Another chapter of my execise diary .. Monday night is aerodance night with Coach Marsha.
An hour of jumped-jumped .. shaked-shaked ... we moved our body following the beat! The up-to-date song, the cathcy fun steps .. a maximum enjoyment with my beloved friends!
Marsha aerodance class is at Rockafella Dance Studio, Saujana Utama, Sungai Buloh, every Monday from 9-10pm. Walk In Rate is RM10 ONLY and class are restricted for LADIES ONLY.
