I miss berjalan kaki dari hotel ke tempat-tempat menarik di Vietnam sambil menghayati pemandangan indah Taman-taman cantik di HCMC .. sambil minum air kelapa muda .. sambil menyelami gaya hidup masyarakat Dai-Viet dan Melayu Champa di sana. Tiap perjalanan ke HCMC memberi pengalaman yang berbeza .. memberi pengajaran yang sangat berharga. I love to see how Dai-Viet people struggle hard to position themselves to be in the same rank as other citizens in the world. Anak kecil berusia 10 tahun sekarang can speak very good English. I love to see how Melayu Champa di HCMC berusaha gigih untuk memajukan taraf ekonomi mereka sehingga menjadi pengedar baju kurung, jubah, tudung dan telekung terbesar di negara kita. I love to see Vietnamese hard working and discipline attitude. In HCMC, pasar malam means pasar malam 7pm-12pm. Jangan harap nak bukak pada jam 4 petang. They strictly follow the rules. I love Ho Chi Minh City the way it is. OK now i realised .. I miss Ho Chi Minh City very much.

I was at the Songkrun recently. Songkrun is a 5k Water Run with its theme ~ Run. Play. Splash. Get Wet was held at Sepang F1 International Circuit. I went to the Run with my friend Miera and her daughter Anne.

Its a water run. Definitely we need a lot of water for this run. We are going to run and play with the splash water as well. WaWaWa .. with KL temperature which is so hot now, I found this run is interesting. Abang Bomba was there to help adding the fun. 40,000 litres of water was made available by them.

Waiting for the flag off time. The flag off time was at 10:30am. For me it was quite late as the sun is already smiled happily. They should have started the race early morning lah .. let say around 7:30am like other run organiser did.

All in .. all in .. we enjoyed the run but I seriously think the organiser need to improve more for the next run *if they wish to continue again next year* First .. lack of signages, deco, information about the run at the 5km track. The 5km track was so plain. I wish it is more informative and interactive like how Electric Run, White Ribbon Run and Save Our Rainforest Race did. Secondly, the flag off time which was at 10:30 am are too late as participants has been gathered at the venue since 8:00am and with our temperature now, 10:30am heat was like 12:30pm lah. Panas sangat. It is not advisable to run at this temperature.

OK dah. Tu je nak cerita. I have 2 more run to complete before the arrival of the Fasting month ~ The Magical Forest Run and the Nivea Run. Nanti kita update sebanyak mungkin ye. Bye.

Another interesting awareness Campaign i brought to you here in my blog.

The Campaign then started in Malaysia in the year 2014. So readers .. I am happy to share with you that Laneige Malaysia Waterful Sharing Campaign is back for the three (3) consecutive years and we can be part of this Campaign.

What is the campaign about? Ok readers .. Lets read on to find out more ..

Laneige Waterful Sharing Campaign is part of Laneige CSR programme. The purpose is to raise fund from the product sale to provide a clean water for the community. This year, Laneige Malaysia collaborates with Global Peace Foundation (GPF), an international non-profit organisation in offering water relief to 500 orang asli residents living in the remote areas of Kampung Binjai, Pahang and Kampung Ulu Geruntum, Perak and the good news is, we (the public) can be part of this lovely program by supporting this fund raising activity.

Well .. i find this interesting and I believe we want to be one of the contributor too but before that lets know more about the both villages which has been selected for this program.

Currently, both the villages do not have access to clean treated water and have been consuming untreated surface water from river or ponds for drinking, cooking and washing. Imagine .. the villages have to rely on the untreated water from river or ponds for life .. pollution, dirty, bacteria, hygiene while we enjoying a fresh Grade A filtered or the best mineralised water. Sad, huh?

And I strongly agreed with Ms Foong Winnie, the Brand Manger of Laneige Malaysia when she said that "It is heart-wrenching to know that there are still Malaysians in remote villages that do not have access to clean water. Laneige hope that this campaign would garner support from the public and together we can help provide clean drinking water to the Orang Asli families. Yes .. I am with you Laneige .. I want to support this campaign too!

Dr Teh Su Thye, Chief Executive Officer of GPF, in his speech shared with us that there have been numerous cases of skin problem reported which could possibly be due to consumption of contaminated water. "Daily water supply comes only from a pond or river nearby and sometimes villagers complain of dirty water especially during the monsoon season. While skin rashes are among the common symptoms being reported thus far, drinking contaminated water in the long run is more likely to cause serious health issues such as water-borne diseases, and in some cases death," said Teh.

Through this campaign, Laneige targets to raise RM80,000 through the sale of its Water Bank Limited Edition Water Bottle, which is sold at only RM10 each with every purchase of any Laneige Water Bank products or RM40 without the purchase of the Water Bank products. All proceeds from the sale will be channelled towards the Laneige Waterful Sharing Campaign 2016 Fund to facilitate the installation of two water filtration systems; one for each village.

The water filtration system which will be installed is specially designed and developed by a local company called RIVIVA to offer ease of use while effectively generating up to 16,000 litres of pure clean water a day for the villagers. It is a non-electric system that includes a unique siphon backwash feature and contains microfiltration as well as ultrafiltration Pg 2 of 3 membranes effective in the removal of impurities without the use of chemicals. It’s a simple and reliable solution that can be easily maintained without skilled manpower.

The Waterful Sharing Campaign 2016 will be held over a duration of 3 months from 1st May to 31st July 2016. The public who would like to support this campaign can head to Laneige’s Beauty Road at the Centre Court of Mid Valley from the 2nd to 8th May 2016 or at any of Laneige’s beauty counters and boutiques nationwide to purchase the Water Bank Limited Edition Water Bottle.

Being offline for a few days. I spent my weekend in the jungle and on the top of the mountain, a perfect way for my weekend breakaway.

I love the cold, fresh river water that flows naturally .. bunyi deruan air sangat menenangkan hati. Leka dibuai bunyi alam .. tidak sekelumit rasa kesunyian di sini. Yang ada hanya indah dan ketenangan yang tidak tergambar dengan kata-kata *jatuh cinta*

I always love nature. Anything, everything related to nature inspired me. The big and the small rocks, the leaves, the flowing river water, the natural sound of the forest .. those are the living cells that touched my soul.

Spending quality time together with the lovely ladies ..

Thank You Puan Sri Shariffa Sabrina for your kind hospitality. Thank You for having me here at your heart warming forest. My heart melt .. melt and melt. Detail about this beautiful heaven in the forest will be on my blog, soon.

I found this beautiful bridge in the jungle. I always love bridge. I always happy when I am on the bridge. Bridge play a very important role in our life. It connects two destination. Build a bridge in your life and create a new friendship or relationship. Somehow .. I do feel a bit sad and frustrated .. when I found those who built a bridge but do not care or bother to maintain it. The bridge collapsed .. so as the relationship. Sad. So sad. What i learnt is .. Taking care of the bridge is the biggest challenges in life. Many success but majority fail. Take care of your bridge, readers. Don't be a failure and regret it later.

I went to the top of the mountain too over the weekend.

Climbing up 4287 steps .. the Malaysia's longest stairs. It was a challenging but fun. I enjoyed every moment spent in this mountain even I didn't complete the task due to lack of time *yeahh .. I was slow*

So there how I spent my weekend ~ in the jungle and on top of the mountain. Detail entry about my experienced will be on my blog, soon. I can't wait to share it with you, readers. This time, me and friends went to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel to experienced the new taste of TEMPtationS.

Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger and his team has unveiled the new taste of TEMPTationS that is sure to excite all foodies.

Boasting a new line-up of Live Action Stations throughout the restaurant, guests will enjoy a tantalizing buffet that spans from East to West offering a delicious selection of specialty dishes for Lunch and Dinner daily.

The new buffet is a melting pot of flavors. With the enticing aromas of exotic spices to tickle the palate, guests can choose to start off their meal with either the cold or hot selection of dishes.
