NuffNang Premiere Screening :- Cinderella - Have Courage. Be Kind.

Hai. Hello Peminat 'Fairy Tale Story' like me .. i have a very good news ... our favorite Cinderella is on the Cinema starting from 12th March 2015 and I was among the lucky blogger who watched the Cinderella Nuffnang Premiere Screening on 11th March at my favorite cinema Tgv 1Utama. Thanks to Blogger Ayue Idris for extending the Invitation. Nuffnang jemput Ayue but she cant go so me and my blogger friend Miriam replaced her.

Cinderella .. The British-American romantic fantasy movie. Ahhh sapa tak kenal Cinderella ... antara Kisah Dongeng terkenal dunia yang sangat digemari ramai. The sweetest part dan paling Misz-ella tak tahan ialah in this Movie her real name is Ella. Terkedu sekejap Misz-ella. Haha. Dia anak tunggal yang dibesarkan dengan kasih sayang till one day mak dia meninggalkan dia dan ayahnya untuk selama-lamanya. It was quite bored at the beginning of the movie .. kurang membuai perasaan tapi sedih pilu melanda hati bila Mak Ella meninggal dengan pesanan "Have Courage. Be Kind" ~ A very simple sentence which i believed touch everyones heart. Kata-kata itulah yang dijadikan panduan oleh Ella dalam meneruskan kehidupan. How did she get the name of Cinderella? OK .. that one Misz-ella tak nak cerita .. you got to watch it to find out ya.

The rest of the story remains the same as in the Fairy Tale which we used to listened to during our Childhood time. I love all the magical elements in the movie like how the Fairy God Mother changed the creatures she saw to help Ella's way to the palace. Me and Miriam smiles all the way till the end. Memang best. Memang romantik. Memang menjentik-jentik hati kami. We dont mind to repeat !!

I like Lily James acting as Ella, a very soft, kind-hearted, lonely young lady. She do not have any friend except the rats. Due to her sadness, she ran into the jungle and met Mr. Kit and she like her new friend very much. Ok tu je Misz-ella nak cerita. So now since the School Holiday gonna start early next week, why not we treat our children to this Cinderella movie. Cerita sangat best, ada banyak pengajaran dan moral dalam movie ini, tiada adegan berunsur kedewasaan and suits the whole family. So readers, lets make our way to the Cinema this weekend. Byee.

Another round of Happy + Healthy Meal = Happy Tummy.


I grilled the Salmon and put aside. Stir fry all the vegetables with chopped Garlic and half cube of Chicken Stock. No salt required. Mmmmm .. sedap ~ Salmon and Mix Vege in one plate.

I am now on Bottle 2 of my Neutrax dan dah nak hampir habis pun botol ke 2 tu. Tadi dah ternampak Neutrax yang bakal di 'grab' di Watsons Tesco Kepong. Nak tau apa kebaikan Neutrax pada diri Misz-ella?

Busy Workshop Week!!

Hello Readers. Hai Monday. Selamat Bercuti-cuti Cikgu-Cikgu. Suka la kan, cuti sekolah ni kurang sikit tanggungjawab dan beban, boleh la bersantaian.

It was such a busy weekend for me. Misz-ella join Fitness & Health Workshop organised by The Women's Weekly and a beauty workshop.


We learned about Food. What is the right daily diet? What is a balance nutrition? Cukup dengan hanya makan sekeping Salmon? What about vegetables? What about dairy? What about Carbohydrates for energy? Semuanya kena lengkap, cukup dan ada dalam hidangan harian kita. Nanti Misz-ella akan cerita lebih detail lagi ye.

Minggu lepas, Misz-ella kembali semula ke Gym lepas berehat hampir sebulan. Minggu lepas Misz-ella tengok Premier movie Cinderella dengan Miriam my Blogger friend. Minggu lepas Misz-ella sertai Fitness & Well-Being Workshop. Minggu lepas Misz-ella join 2 Workshop berkaitan Kecantikan. Minggu lepas i spend my quality times with so many people, we talked about health and beauty. That is my Lifestyle - Kekal Cantik Dan Sihat.

Minggu lepas Misz-ella makan macam-macam !!


Minggu di mana i keluar pagi dan balik malam. Minggu di mana i am so tired but happy. Minggu di mana I did a lot of things .. learned new things .. discover new things. Minggu di mana i am very happy sampai keluar airmata. Alhamdulillah. Se minggu sudah berlalu .. minggu baru menunggu kita. Entah bagaimana pulak lah cabarannya. Kadang-kadang rasa penat sangat tapi hepi. Yes I am old already. Misz-ella dah 42 .. memang patut la kalau rasa penat yang teramat .. but keep on think positive and moving. In Sha Allah Allah SWT akan permudahkan urusan. Amin.

Anyway .. lets know exactly what Chu Lip is ..

Being someone who is not so creative, this is the only items that i chosed to Pimp My Chu Lip. So lets see what i'm gonna do with this Item in 1 1/2 hour.

And tadaaaa ... I am a Maggi Curly Hair Chu Lip. I am purple in colour, I have a brown maggi curly hair, sexy red lips, round eyes and i love putting white ribbon and brown flower on my hair. The Pimped Chu Lips by The Butterfly Bloggers

My Chu Lip didn't make to the Top 6 and i didn't win the Challenge but i really had a great fun pimping my chu lip together with the rest of 49 butterfly bloggers. We had a great fun choosing the items .. cracking our brains for ideas .. talking and laughing and admiring each others Chu Lips. Its really fun!!

Anyway.. I tried my Chu Lip at home ~ Chu Lip is colourless on our lips. It has a very nice scent with a menthol effect. The scent and menthol refreshing effect does not last longer on your lips but it moisturise our lips very well even after you had a drink and wash your lips. I guess that is the power of the amazing Olive, Macadamia Nut and Rose Hip Oil which are part of the ingredients.

Weekend Food Hunting :- B.bap Korean Bistro @ Avenue K

Hello pembaca Hari Rabu *wave right hand* Assalamualaikum.

Today nak share tentang another Food Hunting activity during one of the weekend ... with different person, different enviroment. Gigih la kan Misz-ella and the Geng ni .. pegi makan sana sini lepas tu 'share' dengan you all kat sini. Well .. I love my Blog reader .. i do not mind to spend my time sharing entry by entry with you here. Sharing Is Caring, kan. Ok lets see what did we hunt that day ..

Our victim of the day - B.bap Korean Bistro @ Level 1, Avenue K, Kuala Lumpur. We loveeee Korean Food!! So lets check it outttt ..

Mackerel Jeongsik
Mackerel Jeongsik ialah Set Ikan Mackerel dibakar rangup dan garing served with Salad and Kicap Bercili and the Banchan sets accompany the meal. Banchan ialah nama panggilan kepada makanan iringan bagi hidangan tersebut iaitu Ikan bilis garing, Kimchi dan Salad. This Meal set is very healthy and delicious and as usual any meal with the word healthy is related to me. This is mine. Yang ni sedap sangat .. even mackerel tu sedikit masin, tetapi kemasaman Kimchi dan Ikan bilis yang sedikit manis dan Sup sedap tu mem 'balance' kan semua rasa. Misz-ella makan tak pandang kiri kanan. Hehe.


Kimchi Jjigae Seafood
This is a stew dish made of fermented kimchi with traditional tofu, scallions, potato glass noodles and Fresh Prawn. You can opt for Chicken or Tuna if you do not like Seafood. Sedap katanya Kimchi Soup ni.  Biasanya Kimchi terlalu masam dan susah nak ditelan tapi yang telah di jadikan Sup ni sangat sedap. Tak terlalu masam dan tak terlalu pedas. Secukup rasa dan boleh dihirup oleh mereka.


Bulgogi Bokem
Bulgogi Bokem served at B.Bap is a bit different dari Bulgogi yang Misz-Ella pernah makan sebelum ni. Warna, tekstur tak sama. Well, i believed everyone has a different Recipe. This is nice too, anyway. Ikan bilis which is part of the banchan served in B.Bap Korean Bistro is a bit sweet. They fry it with honey or sugar, i guess.


Chicken Jajang Myeon
This is Kuetiow with Chicken and Black Bean sauce. To be honest i dont like this. It has a sourish taste and the black bean sauce is very thick. Makan banyak-banyak muak lah.

Jab Chae Beef
Japchae is a Glass Noodle cooked with Sesame Oil. Yang ni sedap .. secukup rasa .. tak masin tak pedas sangat serasi bila dipadankan dengan Ikan bilis dan Kimchi. Makan sampai licin!! Haha.

Then masa untuk bayar. I personally think for a Set Meal complete with Banchan, harga macam ni adalah biasa je .. tak murah dan tidak terlalu mahal. Standard harga makanan di KLCC la tu, kan. Hehe. Run For Life

Run For Life ~ Berlari untuk meningkatkan tahap kesihatan .. berlari untuk stamina .. berlari untuk bakar kalori dan banyak lagi kebaikan berlari yang i guess kita semua sedari.

But i dont like to run .. i would prefer to walk fast than running. I guess i look sooo ugly while running .. so .. jom kita Jalan!! Jalan laju-laju .. naik bukit dengan kecerenunan sehingga maximum 8. Setengah jam cukup .. basah berpeluh. Best !! So readers dont worry if you tak boleh berlari  .. kita sama, kan.

Dalam hidup, jangan pulak kita lari dari masalah. Face It. Solve It. Dont Sit On It. Masalah lagi lama kita simpan, lagi sakit. Masalah untuk diselesaikan. Hidup dengan masalah ibarat memikul beban di bahu. Ringan kepala dan bahu bila masalah berjaya kita selesaikan.

I was on the Threadmill 3 hari berderet. Selasa, Rabu dan hari ini, Khamis di Fitness First Platinum The Curve. Datang pagi-pagi lepas exercise lepak di 'member's lounge' minum kopi. Datang malam-malam lepak kat 'member's lounge' sampai hampir 11 malam. Lepas tu balik. Hurmmmm .. camtu la Misz-ella. Sorang pun jadi. Tak da hal. And soon, i will start back my Gym session at Puncak Alam. Ella dan senaman dah terlalu sebati tak boleh dipisahkan lah. Sebab saya suka makan so nak tak nak kena la 'burn' kan. Afterall kita buat, kita dapat. Kalau i tak buat apa-apa yang i dapat hanyalah timbunan lemak yang makin bertepek sahaja. Haha. Minda cergas, badan sihat.




Hot and cold drinks are free for the members here. Biasanya Misz-ella akan duduk minum sementara tunggu peluh di badan kering. Dah kering either i take a shower here or terus balik. I no hal sebab i tak da bau badan. Peluh-peluh pun i tetap wangi tau. Nak tau rahsia atau tips supaya tak da bau badan? Ada orang pakai 'deodorant' lah, apa lah .. macam-macam tapi Misz-ella langsung tak pakai apa-apa. Ubat ketiak tu tak pernah beli pun. Saya memang ada aroma wangi asli semulajadi. Hehe.

Day after day .. i am working hard on something and pray for the best. Misz-ella ni kuat semangat. Walau banyak rintangan tapi Misz-ella tetap cekal dan bertahan. Sentiasa mengharap yang terbaik tapi kadang even dah cuba sehabis daya, kita tak dapat apa yang kita impikan. I put too high expectation, perhaps .. but again sentiasa lah percaya yang kadang apa yang kita fikirkan baik untuk kita tidak baik di mata Dia sebenarnya. Dia Maha Mengetahui ... sebab tu Dia tak bagi kita apa yang kita nak. Mungkin Dia mahu ganti dengan sesuatu yang lebih baik lagi. His plan is always better than us. Bertabahlah duhai Hati.

OK .. I'm done sharing a few things about my life here. Hari ni Misz-ella nak exercise 2 round and burn thousands of calories. I want to be a strongggggg woman. Yeayy!! Ehhh .. korang tak nak ke jadi strong macam i? Haha.

Pie, Make-Up and Workout

Hello Readers .. malam ni Misz-ella geram. So i decided to write a short entry or a Summay on my activities last week. As usual, Misz-ella kan suka share dengan korang. Gigih gila menaip malam-malam just for the sake of sharing, kan.  

Actually, i am tired. I was on threadmill berkilo-kilometre siang tadi .. and as usual, kepenatan tidak membuatkan saya melepek di katil empuk tapi saya mengadap 'lappy'. My mind is tired of thinking, thinking and thinking too. I think hard .. hard .. and so hard .. i think a lot. Monday i travelled to Kuala Selangor for my personal matters. It was pretty hard for me .. tapi In Sha Allah .. God willing .. i hope the hard time will over soon. Allah nak bagi manis dia bagi pahit hempedu dulu, kan. Mana la tau lepas ni reward Allah nak bagi kat Misz-ella hurmmmm .. ibarat minum se peti madu. Hehe. Most important in life we must always Think positive. Kuatkan semangat dan jangan mengalah. Minda kena kuat. Kalau ada apa-apa yang tak menyenangkan hati, 'kick' dia cepat-cepat .. baru lah hati bersih .. tak karat .. tak da titik hitam .. baru la boleh awet muda, kan. 

Minggu ni jugak Misz-ella dengar 2 kisah rumahtangga yang sangat sedih. Yang seorang .. walau laki tak bertanggungjawab, walau dikerah tenaga dan wang ringgit .. walau laki panas baran .. atas nama anak dan kasih sayang dia tetap bertahan. Yang satu lagi .. dalam proses permohonan cerai kerana dipukul suami. Hurmmm .. so sad. If Misz-ella berada dalam ke dua-dua tempat tu i think i dah lama cabut. Perempuan ni kadang-kadang terlalu takut, kan. Terlalu takut jadi "J" .. terlalu fikir itu ini sampai rela menderita walau rumahtangga tak bahagia. Jangan fikir anak sangat .. sebab if you yourself tak happy with your husband, how are you going to make your children happy? Mother is very important you know. A happy mother will bright and shine the house. Ibu paling banyak main peranan dalam memeriahkan sebuah rumah. Ibu buat rumah wangi dengan aroma masakan dari dapur. Ibu buat rumah berseri dengan kreativiti. Ibu buat anak happy dengan love touch. Ibu Ratu Hatiku, remember? 

Lagipun for me anak-anak ni diaorang akan faham. Misz-ella sendiri pun mama dan abah dulu bercerai tapi kitorang OK. Tak rosak, tak hilang arah, tak hilang pedoman. Alhamdulillah .. semua menjadi. Yang putus hubungan hanya mereka tapi sebagai anak sampai bila-bila ikatan kita. Lagipun  anak-anak sebenarnya faham. Diaorang faham bila kita kata Jodoh sampai sini je. Diaorang akan faham situasi yang sebenarnya .. nak pulak dalam kes yang pertama tu anak dia dah remaja, off course diaorang saksi kepada semua cerita, kan. Misz-ella doakan agar dia diberi kekuatan untuk buat keputusan. Mohon lah petunjuk dari Allah .. In Sha Allah nanti nampak jalan. Sekarang mungkin dia keliru atau buntu .. sebab tu rela diperlakukan begitu. 



OK .. now back to the Story .. this is what i ate last week ~ Chicken Mushroom Pie from A Pie Thing. Omaigoddd the Pie is sooo sedap. Percaya tak once the Cafe bukak pukul 4 petang, there was a long non-stop queue till we left the Cafe. Tak putus-putus orang datang. Sebab apa? Sebab Pie dia sedap sangat. The one yang Misz-ella order is Chicken Mushroom. They have other pie like Full Lamb, Beef Steak, Chilli Chicken dan macam-macam lagi .. and all the pie i tested and so sedap. Tak rugi beratur panjang kat Cafe ni. So those nearby .. Taman Tun, Bandar Utama, Damansara Jaya .. lets head to this Cafe ~ A Pie Thing at 138G, Jalan SS 21/35, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Business start at 4pm.


Last Monday i played with Make-Up. Misz-ella perangai pelik sikit .. kalau bosan, kalau stress .. i will find a way to release the stress and one of the way is Make-Ups!! Suka tak? Suka tak tengok muka kita make-up natural macam ni? Haha .. takmo cite panjang-panjang cos a special Entry on this unique make-up will be up soon *probably next week*. So you alls kalau nak tau bagaimana nak bermekap dengan mudah dan sangat poket berhemah ni tunggu tau .. nanti Misz-ella buat review. On my part .. I'M LOVING IT.



The Door Gift i received during The Fitness and Well-Being Workshop last week. Bayar RM60 dapat goodies worth RM500. So berbaloi tapi yang lebih penting disini adalah menimba ilmu. Dapat ilmu boleh Misz-ella share dengan readers Blog ni. Antara yang ada dalam Goodies beg termasuklah balang kaca Pyrex. Misz-ella sebenarnya kurang suka kumpul pinggan mangkuk tapi hok ni free. Hehe. Rumah Misz-ella pakai pinggan mangkuk murah-murah je .. IKEA je tempat beli. Tahan lama. Tahan lasak and make me happy. Good thing la kan, masa kat Workshop tu Misz-ella menang Lucky Draw "Raw Food Class" which we will learn about De-Tox Food. Yeayyy !!! Tengah cari masa untuk join kelas tu. Dah pegi nanti Misz-ella share kat sini ye .. then ada voucher "Whole Body Vibration Training' dari BodyTone Studio jugak. Yeahhh .. yang ni pun Misz-ella super suka!! Life Misz-ella camni la .. Famili, blogging, exercising, beauty .. tak da lain. Tu je la kerja i. Anything related to all this = HAPPY.

Another good thing .. hujung minggu ni Misz-ella akan attend dua aktiviti best. Its new .. its adventurous .. its a Wild Event. Its a WildLife!! Haha .. Suspen tak? Misz-ella pun suspen. Gotta try it then i share, k. Satu lagi about health .. pun Misz-ella nak share dengan korang jugak. So jangan lupa, rajin-rajin jenguk sini Minggu depan ye. I got lots to share with you alls. Friday Food Hunting - Tanah Aina Cafe

Hello Hai ..

Pagi Jumaat Misz-ella pergi Food Hunting with one of my blogger friend and this time we decided to go to Tanah Aina Cafe. I heard of Tanah Aina Resort di Janda Baik tapi tak pernah pergi sebab everytime mandi sungai di Janda Baik kitorang balik hari tapi Tanah Aina Cafe sedang hot diperkatakan so lets go breakfast at Tanah Aina Cafe di Jalan Mesra, Batu 3, Shah Alam .. camtu la i bagitau Kak Yon blogger friend i and she agreed with me.



Alamat Cafe :- No. 1 & 2 Jalan Mesra, Taman Mesra, Batu 3, Shah Alam, Selangor. Just take junction to Glenmarie - Hicom lebih kurang 800 metre je dari situ. If you use Waze, navigate Jalan Mesra 1. Confirm jumpa.

Located at the corner of an old shop building. The lot has been renovated nicely. Sangat sejuk mata memandang nak pulak pagi Jumaat tu cuaca redup tak panas so kereta logo "Bintang" parked nicely infront. Kedudukan Cafe berdekatan dengan kawasan perumahan, parking banyak so no parking issue.



Suasana dalam Cafe sangat best, tenang, bersih dan mendamaikan. Sayang tak da free wifi. Nampak tak Floor lamp silver tu? My wish one day dapat lepak minum kopi kat sudut tu sambil menaip on my 'lappy.' I think i can spend no of hours here and drink a lot of coffee. Haha.



Yeahhh .. Coffee. Coffee is always my favorite and serving coffee without sugar like what they did here is always the best! Coffee kat sini sangat sedap till i feel like having another one but i will be having a caffein overdose issue if i do so sebab Misz-ella hari-hari kopi. Cant live without coffee. So 1 enough for me *sobs*



They have a varieties of Menu selection but my choice goes to Fried Beehoon. Lama tak makan Bihun Goreng and frying a Beehoon is one of my expertise. So lets see whether this Fried Beehoon meet my taste. Kejap eh .. Jap lagi Misz-ella cerita.



My friend Kak Yon chosed Nasi Beriyani Kambing. Orang baru balik dari London-Paris la katakan .. harus la rindu masakan kita. I was quite shock when the order sampai sebab the portion is sooo big. Nasi penuh dan lamb tu dua ketul. So i told Kak Yong this will be our brunch. Breakfast + lunch cos our tummy gonna be so full and we will say NO to lunch.


So Sweet !! Reminding me about the almost same the same item i saw in Kashmir last year. Misz-ella memang suka benda-benda unik macam ni. 



Di dalamnya adalah lada hitam, chilli flakes dan satu lagi i'm not sure. Sorry ... lupa nak tanya the Waiter and Waitress  tu. Tapi rasanya ini garam halus.


Another unique point of my Fried Beehoon is it comes with 'Ulam Raja' dan dihidang di dalam kuali kecil yang sangat comel. So lets patah-patahkan the ulam raja dan makan untuk jadi awet muda. Hehe. Good idea lah makan dengan Ulam. I suka.


Kak Yon masa dia mula-mula makan dia kata Sedapnya .. sampai tak terkata. Haha .. dia boleh terlupa apa dia nak sembangkan dengan Misz-ella masa mula-mula try Nasi Beriani tu sebab sedap sangat katanya. Misz-ella tengok dia makan guna sudu garfu rimas cos i feel cuit 'lamb' guna jari lagi puas but when i took over the plate rupa-rupanya 'lamb' tu sangat empuk dan lembut. Can you see that? and the Nasi tu sedap ada lada hitam sebijik-sebijik dalam tu menambah aroma dan rasa kesedapan nasi beriani ni cuma rasanya kalau boleh tambah Acar Buah lagi delicious, i guess ..

And the Beehoon is sooo yummy till i ignore the Sambal and Cili Padi which comes together with the meal. Dah cukup rasa ..tak perlu tambah apa-apa. Ada orang bila goreng bihun letak kicap, cili, garam cukup sudah but this one ada 'extra' .. chilli sauce perhaps .. oyster sauce maybe .. but it really taste nice. Mula-mula sampai i thot ehhh Telor goreng je and its RM15? But actually No .. ada Fresh prawn ada Chicken chunks kat dalam tu. Even its only Fried Beehoon .. nampak simple dan senang membuatnya tapi kalau silap gaya .. kurang rasa but this one is Yummy!! rasa macam Beehoon Goreng i buat kat rumah. Echewahh .. perasan pulak i. Haha.

I am not sure how much is the total Bill cos Kak Yon belanja me. TQVM Kak Yon .. two hours with her macam tak habis lagi bercerita. A lot to more to catch up with her and we are going to meet again, soon.

My very old friend .. banyak Entry about Kak Yon dalam blog ni. So readers who ever free lets try Tanah Aina Cafe over the weekend. They have a lot of Menu to try On. What i like about the Cafe is the Owner masih mengekalkan Ciri-ciri tradisional despite the modernisation Cafe concept.  Unique, kan. By the way .. Kebab Daging Curry Wrap

Harini Misz-ella nak cerita tentang makan. Antara makanan berkhasiat paling mudah dan cepat dimasak dan harus ada dalam Peti simpanan  rumah-rumah kita adalah Mission Wraps!! Untuk aktiviti main masak-masak kali ini, Misz-ella gunakan 2 kepingan Daging Burger Ramlee yang diperap dengan serbuk Jintan Manis, serbuk lada hitam dan sedikit garam. Digoreng kering di atas kuali leper menggunakan hanya sedikit minyak.

Lets add fibre in the meal ~ Bawang besar, timun dan tomato yang dipotong dadu. 



Ye itu dia .. Kepingan daging yang telah dipotong kecil, sayur dan sedikit Sos Thousand Island (Aiman love it). You can opt for other sauce too.


Seterusnya, di lipat bersegi and the Kebab Daging Curry Wrap is ready to eat. Rasa dia? Mmmmmmm .. tersangatlah sedap sampai esoknya kita repeat.

Walk & Hunt in the Newly Refurbished Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park

What is the best way to kick-off your day other than morning exercise .. and Yess!! Misz-ella has been invited for Walk & Hunt (In The Wild) Activity by Sunway Lagoon last Sunday. The Walk & Hunt (In The Wild) are part of the activity organised in conjunction with the re-launched of Sunway Lagoon's Wild Wildlife Park. 




Sunway Lagoon's first ever Walk & Hunt in the wild last Sunday was attended by 500 Malaysians from all walks of life who took part in an energetic morning walk around Sunway Lagoon's Wildlife Park, followed by an exciting wildlife-themed treasure hunt challenged.

Morning faces .. Sejujurnya masih ada rasa nak tidur lagi. Rasa nak tepuk-tepuk muka cos i have to wake up very early .. something that is very unusual for me. Hehe .. but its good to see the faces of Malaysian who support a healthy lifestyle activities like this and we were part of them. 


The kick-start activity was a Warm Up Session~ Aerobics with Malek. Mari kita goyang badan untuk perpeluhan. Lepas ni kita nak pusing taman ber round-round so lets warm up bebs!

Lets move our body following the rythmn. Bestnya ber aerobic di pagi hari. We had so much fun! Abang-abang Sado kat belakang tu pun sporting.

Yeahhhh .. lets do it .. lets do it .. lets do it .. do it .. do it .. Senyum la kau kan .. tengok orang belakang .. enjoy gila! Exercise is always Fun!

Its more than morning exercise .. we also enjoy the nature and visiting the Wildlife. Hello White Lion .. nice to meet this morning. My name is Misz-ella. I hope you like you new home here. Roar!!

Soon after the Warm Up session was the Flag Off of the Walkhaton. Sweet and Harris, pengacara rancangan Chichi and Chaca di Astro Ceria turut menyertai aktiviti ini. Its good to see the whole family and friends walked together on that beautiful Sunday morning. The weather is clear, the sun smiles happily .. bagai merestui perjalanan kami di pagi yang indah ini.

Blogger Ayu Rafikah joined the Walkhaton and the Treasure Hunt with her 4 kids.

We were welcomed by the fresh air and the sounds of the chipping birds. OhMy .. seronok tak terkata rasa hati bila disambut kicauan merdu si burung bertemankan suasana menghijau. Tenang, damai rasa hati.

We explored the newly refurbished Wildlife Park .. visiting the wild creatures .. enjoying the nature here.  Sunway Lagoon's Wildlife Park is Malaysia's first fully interactive as well as educational park which is home for more than 150 species of exotic animals with more than 80 species-specific exhibits of exotic, small and friendly animals, a diverse range of birds, fishes, reptiles and mammals.  The interactive concept behind the zoo encourages guests to not only see and learn about the animals but to get up close and personal by touching them.  There are also new additions to the educational park which includes the white lions, pygmy marmoset and others.

Hello Birds .. Do you like us? Ohhh please like us birds cos we love you too. Cantik kan burung tu .. I think we shared the same hobbies ~ Posing!! Haha.

I love the nature in Sunway Lagoon's Wildlife Park. The green, the sounds of the waterfall, the fish pond .. I love the smell of the nature here. Thank you Sunway for keeping the nature clean besides the development of your other park.

We completed our Walkhaton and were given a Certificate of Participation. Bangga la kan sebab antara 500 orang pertama di Malaysia yang berpeluang menyertai Walkhaton ini. Yeayy !!


The Section 1 and Section 2 of The Treasure Hunt. We teamed up at a very last minute due to a certain reasons and it was really fun!!

Section 2 of the Treasure Hunt is The Activities. The first task is Feeding the Animals ~ Miera quickly ran and feeds the animal and completed the first task.

Another task ~ Group photo touching the Snake. OhMyyyy .. geli nya tak tau nak cakap macamana. Luckily Miera encouraged us to do so. Seriously i never touched any snake. Ngeri, takut, geli .. sume rasa ada. Bila dah touch .. Ehhh best jugak pegang dia ni eh .. lembut je .. kalah kulit i, ok. Haha.

Another task ~ Take photo with the World's Smallest Monkey. We have to searched around to locate the monkey and we-fie with it.  Seriously the monkey is so small till we didn't see it .. we only see the leave is moving. Heyyy .. there you are monkey. Lets Wefie with us. We want to win!! Well .. the smallest monkey in the world are here in Sunway!! Lets check it out ..

The crown's task!!

We finished our Treasure Hunt Task. Team 2010 didn't win the Hunt but we did pretty well. We had so much fun running over the whole park looking for the answer .. well we seek help from Google and sharing our answer with other team too .. lol!! Thank You Sunway Lagoon's Wildlife Park for organising this healthy educational activity. Burning calories, buckets of sweat, we are tired .. we loose energy but we are very happy spending quality times together ~ learning and implementing healthy lifestyle on our beautiful Sunday morning.

Hello hai readers ..

Buat kali yang entah ke berapa, Misz-ella repeated Kyochon Fried Chicken - my favorite Korean Chicken Restaurant .. menunjukkan betapa sukanya saya dengan kesedapan dan kelazatan hidangan Ayam dari Korea ini. Yess!! Misz-ella memang suka makanan dari Korea. Its so sedap .. this real good taste chicken really win my tummy.

 Kyochon Honey Chicken, Salsa Strips with Honey Mustard Sauce and Red Vinegette drummet and wing. Sooo yummy!!


This time, teman makan Misz-ella ialah Sabrina Noor Azmi or Sabby Prue .. the small, petit, cute, famous Malaysian Beauty Blogger .  Kak Ella ..  Sabby ada special request .. boleh tak kita makan Kyochon. Up And Down. Miko The Cat!!

Hello. Hai Readers .. Assalamualaikum.

Misz-ella sebenarnya banyak kerja. Terlalu banyak but i need a time off from my workload so here we go .. lets sembang-sembang.

A few nights Misz-ella tertidur dengan 'lappy' yang masih ber ON lagi. A few days ago Misz-ella kepenatan tahap tak tau macamana nak 'describe' .. but i am still happy. Sebuah perjalanan kehidupan,  walau pincang di sana sini dan tidak sempurna tetapi tetap bahagia. Thanks to all kesayangan yang tak putus-putus beri sokongan pada diri ini. I can't do it without you.

Thanks also for all the up and down in life which make me a better person. Tak terfikir i gonna be this strong. Tak terfikir i am still in a good piece or perhaps better piece than before. I never imagine i can be this strong but with God bless, Alhamdulillah. 

Kadang-kadang dalam hidup kita rasa nak jatuh .. tapi sentiasa ada yang menarik diri ini kembali. Ada masa kita rasa tersepit tapi seringkali ada yang menghulur tangan mengeluarkan. Alhamdulillah. Saya yang bertuah kerana sentiasa berada di bawah lindungan serta kasih sayang Allah SWT. Saya yang bertuah kerana awak sentiasa ada untuk saya. Alhamdulillah.


By the way .. i fall in love with this beautiful place. Indahnya alam ciptaan Tuhan .. cantiknya pemandangan and being seorang yang sukakan 'nature' hati meronta-ronta mau ke sana. One day .. In Sha Allah. Heyy by the way .. i slim down a bit already. Slim and Fit. Sukaaaaa sangat. Hehe.

Moment with Miko. Ya Allah manjanya Miko. Misz-ella baring kat sofa .. dia lepak sama. Misz-ella tak layan tapi ambik gambar dia, dia jadi lebih manja .. terus naik atas me. Then bila Misz-ella duduk kat bawah, Miko lepak di hujung kaki. Bila Misz-ella ON laptop ohhh Miko jeles tahap tak boleh tahan lagi. Tengok tu ,, dia tutup my laptop and slept on it .. dan siang tu, bila Misz-ella nak keluar he is still sleeping. Sayangnya nak kejutkan dia so i dukung dia cium dia pelan-pelan and transfer dia kat tempat lain and he continue sleeps. GoodBye Miko. Mummy got appointment have to leave. Love you Miko. Muahhh. Tapi geram sebab Miko suka gigit rambut Mummy. Haha.

Syhhhhh .. Miko is very sleepy. Jangan kacau.

OK .. Misz-ella got to go. Tengahari ada appointment dengan Tuan Doktor lewat petang nak jumpa Puan Sri. Bulan 4 nak gi 'Outing' bulan 5 nak Dinner dengan seorang Selebriti yang tersangatlah femes .. bulan 6 nak terbang tinggi-tinggi. OhhMyyy ... looks like my schedule is very busy. Till then, berdoalah agar kita kuat menghadapi tiap cabaran kehidupan. Be strong Ella. Be strong .. and to you .. all womans who are reading this Entry .. let be a strongggg woman. Yeaayyy!!

Bahan utama adalah Mission Wraps perisa kari yang digoreng sekejap di atas kuali leper tanpa minyak.




Dan 2 bijik Telur Dadar yang didadar nipis. Yang Misz-ella buat ni kosong tapi you all boleh la tambah sayur-sayuran macam Tomato or Cendawan to make it more sedap. Letakkan telur dadar di atas Curry Wraps, sapu rata Sos Cili dan Sos Thousand Island di atasnya, gulung dan potong dan sekarang your Egg Roll Mission Wrap sedia untuk dimakan. Mudah, kan. So jom kita try.

Time To Enjoy Life ~ LOHAS in Taiwan!!

Among countries in the world, Taiwan adalah salah satu dari negara yang Misz-ella teringin nak pergi. Few years ago .. when i was still working as a Secretary .. zaman di mana internet tidak meluas penggunaannya .. zaman di mana reading newspaper is a must .. i cut a newspaper advertisement on Muslim Travel in Taiwan and start dreaming.  Due to some reasons, my dream to travel to Taiwan remain as a dream .. tak tercapai. So sad .. and suddenly tingggggg .. an alarm clock on Taiwan trip ringing again. Hey Ella its Taiwan calling!!



There are a few reasons that make me so excited to travel to Taiwan. First because of the beautiful nature of Taiwan's itself. People said, if you want to know how beautiful Taiwan is, you have to come and see for yourself. Kedudukan geografi Taiwan yang dikelilingi oleh lautan dan terkenal dengan 'towering mountain' malah mempunyai gunung ganang yang berketinggian melebihi 3000 meter menjadikan Taiwan sebuah negara yang amat menarik untuk dilawati.  Taiwan is also known with its beautiful beaches and being someone who love nature, I would love to visit Taiwan to enjoy the nature and to experience LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) in Taiwan.

LOHAS has become a popular trend in throughout the world as people are begin to be more health and eco-conscious and Taiwan is one of the country which offers us an endless way ... either in Taiwanese way or the oriental way. Taiwan adalah negara yang menjadikan LOHAS sebagai gaya hidup di mana kerajaan Taiwan telah mengambil langkah menjaga alam persekitaran Taiwan agar sentiasa terpelihara dan mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat dalam kehidupan seharian. Taiwan sangat sesuai bagi mereka mengamalkan LOHAS and i am one of it. Imagine on Two wheels in Taiwan ~ either cycling or travel on motobike with a beautiful panoramic view .. breathing a fresh air in Taiwan .. i will stop for a while, enjoying the scenery, taking a beautiful pictures and cant wait to blog about it and share my experienced with the whole world. How beautiful it is, right!


I love nature and would love to be here ~ Witnessing the sunset at North Coast, Taiwan. Omaigodddd ... its so beautiful. I wish my dream to see this beautiful place will become a reality!! Oh pleaseee .. i want to be at this beautiful place in Taiwan.

Cantik, kan pemandangan dan suasana batu-batu di Taroko National Park, Taiwan. Ini adalah antara sebab kenapa Misz-ella mahu ke Taiwan .. kerana 'nature' di sana sangat terpelihara .. kecantikan dan keindahan semulajadi tempat-tempat menarik ini sangat ingin Misz-ella lawati and again i want to have my LOHAS here!! Berbasikal sambil menghayati keindahan alam dan menyedut udara segar di sini *imagine and smile happily*

Ohmaigoddd .. I really want to be in Taiwan .. to visit all the beautiful places in Taiwan while experiencing LOHAS .. berbasikal sambil melihat pemandangan indah, menyedut udara segar, menghayati bunyi alam dan merakam kenangan indah untuk dikongsi dengan pembaca blog Dari Jari-Jari Halusku Ini. Bayangkan bagaimana tenangnya perasaan dan minda tatkala berada di tempat-tempat ini. I can forget the whole world by spending my times here ~ Its a real LOHAS for me  .. and Yess .. In none other place other than in Taiwan.

Other than the high-profile attraction like Sun Moon Lake and Alishan, Taiwan also has a unique small town with tourism appeal and visitor friendly environment which is labelled under Tourism Town. One of the 10 tourism town that i want to visit is Jiji Township in Nantou Country. 



Di Jiji Township, Misz-ella bercadang untuk mengamalkan LOHAS dengan cara berbasikal sekeliling bandar kecil ini sambil menghayati pemandangan alam yang indah dan jauh dari kesibukan bandar besar. Jiji Township sangat memikat .. dari stesyen keretapi bersejarah hinggalah ke landskap yang indah dan udara segar yang sangat segar.  Either board a train or cycling in the town, Jiji surely wins my heart and yess .. its my LOHAS again in Taiwan *i want to experience both .. train and cycling in Jiji* Hehe.


I want to be one of them ~ LOHAS in Taiwan!!


Hot Spring
The other LOHAS way of life which is famous and practised widely in Taiwan is the Spas, the Hot springs, the foot massage, the Yoga, Tai-chi and others. For a health and fitness conscious blogger like me, off course I am all excited to achieve a physical and mental balance after a long cycling ride in Taiwan. I would definitely love to try the Spa or a foot massage so that i can cycle more during my Taiwan's trip. Body fitness + body pampering and a mental balance exercise is definitely a perfect LOHAS in Taiwan for me.


TIME TO EAT IN TAIWAN 

Taiwan is famous with its delicious juicy seasonal fruits. Taiwan is known with its high technology Agriculture method and the fruits in Taiwan are super delicious. I was told that their "Jambu Air" has a super sweet taste like a Sugar Cane. Taiwan is also famous with its icy deserts and creative tea drinks. Well I guess the food in Taiwan will be an added advantage in my LOHAS experience in Taiwan ~ Eat a lot of healthy fruits .. Good for your health .. good for your skin.  Taiwan has all the things that i want for my LOHAS ~ The two wheels .. the spa and the healthy food. I am not worry of getting a Halal Food in Taiwan as there are numbers of Halal Restaurants certified by China Muslim Association either in Taipei, in Taichung City, in Kaohsing or in Taoyuan City. In Taiwan, Muslims will have the opportunity to enjoy not only the local food but also the Morrocon, Indian, Pakistani and Middle East food served by the Halal Restaurant. 

Dengan pemandangan yang indah, dengan udara segar dan alam semulajadi yang terpelihara, dengan LOHAS yang sesuai dengan jiwa saya, dengan pilihan makanan Halal yang beraneka .. this is a reason why i want to Enjoy Life in Taiwan. I would love to go to Taiwan and share my experienced to the whole world especially to my Muslim readers  .. and how about you readers .. with all the beautiful panorama and things to do and enjoy in Taiwan, do you feel the same excitement like me?
