthcare professionals should that be necessary.

Merck Consumer Health Division, as a leader in healthcare and well-being is committed to improving and enriching the health and lives of Malaysians by guiding them in taking the initiative to seek opinions from healthcare professionals because when iron deficiency is not treated, it may become severe enough to affect our daily life.

The "Win Your Day" Campaign is set to educate and change the lives of women in particular, as they are more likely to be affected by iron deficiency anaemia. Pregnancy, significant menstrual bleeding and uterine fibroid are all reasons that contribute to more women experiencing iron deficiency anaemia than men.

During the Sharing session, Nor Amni Bt Haris, 31, and (centre) Siti Noorshella Zainal, 37, both anaemia suffering patients, shared their daily duties and chores struggled prior to discovery of their ailment. Both ladies improved on their dietary habits and took iron supplements upon professional advise, and their health condition has since been improved. 





To support the above Campaign, Merck Medical team in Indonesia together with the medical experts has developed Anaemia Risk Assessment Tool which can help us check whether they are at risk of having anaemia based on the symptoms, combined with the Conjunctival Paleness Chart.




A pale conjunctiva is a clinical feature of anaemia, which allow us to self-detect whether we are at the risk of anaemia.  As part of the Anaemia Risk Assessment Tool, the chart is available online and free to use for all at www.WinYourDay.my

Italian Risotto. Exercise - Kickboxing, Aqua Dance, Run.

The day that I felt so weak and he fed me with yummy food which at first i refused to eat.

But then this plate of Italian Risotto really made me energize. Sihat bertenaga lepas makan padahal sebelum tu beria-ia tak nak.


Exercise with my bestfriend Leoniel Dg. Pushing myself to the max .. I break my own record when Leg Press weight increased to 90kg. Yeszz .. tak sangka Misz-ella rupa nya sangat kuat.


Lepas kena lenjan kat Gym masih bertenaga dan boleh merayap lagi. Exercise is fun. Bersenam dapat menyegarkan tubuh badan. Badan lebih sihat dan segar selepas bersenam.


Martial Arts & Kickboxing class ~ I learnt a new thing today. Cant wait to explore more.

After Kickboxing, I joined the Aqua Zumba Class. Dancing in the water .. in the swimming pool to be exact .. not easy. I didnt give the best. Hope to give more on the next class.

Kickboxing and Aqua Zumba memang menyakitkan badan. Few times Misz-ella jatuh masa kat kelas Kickboxing but I had Fun! Never stop moving so kita sambung exercise the next day dengan berlari di Taman.

Ololo .. comelnya Aiman. Aku rasa aku sangat bertuah. Aiman walau dah 20 tahun, masih suka bertemankan Mama nya walau ke mana-mana. Thanks Allah for this 'rezeki'. Walau tak kaya anak macam yang lain-lain .. tetap bersyukur dan bahagia.


The park is so lovely. I said We jog. Aiman said Run Mama .. Run! And yes .. kita lari 3 round. 

Then we continued swimming. 

No matter what happened in your life, Keep On Moving. My life is not easy but I'm loving it. The exercise wasn't easy but I enjoyed it. Saya nak sentiasa sihat dan bersemangat. Demi dia .. dia dan dia. Saya nak jadi kuat. Demi kesayangan saya. Moga Allah kekalkan momentum ini. Moga Allah permudahkan segala urusan dan perjalanan hidup kami.

So kawan-kawan, jom kita bersenam. You can exercise with your love one too *like me*. Extra Fun!

Sea Salt Therapy di Herbaline Spa. Bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan elektrolit badan, untuk menyah sel-sel kulit yang mati 'dead cell'. Nanti Misz-ella cerita panjang lebar ye.

Hello readers,

Happy Saturday morning. Been missing from the Internet lately. Macam-macam masalah. Blogspot buat hal, laptop rosak and when Instagram upgrade their features lately, some of my FB posts are missing.

Gila sedih Misz-ella tapi tak pe lah. Takkan hari-hari nak suka je .. kadang-kadang kena duka jugak, kan. Bertabah lah wahai Ella. Do not give up.


Main masak-masak ~ Roti Cheese Celup Telur. This is Aiman's favourite.




Teringat Arwah Abah .. Dia yang ajar Misz-ella buat Roti ni dulu. Hummm .. sentiasa di ingatan dan dalam hati walau Abah dah lama tinggalkan kami. Moga Arwah Abah ditempatkan di kalangan roh-roh yang beriman. Amin.

It's School Holiday and the TRANSFORMERS AUTOBOTS Have Rolled Into 1 Utama

Hello readers! Hello kids! Hello parents! and my special Hello to all TRANSFORMERS fans! This Entry is for you.

The iconic TRANSFORMERS started off as a comic series in 1980s before evolving into an animated television series that depicts a war against the Autobots an Decepticons that can transform from robots into vehicles and other objects.

Set against Cyberton and Earth, the series showcases the Autobots' continuous battle against the Decepticons to protect the humans. Its a series that deliver a strong positive message to its fans and consumers  ~ about teamwork and leadership, as showcased by the affinity they have with each other and the respect they show to their leader.  Good one, right and this reminded me on a group of 'young man' in my family who loves TRANSFORMERS so much!

Good news for all TRANSFORMERS fans! It's school holiday and Hasbro (Malaysia) brings TRANSFORMERS exhibits and activities that promise to bring smiles from the neophytes to even the most avid TRANSFORMERS collectors and hobbyists.

So Transformers mania .. scroll down and read my entry to find out how you can be part of this exciting activities.



Located at 1 Utama (Old Wing, Centre Court), this exciting event will be held for 11 days starting from 26 May 2016 till 5 June 2016 and misz-ella.blogspot.com was invited to the Event's launching *Yeayy*




One of the highlight during the launching was the appearance of the limited edition of Chevrolet Camaro which featured in the previous Transformers movie. This special car, which believed to be one out of only five vehicles in Malaysia was placed on display for three hours.



Not only that, the famous TRANSFORMERS characters Optimus Prime and Bumblebee were seen during the launching too and certainly has mesmerised the fans, young and old *include me* Everyone were seen waited patiently to take a photograph with them. *Pic from blogger friend, Kak Fas*

And off course .. I want it too!  Ohhh that yellow car .. *beautiful*





Throughout the 11 days event, visitors will be treated with many exciting activities. Look at the Flyers .. I am all excited too!

Kids lets do this .. assemble it the fastest you can and lets hope for winning and bring home that Generations Combiner Leader Figure. Its RM249.90 ok ... worth your trying if you win it. I'm back with the sharing on beauty. Recently, I was invited to attend A Beauty And The Feast Spa Party at Herbaline Spa, Puchong. Kali pertama ke sini, 'quite excited' jugak lah nak tau apa ada di sini

I must say that she is good. Very good.

Selepas tu ... wahhh *macam tu la reaksi hampir semua blogger* terpaku dengan timbunan garam laut yang ada di dalam bilik khas ini.




Misz-ella tak lepas peluang untuk merendamkan kaki dalam garam laut ini. Baik untuk menyeimbangkan elektrolit di dalam badan, baik untuk melancarkan peredaran darah.

Baik juga untuk menyingkirkan sel-sel kulit yang mati. Oh my kaki-kaki .. tambah berseri lah kau selepas ini.

Selepas 15 minit berbalutkan garam, jom kita cuci garam-garam yang melekat di badan tadi. Ehemmm .. tempat cuci tersangat lah 'awesome' .. membangkitkan lagi bunga-bunga cinta di tempat ini.




Lepas tu kita ke tingkat atas dengan menaiki tangga .. aroma wangi si hirisan pandan mengiringi perjalanan kami. Ohhh wangi !

Bilik berdandan - Tempat merapikan diri sesudah menjalani Terapi. Badan dah segar dan sudah melawa, boleh la korang 'berdating' hehe


OK dah selesai berdandan, jom ke Tingkat bawah untuk satu lagi terapi.

Tadaaaa .. sejujurnya Misz-ella sangat geli. Layan sikit-sikit boleh lah. Asyik 'Opocot mak kau' je ataupun 'Auwwww' hmmm .. riuh rendah satu Herbaline ni.

Lepas tu kita ke 'Madam Kim's Cafe' yang terletak di sebelah Spa. Mr. CK Low sedang bercerita tentang Herbaline Spa kepada kami semua.

Makan malam dimulakan dengan 'Salad' yang sedap, segar dan berkhasiat ni. Only healthy food is served here.


Lepas tu dijamu pula dengan Sauna Mee, 'signature dish' di sini. Juga dipanggil Mee 80/20. 80% dari isi kandungan 'Sauna Mee' ini adalah Sayur-sayuran manakala 20% lagi adalah ayam. Makan lebih sayur-sayuran untuk lebih sihat, OK ..



Sedap. Sangat sedap. Sup tu sampai licin Misz-ella hirup. Sedap dan segar semulajadi tanpa MSG. Jangan lupa cuba, eh.

Dan dijamu juga dengan Air berkhasiat ~ Campuran Halia, Serai dan Gula batu. Baik untuk buang toksin dan angin dalam badan. Hummm .. ringan bahu dan kepala keluar dari Herbaline Spa ni.

Misz-ella and friends at Electric Run® Malaysia 2016 presented by Shell FuelSave

Hello readers .. Its Shell Electric Run again!



The 5km fun run which i attended last year. Fun Run. Education Run. Run and dance with the music and lights from the Flag off point till the end point. Read my previous entry here if you forget about it.




My run partners this year, Blogger Lee Yan, Aiman and my best friend Leoniel Dg.




Organized by The Livescape Group and supported by Malaysia Major Events, the Electric Run® Malaysia made waves last year when it achieved the title for the “Largest Participation in a Neon Run” in the Malaysia Book of Records. 



This year, the fun run saw an even larger participation with over 15,000 runners completing the 5km track, which culminated with a celebration graced by international superstars, Nico & Vinz, alongside a host of talented local musicians including SonaOne, Twinkies, H3, and ABeatC. The run, was held at Selangor Turf Club, the same venue as last year.



Waited patiently and excitedly for the Flag Off. Tak sabarrr nak berlari sambil menyanyi dan menari .. Its gonna be fun .. I told Lee Yan since that was her first experience.



The run, which was flagged off by Au Tong Sing; Ben Mahmud, Head of Retail Marketing of Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn. Bhd; and Iqbal Ameer, Group CEO of The Livescape Group saw the crowd cheering with excitement, as a fireworks show kicked-off the start of the run. Local musician, H3, was on deck to spin a host of electrifying tunes to entertain the crowd, before they embarked on their journey through the nine Courselands in the run. Yahhh .. it was fun. We were cheering, jumping and dancing together while waiting for our Flag Off turn. It was a huge turned up compared to last year.






Guess what was that? The lights from the runners shoe that glowed in the dark. Just can't stop myself than capturing this using my handphone camera.





Doing More With Shell FuelSave

In line with its commitment to build warmer communities across Malaysia, Shell Malaysia also built a section in the maze that encouraged consumers to make a choice for Shell to donate to one of three items – school uniforms, school bags or school shoes – for children in need. 



Maze runners simply needed to drop a glowstick into a collection box of their choice and the highest amount of glowstick pledges becomes the cause that Shell will support.

This is why this year, as a fuel that is designed to enable drivers to do more, Shell FuelSave is encouraging runners to do more at the Electric Run by pledging to a cause that they feel strongly about in the Shell FuelSave Do More LED Maze. Thrilling Courselands Throughout The Run

We had the opportunity to experienced and joined in the festivities prior to the flag-off at the Market Place, which boasted an array of food and beverages from vendors such as deli2go, Nathan’s Famous Sausages, and 7-Eleven Slurpees just to name a few. 




So cute!

Some also took part in carnival-like activities such as face-painting with neon-coloured paint.



It was raining during the Run but that didn't stop us to having fun

The much awaited moment ~ Flag Off! The Flag Off was rescheduled to 9:00pm but we waited patiently and excitedly. 



After the flag-off, we began our illuminated journey through the nine Courselands available at the Electric Run® Malaysia 2016 presented by Shell FuelSave. I was so excited to return to the courselandss again after a year. 



The first Courseland we encountered was the Water Station decorated with a sea of neon colours. 









We were then encountered the Neffmau5 Land where we were taken to an ethereal wonderland of neon trees and sky lanterns. Ohmygoddd .. it was lovely!



We continued our journey and then were “weathered by the storm” at the Rainforest with glowing umbrellas hanging overhead and soothing sounds of the forest in the background.





Ohmyy .. that was one of the lovely moment I had during the Run. I felt like a small child enjoying the sound of the nature from the rainforest. I love it! Take photo for me please.

Then we reached the Rainbow Road and were greeted with technicolour arches of light.






And I was enjoying it too ..  The rainbow road was lovely. I always love this section of the Run. Walking under the rainbow colours while singing the song along the road was fantastic and gave me different kind of feeling! Reminded me on how our lifes are actually a combination of rainbow colours. Each day, each moment have different feelings and emotions. Different colours and challenges.

Then we were transported to an aquatic paradise decorated with brightly-lit, giant marine life at Under The Sea.




The electric tunnel was there too!




Then we reached the Candy Lane .. another my favourite route which I enjoyed last year.  It is a treat for runners with a sweet tooth, as it brought to life a wonderland of sweets with the delightful fragrance of cotton candy, vanilla, popcorn, and cinnamon. 





And I found a new courseland! This year, the Electric Run® Malaysia 2016 also featured two new Courselands. One Courseland featured a special design by Limkokwing University of Creative Technology as the “Official University Partner”,



The other one is a mystery land conceptualized by the university’s students – a “Malaysia Truly Asia”-themed Courseland highlighting Malaysia in all its neon glory. 




The “Malaysia Truly Asia”-themed Courseland, Gateway was conceptualised, designed, and built by the university students. Gateway is a 200m long Courseland, which allowed us to run, walk, and dance through different doorways capturing the many cultures found in Malaysia. This “Malaysia Truly Asia”-themed Courseland highlights Malaysia as a unique multi-cultural Asian nation by incorporating Electric Run®’s neon elements to portray the country in its brightest light.


Entertainment to fuel the excitement further







Spotted this beautiful angel near the Check Out Gate. Waving her hands to all the successful participant who completed the race. So sweet and lovely!


Yahhhh ... We did it! We completed the run. I always love Shell Electric Run .. run or walk with lights and music with my 'kesayangan' .. sing along the best music throughout the courses, selfies and take pictures at the beautiful courses .. We really enjoyed the quality time spent at the Run.

Upon finishing the final Courseland, The Powerhouse, we then explored the Shell FuelSave Do More LED Maze before finally making our way to the finish line celebrations where we partied with one of Malaysia’s top beatbox artistes, ABeatC, followed by popular female DJ duo, Twinkies and local hip-hop superstar, SonaOne.






Look at them .. they really enjoyed and broke out into a  thunderous cheer when Norwegian act, Nico & Vinz took the stage, before the night closed with H3 once again.

Family Time Together

I might not rich.
I might not have a perfect life.
Some of you might have an easy and painless journey.
But not me.

Yahh .. my life is not easy.
But somehow I am still blessed cos I know no matter what .. I have them ..

MY FAMILY


School holiday is always the moment that we look forward to. Hakeem dan Haris study at the Boarding school .. masa macam ni je dapat jumpa Sepupu semua but to be honest not only them. We, the parents are excited too. Malah lebih excited lagi .. we plan Get Together .. anak-anak ikut je.



The moment that touched our heart are watching them grown in front of our eyes. Yahh we are lucky .. staying close with each other. Teringat Danial masa kecik, He was so fair and mata sepet .. exactly like Chinese. Amir and Aiman were close since they were small. Umur pun sama and Aiman memang rapat dengan Ayah dan Ibu (Amir's parent) .. teringat kata-kata Aiman .. Nak mintak tolong pun ayah .. nak mintak nasihat pun pada Ayah .. nak tumpang kasih sayang dan bermanja pun pada Ayah dan Ibu *rolling tears* and Papa Ngah .. sentiasa ada untuk membantu. My 'Angah' play the role as the eldest in the family *even he is the second* cos Alop *my first brother* stay in Taiping, Perak. Angah is the one who will visit Mom every morning *they stay in one community* Unlike me .. I hardly call mom even once a week but I kept her close in my heart. Thanks to the technology that united us more. The Family whatsapp group, The Super Sisters whatsapp group, The Sewellian whatsapp group and we know the cousins *our children* has their own whatsapp group too.

Yahh as i said earlier, my life is not easy but I Thank God I had them in my life. God bless. Alhamdulillah.


Another group of the kids in our family *Jiha and Puteri not in the pic* is the younger one. Ilyas 13 studied at MCKK, Aliya 12, Mukhriz 11, Dini 10 and that cute little Sara 7 years old.


Our big family dinner at Sg Buloh last weekend. Yes we are busy, always busy but we try to find a suitable time to be together. Life is like a roller coaster .. so hectic, very tight schedule but moment together are something that we do not want to miss. Tq to Alop who initiated the Dinner. Tq Allah for the moment that we had together *love*

And suddenly my house became so happening when this two handsome young man came for sleep over. Aiman was so happy cos he has extra accompany.



Aiman swimming with her cousins. I kept on reminding him to return before 'Maghrib' sebab Aiman sebenarnya sangat sensitif. Beberapa kali dia kena 'tetegur' so lebih baiklah berhati-hati.


Sanggup bawak keluar tilam dari dua bilik and place them at the hall so that they can sleep together. Sweet, lah korang ni. Riuh rendah rumah termasuklah 'my kitchen' dibuat mereka. 

Satu yang aku belajar dalam hidup ini :-

Walau jauh kita berkelana
Walau dengan sapa kita berada
Cuma keluarga yang kekal selama nya
Sampai Syurga.
Itu pasti.


Sekian. Another chapter of my life diary dedicated to my family buat kenangan hari tua kita nanti. That's the main reason why this blog exist, anyway. Not because of money .. not because of popularity but because I want to leave something for my family and 'kesayangan'. Ok Thanks baca. Bye.

Hello .. Butterfly turned 3!


Yeahhh .. The Butterfly Project Community that I joined has turned 3 and we celebrated the anniversary with The Butterfly Project Bake & Shop Party recently at Delectable Cafe at The Glasshouse Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur.


As one of the Senior Butterfly, I registered myself and was so excited counting the days.The colour theme is pastel ~ I chosed to wear this sweet peach! I look sweet in this colour, right.

We were given this super soft and cute Apron. Let me tell you my story about this Apron. When Tammy, The Butterfly Project founder shouted about this sweet little apron on the Facebook, I was excited. I want it. But considering the number of butterflies who wanted to join the celebration was high, I was unsure about my chance. I told Miera .. I am sad if I wasn't selected cos I really want the apron which was designed personally by Tammy. Miera was so sweet .. Its ok .. I will give you. Really? Yah I will give mine to you after the event. Ohmygodd she is trying to fulfill my dream by giving her apron to me .. but then, I was selected to the party too. So both of us owned that little sweet apron now *sweet*

Piloxing. Batuka. Fun dance. Body Toning. Jejak Kasih.

Hai readers ..

Say HELLO to second half of the year ~ June has arrived and I have a mix feeling. April and May was toughed .. the most emotional and dramatic month on the 1st half of my 2016 tapi orang macam Misz-ella .. susah pun dia tetap melangkah. Kalau jatuh dia cepat-cepat berusaha untuk bangun. Yahh .. my life is not easy but I walk it with pride.

Bulan sakit, bulan 'laptop' kesayangan meragam .. blogspot buat hal .. bulan pindah rumah .. I am emotionally and physically stress tapi kaki terus melangkah no matter what *Ella is strong* With God help, In Sha Allah.

Back to my old exercise studio at Sg. Buloh after almost 2 months missing. Magyc Fitness Studio has been taken over by Rockafella Gym since May and I was so down. Memories .. I lived with the memories built with my Magyc Fitness Studio family. All the nostalgic moments .. so bila the studio changed the management, i turut patah hati. Kenangan .. baik pahit atau manis, mana lah boleh kita lupakan .. maka hidup lah kita bersandarkan pada kenangan. Terbayang-bayang kelincahan si Angah menari di Lantai Tari .. terbayang-bayang semua memori .. I was so down and sad.

I returned to Mom's house in Sg. Buloh on Tuesday and returned to SU/SBCR in the late evening. Back to the place where I started my small family almost 20 years ago ... I had a mix feeling. Undescribed. Tak terluah dengan kata-kata. 

Call my best friend Kak Yun and we went for a drink. Yeahh .. at this point I wanted to meet my exercise gang .. Nak Jejak Kasih dengan dia orang semua ~ to say Hello to them before the arrival of Ramadan. Tapi kasut lupa bawak. Kak Yun brought a pair of her exercise shoe for me unfortunately that shoe didn't suit my Cinderella size feet. She almost did a shout out at the exercise group to get me a pair of shoe so that I can dance with them. Sweet la kau kak.


Tuesday night, 31st May 2016, 9pm .. another Chapter of my exercise diary.
I made my way to the Dance Floor.

Piloxing, Batuka, Fun Dance, Body Toning with Coach Eqynn. Piloxing is fun! Piloxing ~ A non-stop cardio fusion, combination of standing pilates, boxing and dance .. 20 minutes of high impact exercise. I always love high impact exercise sebab Misz-ella tak boleh slow .. kalau slow I lari focus. And Coach Eqynn biasalah .. her selection of song is always the best and lagi satu, I usually love to dance next to the coach. Dari dulu lagi .. tak tau kenapa. Hehehe. 


Buckets of sweat. Burnt calories. Exercise is always fun! Looking backwards, when I started my exercise routine almost 20 years ago, what I did was only jogging and exercise with Denise Austin's CD. Then upgraded to studio exercise, then explored the Gym and try Weight lifting, then learnt HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training, now learn Tatsujin, Mixed Marital Art, Kickboxing *with my best friend Leoniel Dg* and Aquadance. What I love most about sharing my exercise diary is when my followers followed and look for me at the Dance Studio after reading my entry. When suddenly I was approached .. Kak Ella .. saya baca blog akak .. sebab tu saya datang sini. Terima kasih kerana menyahut seruan saya supaya bersenam. Menulis seikhlas hati dan dari hati ~ That is me.

By the end of the day, it is the Love that make our life complete. Tak kira di mana kau berada, doesnt matter how rich you are .. without Love your life is still empty and not perfect. I am blessed to be surrounded by Love. I am nobody ... I only have a piece of heart to barter with a friendship .. seikhlasnya. 

I believed .. Allah sentiasa mendengar apa yang ada di dalam hati kita. if you give love you will be rewarded with love.  And I am blessed gifted with a piece of heart full with love. I love my heart .. even its broken many times but it is still in a good piece. Tq Allah for giving me a piece of that beautiful heart. I am blessed!

I was at Pertubuhan Pelindung Khazanah Alam (PEKA) Charity Gala Dinner last Friday night.



PEKA is a Non-Profit organisation which stands up against the environmental damage. PEKA under its President, Toh Puan Sri Dato' Shariffa Sabrina Syed Akil was formed to stop the destruction of natural resources to defend the rights of environment and be the voice of nature. PEKA fight for a healthier environment and keeping the mother nature.

PEKA Malaysia organized its first Charity Gala Dinner last Friday, 27th May 2016 at the lovely The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

The focus of the fundraising dinner is to raise fund to continue PEKA's effort in the protection and conversation of Malaysia's natural environment especially its rainforest and I was invited for the Dinner too. Thank You Puan Sri Sabrina for the invitation. 

Friday .. In KL Friday is known as a 'Jem day'. I made my way earlier to the event venue even Desa Parkcity is only 15km away. 


After registered and collect my Invitation card from Bazlinda and Yati, I met Pam and her husband, Michael. Had a long casual chat with this friendly couple and met other friends too.





What I loved about the Dinner is the "Intelligent/Positive Talk" that we had. As usual, I love Intelligent Talk. Topic on Orang Asli, on the green environment .. tak sedar waktu berjalan .. and we were then adjourned to the Ballroom to make way for the Dinner to start.

The dinner was attended by DYMM Sultan Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Alhaj Ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj and other dignitaries, corporate, government agencies and statutory bodies.

Dimulakan dengan Lafaz Bismillah dan bacaan Doa Selamat, the Dinner started with a Welcome speech by Puan Sri Sabrina, the President of PEKA. A very inspiring, eye and a mind-opening speech on the actual/real facts on the current environment damaged and how important it is for us to protect the environment. I agreed with Puan Sri, everyone has its own role and responsibility to protect the mother nature. Apa yang Allah anugerah kan kepada kita selama ini janganlah dimusnahkan atas alasan pembangunan. I watched the Slide show ~ Air sungai yang semakin mengering .. malah di sesetengah tempat, sudah tiada lagi sungai malah berganti dengan tanah yang kering kontang dan kita menyalahkan bencana alam .. kita salahkan cuaca .. kita katakan ini masalah dunia .. sedangkan alam itu tidak pernah berlaku kejam kepada kita .. sedangkan pada hakikatnya kemusnahan alam itu disebabkan oleh kerja-kerja manusia. One day, anak cucu kita takkan merasa lagi kemanisan mandi air sungai yang jernih dan bersih. Sedih, kan.

PEKA does not against development and I agreed with Puan Sri .. kita  tetap akan maju dengan mengekalkan alam semulajadi itu sendiri. Another slide show which I remembered till today is on the current percentage of the jungle in Peninsular Malaysia .. kemerosotan yang sangat ketara dalam enam tahun kebelakangan ini. I still remembered kata-kata seorang Ustaz satu ketika dulu .. Pokok-pokok ini adalah paku bumi. Kalau dicabut mahupun dibuang, maka roboh/runtuh lah tembok penahan bumi itu dan akan berlakulah bencana alam. So bencana alam seperti tanah runtuh, banjir .. apakah penyebab nya? Kerana pokok-pokok ditebang, bukit di tarah .. kawasan tadahan hujan hampir tiada .. tiada lagi daun-daun hijau pokok buat si embun tumpang berteduh sementara menunggu ketibaan mentari pagi .. tiada lagi daun-daun hijau yang membantu menapis oxygen bagi membolehkan kita bernafas udara segar dari alam semulajadi. Tiada lagi. Sedih, kan.

The speech was well delivered by Puan Sri dan rasanya seumur hidup Misz-ella, ini adalah antara Ucapan paling bermakna yang Misz-ella pernah dengar. Everyone were focusing on the speech .. setiap intipati dan bait-bait ayat dari ucapan Puan Sri sangat bermakna .. sangat membuka minda terutamanya buat 'anak bandar' kota besar metropolitan Kuala Lumpur seperti Misz-ella ini. Yahh .. borned and raised up in this big city, but I loved nature so much. Kalau kau suruh pilih melepak di Pavillion atau berehat di Tanah Aina Resort, I will definitely chosed Tanah Aina. Kalau kau suruh pilih Kashmir atau Dubai, Kashmir is my choice. Bahagia bijik mata dan tenang jiwa bertemankan alam semulajadi.










Then the Dinner was served. As usual, food at The Majestic Hotel never fail to impressed me. I have been supporting this lovely hotel for years. High-Tea at Majestic, Buka Puasa at Majestic, read my blog to find out why I love this hotel so much.

Performers for the night includes Salamiah Hassan, Adilla, Sada Borneo,Alena Murang Art and local hip hop dance group WEBO. I hope Salamiah Hassan sang my forever favourite song, Gelombang and Menghitung Hari but understood very well that this is Charity Dinner .. kita dengar lagu-lagu tu kat tempat lain ye wahai Ella. Official PEKA song titled Khazanah Alam were also introduced and presented by Bob AF.


Local painter known for their nature themed art Molly and Prince Pako also showcased their artwork throughout the ceremony and my camera felt in love with this painting ~ An Angel in the Woods. Lovely!

The charity dinner also presented 4 awards at the ceremony to honor the contributions of several parties in its efforts to conserve and preserve Malaysia’s natural heritage and promoting a greener Malaysia. The recipients of the awards are Idrissi International School, Cempaka International School, Universiti Putra Malaysia and Tenaga Nasional.

I had a wonderful time during the dinner. I love the "Intelligent Talk/Speech" which is the main focus of the dinner. I love the positive aura that flew from the beginning till the end of the dinner.


From the evening cocktail before the Dinner, the speech, the performance, the food .. everything was perfect. 



Betul lah kata orang .. kalau kita buat sesuatu yang baik, dengan tujuan yang baik, orang yang menerima boleh rasa dan kalau kita buat sesuatu atas nama Cinta, maka kita akan dibalas dengan cinta .. and here I am, 'jatuh cinta' dengan perjuangan PEKA. Apa yang diperjuangkan oleh Puan Sri Sabrina dan PEKA adalah kerana rasa cinta pada alam semulajadi kurniaan Allah SWT kepada kita, bukan wang ringgit mahupun populariti. Moga Allah SWT membalas yang baik-baik sahaja buat Puan Sri dan memberkati perjalanan PEKA.

Finally .. gambar kita bertiga. Me and both my bestfriends .. It was a bit hazy tapi to be honest the view is still awesome! Sangat best! Sangat menarik bila dapat melihat seluruh bandar Kuala Lumpur dari sini.  Sky Box boleh menampung 4 orang dalam satu masa dengan berat maksimum 600 kg. Haaa .. jangan ragu-ragu ye. Annual Bubur Lambuk Affair at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam

Sehari menjelang Ramadan and and let me share you this Entry which are related with Ramadan ~ The Annual Bubur Lambuk Affair at Concorde Hotel Shah Alam which was held on 26th May 2016.

Well, Bubur Lambuk is so synonym with Ramadan and it is not too much if I said that Bubur Lambuk adalah antara makanan paling berkhasiat dan mudah dihadam dan paling dinikmati sepanjang Ramadan.

The Management and Hosts of Concorde Hotel Shah Alam were delighted to welcome the arrival of Ramadan with distributing the Bubur Lambuk to the crowd for 12 consecutive years !

300 kilos of rice, 25 kilos of dried shrimp and 100 kilos of beef were cooked in big pots of heart-warming Bubur Lambuk in this meaningful event. The cooking process started at 8:30am, with the Management and hosts assisting their Chefs for the day. Well .. this is really sweet, right. Can we called it 'Gotong royong'? or in our local language, some called it 'Rewang' too

After a massive round of cookings, the Bubur Lambuk are ready for packing at 3:00pm and all hosts worked together to pack the giant pots of Bubur Lambuk into 8,000 packets.

The distribution started at 4.00pm and the crowds were seen started to built up as early as 3:30pm.

The hotel's driveway was turned into a 'Drive-thru lane' and entrance were packed with vehicles, all eagerly wanting to get their packets.

Concorde Hotel Shah Alam delivered some Bubur Lambuk to the mosques, orphanage and underprivileged homes nearby too. All 8,000 packets of Bubur Lambuk were distributed before 7:00pm.

Remember I went to Ipoh to visit my friend Selina on May? Click here if you want to refresh your memory on my visit to Ipoh. During the visit, I stayed in Impiana Hotel Ipoh and was served with Cucur Udang, which is the Hotel's signature food.




The Cucur Udang set, which is priced at RM12.00 nett come with Tea Tarik or Coffee Tarik. Served during Hi-Tea and available for Take Away or Dine In.

On 25th- 29th April 2016, Impiana Hotel Ipoh, did a Cucur Udang Giveaway Campaign.  This 5 days Campaign received a very good response from the public. 200 packets of Free pack of Cucur Udang was given out per day on first come first served basis. Yahh .. now I know why .. simply because it is delicious. Really taste home made and to be honest, Misz-ella pun tak pandai buat Cucur Udang sesedap dan segebu itu. Ummmm .. rindulah! Rasa nak berpuasa kat Ipoh je Misz-ella ni tiba-tiba. Hehe.
